The parking lot is always full of trash, cans over flowing. The lobby is disgusting. Thought at first it was just a bad day, but after going there for months nothing has changed. Bad management when it comes to cleaning. The personnel seems friendly. I would never buy food from across the counter due to filth around all the kiosks. Went back 3 weeks later, still no improvement with the cleanliness. Sheetz should be appalled at the way this place is managed

There's a lot going on at this gas station. They have gas pumps, diesel pumps, flex fuel and Tesla chargers. Have pop, beer, soda & all kinds of snacks. Also have ready to go food and order up food. The bathrooms were clean when I was there. Service was good while I was there.

A few years ago this was a great location. It really has gone downhill. Rugged inside. I feel bad for these employees. They clearly care but something has gone wrong here. Tons of missing food/items. Trash everywhere and everything is dirty. Super long wait times for food. Didn't really feel safe in the parking lot.

The kitchen at this location is completely incompetent. Average wait is 30min if your very lucky. If Sheetz is you're only option late night do yourself a favor and go to either of the other two in Cleveland and you'll save time despite the long drive. I cannot express enough how horrible their kitchen is at this location!

manager kevin when confronted with a 45 minute wait time on two drinks that don’t take very long was extremely rude to us. he didn’t even have the decency to let us know there was going to be a wait. he took my payment right away and the only compensation was some free drink coupons. 2 of them to be exact and tried to correct my boyfriend on his tone with him when drinks like that shouldn’t take 45 minutes. do not come here if you want to wait that long for a simple order !!! drinks were also melted and seemed to have been sitting out !

Locked the keys in the truck and with a dead phone I bought charging equipment to call AAA The person behind the counter Donnie? Invited me to wait in the Cafe area and while waiting approx 1hr invited me to a free cup of coffee. Was a long day for numerous other reasons but I definitely appreciated the treatment! Love Sheetz!

Anthony is a horrible manager. He doesn't care about customer satisfaction . He's very confrontational, not professional and has the worst attitude. He has no respect whatsoever

I have never been to a sheetz as horrible as this location. All the shelves were empt and all beverage machines had out of order signs on them. I will try at all costs to not go to this store again. Do better!

Stood for over an hr waiting on food to be served. Big event going on, and understand but unfortunately employees left behind counter and didn't care and had over 20 ppl in store waiting over an hr for food.

Idk if that’s suppose to be chicken or what but I just didn’t look appealing to me and also they forgot my bag of fries. The apps were fresh and good.

Why don't you stop passing the reviews off for further review and take some action. I used to come here all the time but not any more. The place is disgusting all the time, and the past 3 times I've came thru my order was wrong, and the food tasted like it had been sitting under heat lamps for a long time, stale and gross!!!! Maybe you should stick to gas only until you find some people who take pride in their place of employment. Your management at this location needs retraining, specifically how and when and what to order. When you find your shelves and coolers empty, there's a problem! I have yet to come in and see all of the coolers stocked, there's ALWAYS big sections missing. The employees are too busy talking and laughing amongst themselves to help customers or prepare the food properly. I cant believe I paid $8 for the supposed "premium " app samler 6 pieces of old, heat lamps warmed, stale appetizers. And did the same thing to my friend right after. This is a prime location and has the potential to make so much money, however, if nothing changes and management does not step up, they are going to lose Even MORE customers and eventually run it into the ground.

This place has gotten worse and worse over time and I have been going there periodically over the last 12 years, at least. The whole world is declining, but is it so hard to keep things clean and organized? This place is so unsightly every time I need to stop there. This is only one quick trip. Nobody cares.

Please do not waste your time going here. Waited a LONG time for fries, tasted awful. There was one really nice employee, I felt for him as they were swamped but he was positive.

Worst sheetz in the history of the world. They literally don’t carry 1 protein beverage. So I then ordered 1 chicken sandwich…I waited 17minutes and it was like they didn’t even know I ordered it so I had to get refunded. Wasted 25 minutes of my life. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I usually love going to Sheetz and this one was a lot nicer before. From my experience everything was clean but the staff needs to be trained better on customer interactions. I wanted to download the Sheetz app and get the rewards offerings. I personally have 2 cell phones, one for work and the other for business. I had downloaded it on one and could not finish the process of signing up as the app would only let me click the continue button but wouldn't load the next page. I tried on the other phone as well and still no luck. I went to the front counter where Loretta let me know that they don't have any plastic cards to give me, which is fine I understand we are moving to a technology age. However, she followed that up with a comment that it was probably my phone that was the issue as their app has no problems and "works fine for everyone else". That's not something that should be stated to anyone regardless of what phone they have as it's offensive. If anything, it would have been better for her to just plain say hmmm... I'm not sure rather than to say my phone is the issue. She then said a friendly goodbye but I wasn't leaving as I still wanted to grab some items. I arrived to the counter after grabbing my items and she rang them up. I did misunderstand the offerings and thought I could get 2 drinks for $5 but that was only for rewards members. When I asked her to please remove a drink then, she acted as if it was a huge inconvenience to her and said that she'd have to ring the whole transaction up again which was only 2 items anyways minus the 3rd. Horrible customer experience and I don't normally review badly for these instances as I understand there is only so much a business can do to weed out staff like this but man... the utter lack of friendliness and attitude from Loretta was uncalled for. I used to work midnight at a fast food chain and I get that it sucks but I never took it out on the customers or my co workers and I was paid $10 at the time. The midnight staff at Sheetz generally is paid an additional bonus for 3rd shift. Sheetz either needs to make a positive work environment with incentives and good pay to keep their employees happy or they need to address problematic employees if the pay and environment is not the issue.

On my way home my friend and i stopped at sheetz and happily so to get food. However, we waited over 20 minutes for our food and everyone who ordered after us received their food. I did not get the girls name but she looked like she had red hair and was working third shift. The girl was EXTREMELY rude saying that she wasn’t going to remake food she didn’t even make to another customer and had made continuous remarks as to how she didn’t know and didn’t care about what my friend and I were waiting on. I do not think she is suit for a customer service position.

I've never had any issues here. It's a busy location though so if you go in and there are ten people in line for food, just use common sense and go somewhere else. The customer base here is edgy and can be rude to employees when they 'the customers' don't get exactly what they want when they want it. Entitled.

The employees at this Sheetz are the absolute best. Kind and courteous. Very friendly behind the counter. While i was eating my burrito and fries another employee asked me how everything was. I've never experienced this level of service at a Sheetz before, but i hope other locations can try to reach the bar they have set. The crew working here on 10/11/2023 deserve special recognition for outstanding job performance. The food was great too ;)

This sheetz is by far the best! Not only is there amazing food but the staff always leave you with a smile. This sheetz has a super charger for teslas, it's always clean and never had a problem. It's great to charge and have a bite to eat! Even watch the train go by. Today this morning Christmas Eve, the employees were all smiles! Like ur working on Christmas eve and happy and thankful to be there and it shows. Thank you sheetz for making the environment not just great for employees but for customers too!

I come to this Sheetz often for gas, snacks, and drinks, and I've never had a bad experience, the employees are always professional and kind to me. Tonight I ordered food for the first time online to pick up at this location, I was nervous because I've never ordered food from here before tbh. HOWEVER, the salad that I ordered was made exactly as I requested online, it was ready right when I arrived, and the gentleman at the register that checked me out was so friendly. An extra big thank you to Crystal for making my salad perfectly, it was delicious! Will definitely return again!

Not impressed with the food service here. I ordered on the app and waited a half hour like it said and paid. When I went in I was told there were 5 orders ahead of me. How does that even happen?? Does the app not connect with the store when you order? Like wouldn’t something indicate that the there are that many people ahead of you or that the wait is going to be longer. That’s just wasting peoples time, I don’t see how that is convenient at all or what the point of the app is. You are better off just shutting the app down. I’m assuming this is something that happens often by the way it was handled. Just kinda like oh sorry, no like real understanding. Idk maybe it’s just me. I can see by the reviews on here things are not really handled. Several poor reviews over a period of time.

This location always has a lot of people. I've generally always had a good experience at this Sheetz location. Cashiers are nice and not in my face prying into my business like other locations. This one also has those andoullie sausage breakfast burritos which they really need to make more of. Mostly come to get coffee from time to time but I really wish they still had the small size.

went in there at 1:40am to get two bratwurst did not receive my order in till 2:10 I told the lady that that was ridiculous and she got smart with me and wouldn’t quit running her mouth I will not go back to that Sheetz gas station and I will tell all of my guys at work with me to do the same.

As always the sheetz stores never fail to deliver the best in everything that they do. The Amazing combination of gas station and fast food restaurant is always a hit... But, the best part is that most of the stores are open 24 hours which is rare these days.

As other reviews have correctly stated, worst Sheets in the area. Lot and store are messy and garbage cans are overflowing outside. Beverages are rarely stocked. The soda fountain is frequently disgustingly messy, almost always dispenses warm, flat pop as well. Staff are usually friendly though.

What a mess, empty and dirty. Bathroom garbage overflowing as well. Must not check up on their Ohio stores.

This Sheetzis is large and busy most of the time, so management and staff must be on the same page to work successfully. Especially keeping fully stock items other than beverages. Customer service was ok

Only leaving g a review because I see so many negatives. I just had my one and only ever experience here at 3am on a Sat-Sun morning and it went very smoothly despite a long line of drunks. Can't comment on their overall effectiveness but I got in and out efficiently.

That was my first time stopping there and was impressed, don't live in the area to stop their often to experience everything you have to offer for the 5star rating

If you come in on the right night you might actually have decent service, but when the one male manager is there at night he will yell “MINIMUM 45 MINUTE WAIT!” The second you finish placing your order, even if you’re the only person in the store. And he isn’t kidding, I’ve had to wait over an HOUR for my food before for no reason! While that manager is busy flirting with the female employees instead of preparing anything for the waiting customers. 10000% would not recommend coming to this location until they either reprimand that garbage manager or fire him. Take your business down the street to the new location if you want some sheetz.
