I’ve been seeing Chantal for physiotherapy off and on for years and she’s amazing! She takes her time to explain everything to me, she has a very gentle approach and is always on time! The staff at Kinatex is equally great! They are super organized and efficient, and always think of me when cancellations come up so that I can be squeezed in earlier than my scheduled appointment. I highly recommend Kinatex 10/30.

Not good place expensive reception not polite the physiotherapy the person Alex send the Excercise to do it at home after 5 days so for five days do nothing just sleep and I had knee operation so I don’t recommend

Excellent service. Although a little pricey, my insurance only covers what seemed to be reasonable. Sunlife covers up to $95 per hour, and being charge for 120$ for 45 mins.

I am very happy with the Phsio Therapy with Alex. He makes me feel very comfortable and seems quite knowledgeable. The team at Kinatex - Dix 30, are very friendly and helpful.

I have to tell you this ... I have asked from day one for Physio approach Ostyo they only had one person to do so and they lied to me and only gave me Physio almost all the time ( which I didn't need that)... they have even employe that will even hurt you and she will never admit it or help you to lower the pain and will talk to you like if you owe her ... Let me tell you as the receptionist do they are very polite, they only gets 100% As the the department of CNESST goes they will take the money from the government on pretense of Physio approach Ostyo... and they say that is legal... The Physio therapist called Mira has no idea how to do the job , she lied to me that she does both, then I found out she only knows Physio from her boss today 22 Sep 22 not even an apology for their lies. Because of her I suffer pain that mad rappel efact I couldn't concentrate and constant pain in my day-to-day life and their owner nice talker but doesn't see the harm she did to me ... very disappointing... In short if you need help by the CNESST Physio or Physio approach... don't go to them that department ... even if they make a mistake they will never admit it or take care of you It is not worth the time ...

Great place for professional physiotherapy. Great results. They are specialized in sports physio but they cover every aches and pains for non-sport people 👍. I highly recommend.

Kinatex is a fantastic clinic! My physiotherapist, Catherine Lachance, was AMAZING; she's incredibly sweet, fantastic at what she does, even after the very first session with her I noticed a night and day difference in my pain, I felt so much better it was unbelievable how quickly things improved. Especially as I had been suffering for a very long time and it had reached the point where I was struggling to complete even the most basic of tasks, and within a few weeks she had me feeling like a whole new person. Even the receptionists are very nice and efficient, and even during this pandemic they keep things clean and I felt very safe and comfortable going there. Highly recommend.

Lucas has been very helpful since the beginning of the problems I've had with a herniated neck, and has also helped with other back problems I have. He is very knowledgeable, but speaks to me in terms I will understand. He's also very pleasant, and funny, even when he is hurting my (in a way that I need to, from doing difficult exercises!). All in all, I'm very happy with the service I've been receiving. Thank you!

I had / have a neck hernia, giving extreme pain and causing severe weakness from a nerve in the neck all the way down to my right thumb. I came to Kinatex for physiotherapy help and Lucas was assigned to me. He immediately determined that there was nothing he could do for me, at my neck was in too much trauma, and recommended that I have a few treatments in acupuncture first, as this would help loosen up my neck. This showed me immediately that Lucas really cared about the best approach for me to get better, and he was right. The acupuncture treatments helped in getting my neck into a place where physiotherapy treatments could start. Lucas has been a godsend in helping get my neck and the nerve to a place where I can function again! During all the treatments, he has explained everything that he has done, in a way that I can understand. But it's not only his physiotherapy help that I appreciate. He has been very fun to work with! We developed a kinship into ''geeky'' things like comics and movies, so while he has been treating me, the conversations we have make the time pass very quickly. In addition, the staff at the main counter have been very friendly, and they take the time required to serve me. I do not feel like they are in a rush to get to the next client. Everyone at Kinatex Brossard has been and still are, a big help in getting me better. Thank you!

The girls at the front desk are always nice! Would recommend Christian Jobin from Kinatex brossard to everyone. Punctual, very friendly, professional. The best physio for my daughter and myself. We have been his client for over 2 years now and my daughter is doing great. The results are amazing! Highly recommend this clinic.
