Great location for food and drinks. Awesome staff and friendly environment.

I will not be visiting this place again, I ended up here to meet a friend after receiving some very bad news . Upon sitting we were informed it was only take out but we could order drinks it was about 10 we understood they closed at 11 so we proceed to order our food to go. We ate a few bites of the food and was finishing off our drinks . It was NOT even 11 yes and the bartender or whoever she was proceed to rush my friend to finish her drinks which she was . Instead of speaking to her in a respectful tone like the adults we are she was being very condescending telling us that the 11 o’clock hour was only for people who had been there before 10 which is such a weird policy that needs to be posted somewhere . I don’t appreciate her speaking to us the way she did. And I honestly it doesn’t matter if I return or not the place will keep going but you never know what’s going on with someone for you to be so rude.

The Customer Service is very poor. The owner and manger gave myself and my partner dirty looks the entire time. They continued to watch over us and constantly pointed at us while we were there. Once we begin to walk out the door, the man who was our server approached us and stated “ If you’re not going to tip never come back” That is very disrespectful and uncalled for. I begin to tell him that a tip is EARNED not giving. Once we tried tell our experience to the manger, she cut us off and stated that “ he wasn’t doing anything wrong” Worse experience every. I will never go back there every again. This situation is something that should be looked into more. We were the only two African Americans women in there. No one else was treated poorly. This will forever get 0 stars from me.

Staff was rude when calling to inquire about order, but I guess I'm not surprised considering your responses to previous reviews. However, the pulled pork sandwich was good. Mac and cheese was nothing special. It tastes like stouffers which I'm assuming that's where you bought it from. I would not order from here again.

A great place!!!!! Friendly fast service in a clean bright place with great music, huge menu and awesome wings!! The fries and onion rings were perfect. The Erie Island Smoke dry rub is delicious!! We will make this location a regular place when we dine out.

This place is the GOAT I’ve had almost every item on their menu and literally every single one of them was amazing! I don’t know how but that chef has got the Magic touch or something.

One of mine and my fiancés favorite place to order from. Best "hole in the wall" type place. Friendly staff and great customer service. Food is always delicious. Wings, burgers, quesadillas, etc. We have tried everything. There is not one thing we don't love.

Nice local spot at the end of my street. Plenty of TVs and they always got the games on. They have an outdoor patio, but its very basic, no tvs , etc. They have a decent selection of beers on tap. Touchtunes ( it's a bonus for me personally) Owner is nice. Bartenders are friendly. After many years of coming here I haven't even seen any fights. More of a Chill place than some wild bar,which is great. Haven't had a bad meal here and been coming for years. They also do offer some pretty good coupons in the Clipper if you find them. Wish they were open a little later but given the area it's understandable I guess . They definitely seem to want to be more of a restaurant with a bar than a bar with food.

Great foods and service! Might not look much from the outside, but definitely go in and try the food! We had great service during lunch. I will definitely be going back again when I am in the area!

I had the crispy chicken club sandwich with a side of hot garlic! It was delicious 😋 I got it through DoorDash and the service from preparation to delivery was quick! Can’t wait to try more menu items!

Worst food I’ve had since I moved to Cleveland 2 months ago. I got the wings and they were rubbery. Even with only a dry rub seasoning. Baked potato wasn’t fully cooked. My baby’s grilled cheese wasn’t melted and the cheese was hard on the edges. Macaroni salad tasted like noodles and mustard.

I only ordered here once from DoorDash. I got the chicken Philly with fries and Mac and cheese. Chicken Philly was literally not seasoned at all lol and I mean not even salt and pepper. Fries were kind of over cooked but they were okay after I put salt and ketchup. Mac and cheese was very basic and tasteless. Haven’t ordered anything else on the menu and never will.
