    Phenomenal in its truest sense - that's what working with Arjang is like. He offers the most comprehensive and well-researched fitness services I've ever encountered! My first workout with him had me believing in myself again, and looking forward to the journey ahead. I went away feeling abundantly informed on everything from nutrition and breathing techniques to cardio and muscle anatomy. Above all else, I felt safe in his hands, allowing him to craft a workout routine that navigates my health conditions and concerns. Arjang is far from the first trainer I've ever worked with, but he's the one I intend to work with indefinitely. 10/10 recommend.

    Great trainer/coach. I have been involved in fitness for many years and its clear to me that Arjang's teaching separates him from the rest. His attention to detail and focus on Quality movement as opposed to quantity is a major factor. Highly recommended!

    I love working out with Arjang! We are doing boxing to which I am new and loving every minute of it! Arjang makes sure that I do the movements correctly every single time, and constantly adds new movements and combinations to keep the mind exploding!! Arjang is a nice guy, but he'll push you and won't let you get away with slacking! The bottom line: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

    I've taken many personal training classes with Arjang. His workouts are dynamic and they keep you on your toes. He approaches health and fitness from a different perspective than most other trainers. As a result, you'll not only get stronger but your mobility will improve too.

    I started training boxing with Arjang about 2-3 months ago. It’s everything that I was looking for when I was searching for a private trainer. He doesn’t accept anything but your best and if that’s not what you’re giving he’ll be persistent until you are. He’s very knowledgeable on many subjects and very precise on the smallest details of every movement. I’m no where near done training with Arjang and I’m excited to improve every time I schedule a session!

    This is a 6 star review. I have the privilege of knowing Arjang both as a trainer and a colleague . Arjang is known for his attention to detail, and as a trainer myself, I admire this! Arjang is consistent and talented at setting up the body’s posture. It’s funny, you’ll notice that most of his clients start to look similar. I call this the “Arjang posture. “ (#goals). You’ll learn a lot about the mind body connection while working with Arjang, too, which is invaluable information. As a colleague, this guy is full of passion and his heart is always in the right place. Overall, this guy knows what he’s doing and wears a big heart on his sleeve doing it <3

    AJ is a talented coach who will help you reach your potentials regardless of your fitness goals. His advice will help you build confidence through fitness, diet, and discipline in life philosophies in general. Highly recommend dynamic fitness for your next quest in life.

    Arjang is a great trainer who really cares about form! He takes the time to make sure form is correct and will continue to have you work on it till you get it right. I also enjoy the homework routines he provided for days im not able to train with him.

    Training with Arjang has been an experience unlike any other. Not only does he pay great attention to form, but he also focuses on functionality and movement. He has a very unique way of breaking down each movement while explaining the benefits to the body. Since training with Arjang, I have become more aware of my posture both at work and in my every day life. Arjang is very encouraging throughout the sessions. I enjoy training with Arjang because, unlike most trainers, he not only focuses on the physical aspect of training but he also emphasizes the importance of the mental aspect of it as well. I've been training with Arjang for just a few weeks and can already see an improvement in my focus, movement, breathing and overall functionality. I am very excited for the continued progress in the sessions to come. I would highly recommend Arjang to anyone who is looking for a trainer who truly is dedicated to helping you become the best version of you both physically and mentally.

    I started training with Arjang about a month ago and highly recommend him for anyone looking to get back into shape and develop strong fundamentals. His personal training sessions are tailored to your needs and appropriately tough. He focuses extensively on form, posture, and overall health and wellness.     Training with Arjang is the best training experience I've had thus far. Not only is he incredibly respectful and professional, but also his attention to detail and posture has prevented me from experiencing any pain post working out. I've felt very comfortable with his training style as it allows me to move at my own pace while still being challenged. Every session is unique, fun, and effective!

    Arjang is an excellent trainer and wellness expert. He takes the time to make sure form is correct - something most trainers look past. He will drill you until you get your form together before moving forward with anything else. He also makes training fun and enjoyable by employing various circuits and conditioning exercises. I appreciate that he has provided homework routines that help me build my muscle while our sessions focus on conditioning, boxing and breathing. Could not recommend working with him more!

    Arjang is a great trainer and knows how to tackle multiple aspects to making you better at the gym. He’s helped incorporate better stretching techniques into my routine which have helped me with balance and performing the actual exercises better. Also he is very understanding and works around your schedule fairly flexibly. He’s great at holding you accountable without being overbearing or intimidating. I’ve felt very good with my progress thus far and has definitely noticed improvement in my body from physique even to the way I posture myself when sitting. Highly recommend!

    Arjang is a great trainer. I’ve enjoyed working with him throughly and have seen amazing results since day 1. I started off quite unfit but over just 8 sessions I’ve lost some 20 pounds following his advice and training. Arjang takes into account my fitness level and accordingly trains me and pushes me to increase my capacity appropriately. Importantly, he’s very focused on form and posture which is key towards longevity in training. He’s patient and very open to sharing his ideas behind the movement patterns and exercises we are working through and that’s helpful as it motivates me to perform well.

    After trying many personal trainers over the years Arjang is definitely the best. In just a few sessions I have already improved my strength and mobility. I am expecting to see some huge improvements in 2024 with him. Also he's an awesome guy, loves to help people and is very passionate and professional about training. I can't recommend him enough!

    I decided to lose weight and workout in December 2022. To be honest I knew when I joined the gym that I would do the minimum. I knew and wanted a personal trainer to push me to do things I would never normally do. Looking for a personal trainer I came across Arjang and the comments that were left so I decided to book a session with him. He evaluated me and to be honest I felt defeated. He was patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I now feel stronger, better, and focused. My journey still continues and it will continue with Arjang.

    As someone who did a lot of self directed fitness via YouTube, it's nothing compared to the dedicated focus Jay puts into helping me get the most out of my fitness journey. He listens, he's knowledgeable, and he built a workout program that I am truly liking. His focus on body position is also wonderful, because wow I was doing it wrong. Lol. Doing it right really makes a difference and absolutely prevents unnecessary soreness. Can't recommend Jay enough.

    An amazing trainer and a dear friend. Multi-Faceted, capable of training a variety of clients, and has a knowledge of health and fitness you’ll absolutely need to achieve your goals as well as keeping you safe and motivated. My boxing training with this guy helped me with technique and made me overall a better fighter. My ability to coach others has been fundamentally supported by this man... Most definitely recommend for anyone with a desire for a more active lifestyle.

    Arjang is the best. He is really focused on getting you to work out correctly, not just blast out reps that will leave you overworked and injured. He’s so knowledgeable about the whole musculoskeletal structure and what weak points need to be built up for optimum fitness. Highly recommend.

    Solid trainer. Professional and knowledgeable. Favorite part is his understanding of physiology. The goal is to have functional fitness not just muscle for the sake of muscle. As a physician, I can say that his style of training is excellent for the longevity of joints and general health. Plus, the knowledge imparted is something that can be applied at all times outside of the gym. Keep up the good work!

    I've been working with Arjang for approximately over 3-4 weeks now, and he's awesome. My workouts with Arjang feel very focused on the specific needs/wants for my body, and he always does a good job of changing it up. In addition, he is very communicative and the app makes scheduling very easy. Finally, he's really cool and nice, and you'll enjoy his company during your time there!

    I recommend training with Arjang. It’s my first time working with a trainer and I wanted to learn form and foundation for a full body workout. I’ve started boxing with him and have a routine for when we don’t meet. He’s helpful as he explains how to approach exercises and why they are included in my workout.     I've been training with Arjang and Alessandro consistently for a little over a month now and I can confidently say that investing in them as personal trainers was a great idea.     I am training at Dynamic Fitness with Arjang and have been having the greatest mental and physical reformations I’ve ever had at a gym before. Not only does he showcase phenomenally unique exercises, but he also encourages and advocates a beautiful mental reformation of the self. Arjang’s Muay Thai, Boxing and Jiujitsu training are some of my favorite skills to work on. I love the conversations that we have as I’m always learning more about how the body works and also my mind. He also has a very informative Youtube channel that I suggest everybody subscribe to.     I love the Arjang and Danielle duo so much!! I mostly work with Danielle and she is the absolute best, in terms of everything! She understand my needs, pushes me to my limits with her amazing uplifting energy, comes up with the best exercises all the time, and most importantly, keeps me engaged and motivated. I lost 3 kgs (around 7 Ibs) in the first 2-3 weeks of working with her (and she gives me dietary suggestions as well) love her!!!

    This was my first time using a personal trainer. Did an introductory session it was great so I signed up for 30 more sessions 🙂. Arjang is personable and understanding but definitely pushes you, which is what I need. Also, he’s a really nice person. I highly recommend.
