    Dining room tables and floor is dirty. I ask to dine in and was given a bag to go. The soft tacos were skimpy on the meat paste. While in line I watched a drive through customer come in to complain about her food not having meat on it. She had to sit and wait for 7 counter customers before receiving the corrected food. No one has time to wait again or complain. No one can afford to be ripped off either. The kitchen crew was loud and goofing off during my entire stay.

    I ordered a nacho cheese box for $8.79 on the menu board. At the window, I was told my nacho cheese box was $9.71. I said that's not the price on the menu board, even with tax that's too much. The manager refused to honor the price on the menu board after admitting their own employee didn't put up the right price. I refused to pay and went somewhere else. Tony was the manager.

    I spent 23.00 on a meal and my hard taco is soft and doesn't have anything on it. My chulupas were very soft as if they were warmed up. First time this happened here. Someone said I can bring the food back and they'll remake it. I guess I'll bring it tomorrow because I'm already home. The packaging itself says alot. Horribly made.

    This taco Bell is the BEST the have a remarkable staff very nice,clean,respectful, my order is right and nice and fresh and hot made perfectly everytime I go through drive thru or inside. This was just one my orders.... Beef burrito supreme 🙂😋 Wonderful Crew Team

    The drive thru worker (Haley) was so amazing. She answered all my questions without hesitation and with a smile. I felt like a burden at first but she made me aware I was far from that. I wish she worked every time I went there. 🙃🙃

    This by far is the WORST fast food experience I've ever had. I go to the drive thru speaker, they tell me one minute. After 12 minutes of waiting with NO response, I say "hello, is anyone there"? There was NO answer, so I pull around. There were 2 cars in front of me, the order for BOTH cars was WRONG!! When I get to the window, they tell me I have to get back in line and order again. NOW the line is very long. I pull into a parking spot and go in....The lobby is completely trashed, behind the counter was even worse, the bathrooms were locked to the public. I asked to speak to the manager, and to my SURPRISE, I was speaking to the manager. I asked her what the hell she was managing, and I know you heard how disrespectful your employees were, and how bad they were doing. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE THERE NEEDS FIRED!!!! 18-22 Dollars an hour and you can't even take an order, let alone make it right, 0 customer service, and you can't keep the place clean. DON'T GO TO TACOBELL ON LORAIN RD. IN CLEVELAND, OH.

    Was doing doordash and was told that they are supposed to let Dashers use the restroom I asked to use the restroom and the manager said hell no she was very rude and they are super slow it took 25 minutes just to get an order which contained two tacos

    this taco bell is decent but if you're looking for a good baja blast... look elsewhere. WAY too much juice in every baja blast and not enough carbonation.

    They would not substitute my taco shells in my 12 pack for the hot shells. Told me they could NOT do that. I have done this time and time again on the east side at the Mayfield Road location. It's just an extra charge. I also asked for a lot of Diablo sauce. I got 8 packs for 12 tacos. We use at least 3 packs per taco. I don't mind paying extra for what I ask for. They clearly have a problem taking my money....

    The worst restaurant I have ever been. Waited 15 minutes to get my Taco while no body was there. The restroom was a different story. Nasty, full of urine and no toilet paper .

    Overall the food here is pretty good and so is the service. I rarely have issues with the food, I get everything I pay for provided they have it in stock. Unlike McDonald's, Taco Bell's employees know how to count, and it's enjoyable to talk with them when they're free.

    I bought 2 Mexican pizzas and they were disgusting 😖 it wasn't what was inside or on top, it was the shell! The shell tasted gross ( like cardboard) don't know if it's the shell itself or the oil that it was fried with! But I do know I'll never go to this taco bell again!!!!!!!!!!

    The food was your average Taco Bell food. In order to use the restroom though you needed to get a manager to unlock the restroom door via a code, I thought that was a little odd. The outside was a bit dirty, there were empty cups and wrappers flying all over around the entrance.

    I live very close to this location. So when I want Taco Bell of course I come here. Every single time, we have gone the past 3 or 4 times, we are missing something. And this last time, my partner found a hair in his food for the second or third time. I don’t know what they’re doing back there but whoever is always yelling late at night. We can hear you through the drive through.

    It's Taco Bell. If you've visited one, (I'd find you less than credible if you'd claimed you hadn't) you've visited them all. I have noticed the food has improved incrementally over the past few years, and their breakfast offerings are surprisingly great. That being said, if you need to read reviews to decide whether you want to eat Taco Bell, you need a helmet, a juice box, and to locate the nearest adult so they can help you find your way back to your caretakers from the group home in which you almost certainly reside.

    They did their job right, to the point, gave me pretty great food for a pretty minimal price, and they never asked me “How are you?” so I never had to confront the darkness and have another crisis, so it was all a great experience. Unlike, say, Steelyard. It’s nice to know that some of these local Taco Bells are successfully managed; this one has been pretty dependable, even late at night. Unlike, say, Steelyard. Yeah, there was a line, but tonight they cooked through it and had what I wanted when I got there. Unlike, say, Steelyard. You should drive past the Steelyard store and come here instead. Or go to the one on Bagley at 71, I’ve had good luck there too. Either way just don’t go to Steelyard.

    I give the Taco Bell a four star on West 117th in Cleveland, because I never felt uncomfortable going their and I never had an issue with my food, but the one on West 109th on Lorain Rd makes me feel uncomfortable. Some of their communications are sort of uncaring and occasionally I would have issues about my order and they really could be unkind.

    This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Their online says they’re open till 3 AM but they stop taking orders at 2:40 AM. No matter how long you wait in line as soon as you get up to the window they tell you that they are closed. I would never ever in 1 million years recommend this Taco Bell to anybody. I told the girl that it says they’re open till 3 AM and she says well not today.

    I came here during dinner and there was hardly a wait before ordering. The young man working the mic was very polite and articulate. My order came out quickly but it was wrong. I place q custom order so I understand mistakes. The man politely apologized and offered to remake the item. I told him I'd just prefer a Pepsi as I didn't want to wait. He obliged and then handed me a free taco coupon for next time. Very impressive service!!! Food was good too despite missing an item!

    Ordered from this location & didn't get any of the food I paid for. Yes, it's thru Uber eats but the location is who makes the food & packs the food, so I blame them. If u get anything from this location, check ur food before pulling off. The receipt is what I ordered & the gross Mexican pizzas is what they gave me. I am beyond livid!

    Doesn't even deserve one star. Both times I have gone in were terrible. The store is a mess. One guy grabbed his phone out of his pockets while he was making food and had gloves on. I waited for about 15 minutes before I was taken care of. I thought this morning would be different because it was early in the morning and they would of just opened. I was greeted by a very rude woman with her eyebrows knotted together. This store honestly needs shut down. Edit' how do I get a hold of a health inspector because this is ridiculous.

    Terrible place. Chalupa was hard & tough with NO MEAT, all lettuce & sour cream. Taco the same way. Called manager she said a new one would be the same way. DONT WASTE MONEY HERE. TERRIBLE
