Avoid this place at all costs ! I got eye infection and chemical burn after my lash lift ! on 06/11/2023,Immediately following the procedure, my left eye became swollen and incredibly irritated. To make matters worse, the lash lift product somehow made its way into my eye, causing severe discomfort and intense itching. The situation escalated rapidly, and I rushed to visit my general practitioner next day . To my utmost dismay, he confirmed that I had contracted a severe eye infection, a condition that could potentially lead to permanent damage to my eyes. I was referred to see an eye specialist urgently, as my GP stressed the gravity of the situation. The fact that your products have the potential to cause such harm is deeply alarming. I have attached a photo as evidence, which clearly shows that the lash lift procedure was not even properly executed. My lashes remain unchanged, but the infection has left me in agony. What makes this ordeal even more distressing is the fact that the Marina ( store manager ) who performed the lash lift was notably rough in her approach.She wasn’t apologetic instead she told me it was my lashes fault ! I must express my deep disappointment with BrowCo's apparent disregard for customer safety and satisfaction. Rather than presenting customers with extensive waivers that absolve your company of all liability, it is imperative that you take immediate action to review the safety of your products and the competency of your staff to ensure that such incidents do not recur. They never agreed to give me any compensation nor refund if the terrible job they did on my lashes .

First time getting eyelashes and unfortunately this company has ruined them for me. I will never be getting them again. Absolute waste of money. Lashes looked like this after 5 days. It took 2 full days of me sending a text, email, email follow up and three phone calls until I got a response saying that lot's of eyelashes experience this amount of fallout within a week. Have spoken with other lash technicians to confirm and was told this is simply not true. I also followed all aftercare instructions exactly as they specified. Was not offered a refund, or free infills. Instead told I can pay $50 to get them infilled after already spending $120. Do not go here unless you like to see your money go down the drain.

Went to get lash lift, tint and brow tint by Maryna, thank you they turned out really well. Super impressed with the results, lashes were amazing and brows were a great colour. Overall service was outstanding, Maryna was awesome! Will come back again, highly recommend if you're looking for any eyelash or brow treatment!

I was recommended this place by a friend, today I walked past and asked them if they're were able to do a infill because I just needed a touch up. The receptionist explained that it would be better to remove the lashes I had on and get a full set because they can't do touch up if you had them done somewhere else. Very understandable 👌 She was very friendly and offered me appointment straight away for removing and new set, I explained what I wanted and she agreed. Mina was looking after me, she removes most of my lashes and did a new set classic 10 lash on each eye! Less then what I had before. After telling her that I was not happy she said that I should have booked for a longer appointment and that she had other clients waiting for her! I was trying to explain that I got offered this appointment because there was enough time. She was very unprofessional and rude, she would not let me speak, I starting feeling very uncomfortable. After all they got me back in chair with another girl. She applied another few lashes on each eye because she had bookings aswell and was not able to finish my lashes. They were not listening to me at all! What shape and length I wanted! They charged me over $180 left the salon and got the blame that I should have booked for longer appointment. Avoid this place! They just want $ And not listening to the client's

Here’s what’s happened (photo attached) to my eyes post lamination at browco Castle Hill. The reaction I have had to their products is horrible. We are now 4 days on and my eyebrows are painfully peeling under the skin, the swelling is still present, I have been certainly burnt by the lamination product my brow hairs are singed. DON'T DO IT! I am so scared that I am going to lose all my eyebrow hair. I tried browco as my usual brow lamination girls have moved and were just that little bit too far from me, or so I thought. I have had a handful of few reactions to wax (in the last 15 years of waxing my brows) which has always been manageable using extra alcohol wipes to clean the area post brow work however this reaction is horrible and I am devastated. You asked me to follow up and contact you via email, which I did with no reply. Based on other reviews, perhaps review your products more closely instead of giving your customers extensive waivers clearing you of all liability. Girl who did my eyebrows was great and careful took her time to shape them, it's just so unfortunate that this is what has happened as a result of the terrible cheap products. She should go to a better salon where her work would be appreciate and her customers could actually return for her skills.

The worst experience ever! The lady totally botched my brows after I specifically asked her for just to clean up the stray hairs. I'm left with one eyebrow completely different to the other. She took no accountability and blamed it on me. Was so completely rude when I brought it up. Please do not go here as this is one of the worst eyebrow services I've ever received.

Steph is a amazing Lash artist, she has a great technique and is able to do exactly what is asked depending on the look going for. She's real and such a sweetie !

Browco in Castle Hill is the best place I found in Hills District for eyelash extension, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful salon!. Stephanie does fantastic work, my eyelash extension looked perfect and last long before I had to do infill.

Was great service however a week later they started to twist and fall down my eyelashes. Great if you only want your eyelashes to last one week.

The service i had yesterday afternoon (16/February) for my brow waxing was horrible. I've never been so disappointed with my brows before. Completely uneven and didn't follow my natural shape which is what I asked for. I'll never be returning here again. Definitely not worth the $38 I spent.

Do not go to Browco!! I received a set of lashes from Browco and I got an infection from this service. After contacting the Browco team I was repeatedly told that this is not an infection but an allergy (I have no allergies and even received advise and treatment from a medical practitioner that this was an infection) I spoke to the manager Victoria who has to be one of the most rude, condescending people I have come into contact with. She clearly is on a power trip and did not want to listen or admit that her and her team are in the wrong, and had no intention of helping me and did not care about my well-being or experience. No one should walk away from a paid service with an infection - nor should they be made to feel so small by a ‘manager’. This has been the worst experience I have had with a beauty salon - and I can not express enough how rude and unprofessional even the manager (Victoria) was. Please don’t waste your time or money on Browco.

I can’t thank the lovely girl enough (whose name I have forgotten, I’m so sorry) for fixing the disaster that was my eyelashes. This is a late review so I apologise for not doing it sooner. I went to another eyelash place and had lash extensions done in which they destroyed my eyelashes. The lovely lovely girl at Browco was so sweet and caring about my eyelashes and took the extensions off and a did a lash lift and tint. She did not push and gave me her expert advice on what I should do. She offered for me to purchase a lash serum in which I did & my eyelashes have grown back fully and thick. If this lovely girl remembers me coming in a while back (it was the first appointment of the day, quite early) - I thank you so much for what you did for me and how comfortable and calm you made me feel after my nightmare ordeal with the other place. Not only this but I have had my eyebrows waxed on many occasions here and they turn out perfect everytime.

I get my lash’s done from Bhagwati and just wanted to share how amazing she is. Not only do my lash’s look incredible, but she also gives the best advice and makes sure my real lash’s remain healthy!! She is also so lovely to chat with making the process enjoyable!! Highly recommend.

Although I came bit late after 4:30pm on Saturday afternoon, she was so kind and friendly and she has given me great service and advice. Amazing! The eyebrow specialist did even better than I expected; she was gentle and professionals and my eyebrows have never looksd better. She kept my shape but made the look fuller and overall nicer. I am their official regular now. Thank you!

THE WORST BROW WAX OF MY LIFE! Do not go here.. please!! I had lovely full brows, let them grow out and the girl there did the most awful job... cut away half my brow, waxed off more then even acceptable & they don't look one bit similar.. I cried so much after having a good look when I got home... I will never recommend this place & I will NEVER return. Working on growing out my brows again and praying they come back to original state.

Please do not go here. I booked a mapping and wax after lockdown for my brows that i had spent months growing, and they got absolutely butchered by the lady doing them. Not to mention she did not map or measure them at all, and went straight into waxing. I voiced my displeasure and one of the other staff members tried gaslighting me into saying my eyebrows were already like that, even though I had before pictures clearly showing that they weren’t. The one that did my brows also barely spoke english which made is difficult to communicate with her. She had made the front of my eyebrows extremely uneven. I was offered a free tint (which washed off immediately after I washed my face) but was still charged for the brows. Extremely upset that I basically paid to ruin my eyebrows. I recommend going to exotic Indian beauty, which is right across, as they do much better work for a cheaper price. Safe to say I will not be recommending this place to anyone nor will I be stepping foot back.

My daughter and I have our brows looked after by Bhagwati. She does a sensational job and provides a really friendly and personalised service. We highly recommend.

Pre Lockdown 2021 I went ever 3 weeks for infills and never had an issue. The girls were lovely and the service was 5star. Post lockdown, my infill lasted 5days with most of the lashes fully off at day 3/4. Called the salon and was met with a rude person in the phone that laughed when I explained my issue. When asked if there was a reason for this I was told they had changed to glue to which no one mentioned to me at my appointment. Do not recommend!

Actually i am not fussy person at all, but honestly i did brow lamination and unfortunately a day after ,more than half of my brow started falling and instead if being straight they were severely curled!!!! And I believe the person that did the lamination burnt my eyebrows, fortunately i had micro blading TATOO underneath otherwise i lost more than 35% of my eyebrows Even i was not happy with lash lift And my lashes were burnt as well

I came to receive a service last Sunday and now very disappointed so I would like to share my personal experience to you to think again if you want to waste your time here. On the day after I received service, the extended lashes were super easy to fall off even by an accidentally slight touch. They should have done more strong lash/glue attachments or whatever with this price level compared to other service providers with lower prices, they can do much better. I decided to go here because it’s close to my house and definitely won’t go there again. Attached picture of lash as of today for your reference.

I have done once lash extensions and twice lash infill in this shop. The first two experiences are really good, the technicians worked for me are very professional. But last Sunday, I did eyelash infill again, it just three days ago, many of my eyelashes already came off. And I don’t know why the technician put so many eyelashes close to my eye corner. It makes my eyes very uncomfortable.
