While I love this place, food, smoothies, and concept, it is a great example of how difficult it is to eat healthy. The last pickup we had for 2 wraps and 2 smoothies was just north of $40, and when I went to order through DoorDash (even with no fees from DashPass) pre-delivery tip, my total was $52. Two normal sized wraps, no sides, and 2 smoothies (while all great) at close to $60 in this area is in the age of food delivery is just tough to justify. If more affordable pricing, would be a staple instead of a “splurge”.

Above average customer service. Took longer than expected to get my food. Food was about a four... I love beets...❤️... Update 1/19/23 the service is better... I tried the new bowl and it was delicious!

Several of my friends enjoy this eatery and now it's my turn. I really enjoy eating here and the food was great. The staff was patient which is great customer service being my first time and everything was freshly made. The salads, wraps, smoothies and juice. They also have nice variety of bottled juice for purchase. It's also best to get and use their app

These employees hate their jobs and it shows. It really sucks. When I walked in here I should’ve walked out. 1st mistake. The atmosphere was the best thing in here unfortunately the employee’s bad attitude made me not even want her making my drink. Poor customer service on top of her making me a horrible juice (green machine) that tasted like nothing but celery🫠🤧🥴🤢 for $11.50– she remade it with apple 🍎 and it tasted the same just not as bad

We were the only people on the store and it took 30 minutes to get a smoothie bowl and 2 smoothies. The smoothies had ice filler and the smoothie bowl was tiny with almost no base for $12! See picture. The service was also bad…no sense of urgency, generally rude and promised a free smoothie for signing up for rewards and then she said she put my number in wrong and wouldn’t explain why we couldn’t get the free smoothie. Only reason for 2 stars is the food tastes pretty good, but for the size and service I won’t come back.

Really good food. Loved the create your own or pick from the menu options. Just really expensive…I suppose you expect it at a juice bar. $30 for a salad and drink seems steep though.

they used to fill it to the top but not anymore! Its not worth the price for the acai bowl’s plus no honey!!!!

I was really sad and came here, the food is phenomenal. Like, idk the “atmosphere” is sleek and sterile ig but that doesn’t take away from the food by any means. Go here for food that will make you feel good.

The food and smoothies are good but the service is absolutely terrible. Super slow. Even if I order ahead I still end up waiting at least 10 minutes once I get there.

Super disappointing. I ordered a turkey wrap, looks nothing like the picture. Wrap was soft and falling apart, lettuce was brown, and turkey was sparse and shredded??? Would not order that ever again.

The staff yesterday had absolutely terrible attitudes, no one greeted us and the girl that took our order didn’t say one word to us the whole time. We assumed she was ready to take our order and we stepped up, and we assumed she completed the order and walked away. When I received my order there was less than an inch of smoothie in my bowl, which I go to multiple locations throughout the month and it’s ALWAYS much more than that. When I asked politely to get it remade correctly, a crew member took the bowl to the back and came back with it laughing really hard and said there was nothing they could do. The experience was horrible.

Service and food were exceptional. Our group enjoyed the wraps and smoothies.

I come here roughly 3-4x a week. Customer service is subpar to say the least. I stood there for at least 2-3 min while 3 employees were upfront ( cleaning ) and not one greets as I walk in or ask if I need anything, nor does any of them state “ someone will be right with you “ . No hellos, good morning, welcome to Beyond or anything. That’s usually how it is when I come here. I try to see a pattern of behavior before I give my opinion bc anyone could be having a bad morning or just not on it. While nobody is perfect… you’re in the service industry!. A young man comes out the back and takes my order ( today ), and he was cool. He had a good demeanor and spirit about him so I know someone is raising that kid right!. The young lady behind him was making a wrap with her phone on the prep board right next to the wrap ( unsanitary! ) while watching a video of some sort. I ALWAYS leave a tip just due to the fact I worked in the service industry for many years from bussing/expo/serving and many other positions. Now the juices and and food is legit so no complaints there at all but definitely could work on customer service!.

What a flipping joke! Healthy, are you serious?!? And the people that work there are so unprofessional...biggest waste of money ever!! Also, it took more that 25 mins to get our food when no one was in there!! They were just chit chatting it up and sweeping the floor and then made our wraps! This place is a joke, close down, hang it up deli meat is not healthy and your help sucks!

Just what we needed for breakfast! We needed a quick, light breakfast and Beyond Juicery + Eatery was the perfect solution. I had the Dimmer smoothie. Not sure why it has its name, but I did enjoy it. I loved that it only had exactly what was in the description and appreciated the fiber from the spinach. The blue boba bowl was pretty good and the popping boba pearls were a nice added treat on top. However I would've appreciated the acai portion of the bowl to be more smooth and blended, and less served as frozen clumps. Loved the bright interior and would return for another smoothie when in the area again.

So I e tried 2 different smoothies from this place and wasn’t really impressed. I’ve never gotten food here until today. I ordered a lemonade which is so good, a chicken wrap that was good but could have used a lot more chicken, and a bottle of water. Now this is where it gets bad and I would have left but I didn’t want to embarrass myself. I don’t care if this place is downtown where you would expect people to have money but a chicken wrap lemonade and water was 21 bucks. The people that work their can’t even afford to eat it they was eating chipotle. I will definitely keep walking right pass the place from now own. Then they don’t give you a receipt but on the board it’s listed that a wrap is 10 bucks. So damn was the lemonade 10 bucks. I know the bottle of water was 250 which is just ridiculous.
