Stopped in for my free birthday drink. The team was so sweet. Multiple greetings and a bunch of birthday wishes when I said it was my birthday gift. They were quick, especially impressive bc they were also very busy. Nice location too. Easy to get in and out of. Nice to know I have coffee that close to work.

Fast service, even though they were busy and they got the order perfectly right.

July 2023: Sometimes when caffeine calls, I gotta answer... PROS: * Good coffee that provides the boost that I need in the morning. * Friendly staff who are "no nonsense" and rapidly prepared my order. * Friendly, clean, and inclusive environment with some very comfortable chairs to sit in. The layout is perfect for a small team building meeting or a quick face-to-face meeting with someone. CONS: * The drive thru and the entry apron to the coffee shop creates a bottleneck for customers trying to get in and out. Couple that with the busy traffic on Tiedeman during rush hour and there will be a slight delay. SUMMARY: I will be back, but I don't like the bottleneck effect during rush hour.

This is a new Starbucks that's really nice and spacious and very comfortable. Staff here greet you when you first come in and are customer friendly. The second time here they got my order wrong, but quickly apologize and got it right. It's new they just have to get a few kinks work out. Overall it's good

to be told that they’re not going to make my drink correctly and refused to is absurd. it’s not that hard to put LIGHT lemonade and EXTRA strawberry base in a drink. i’m confused as to how LIGHT as in a LESS amount of lemonade is a problem? i’m literally going to be receiving A LESS AMOUNT. i came here literally the other day and had my drink made the way i always get it. today i was told they’re not “allowed” to put light lemonade or extra strawberry base in my drink. never heard this from this location or any other starbucks EVER.

I have been to many Starbucks locations and this was by far the largest, most clean and swankiest location I've ever visited. The bathrooms are even huge and super cool and I also loved that there were plenty of outlets and tons of space in this location. We were helped by Hannah at the register who was extremely friendly, polite and quite knowledgeable about the drinks. Drinks were ready very quickly and we were back on the road in no time. Would def visit this location again.

Took them like 15-20 mins mins to get a pre-made item and preheat it. Sounds like someone actually took my order but when I asked for it at first I didn't get much response (it is still coming out) when it had already been taken by someone else.

I usually always go to the one next to my job but I was bored and decided to open doordash jast to drive around made extra money and had got one order to this location and the big back becky looking female had a real ignorant attitude once I show her I was there to pick up a doordash order her whole attitude went from really nice to real ignorant meanwhile I just watch her face roll her eyes then she proceeded to speak nicely and compliment another customer which I didn’t have a problem with it’s just crazy how you go into a place just trying to pick up a order and you get treated like dirt 😂
