A DISASTER . I am sure the doctors are competent, if you can get to see them; but otherwise this clinic is an insult to the taxpayers who pay for it. It is so difficult to get an appointment to the walk-in. I have been trying for a WEEK!!!! The receptionist says phone at 8.00, I phone at 8, and an answering machine tells me that they are closed and the secretaries will be available at 9.30. I phone later (8.30) and am told there are no appointments available. Can I book an appointment for tomorrow? "No! Phone at eight." I have tried the on-line booking, it doesn't work, it is non-functional half the time, and the rest of the time just tells you there are no appointments available. The receptionist displays zero people-skills, although I sympathize with her, it can't be easy working in a system that is designed to fail. I used this clinic about four years ago, and it was hard to get an appointment then, but nothing like it is now. Either I was very unlucky this time, or the standards have gone down very badly. Interestingly, there is no contact on their website for complaints. That's a bad sign, it means they aren't interested in how well or badly they are doing, not interested in learning from their clients how to do a better job.

No medical treatment + they CALLED SECURITY on me!!! I went in with my two kids without an appointment today - they used to take patients without appointments. The receptionist tells me I have to book an appointment and hands me a business card with information on bonjoursantĂ© so OK, I sit down and start working on that. She comes over and kicks me out of the clinic, saying the waiting room is for clients. OK, I take my cards and kids outside the clinic near the elevators and crouch to continue the now uncomfortable process of booking an appointment. She comes over again. I’m still too close to the clinic! I have to go over there. At this point I feel insulted and ask her if she’s sure that area is OK, this time. I go where she was pointing, nonetheless, and proceed to try to book an appointment. It doesn’t work - there are no appointments to this “emergency clinic” in the next 36 hours. At this point two huge security guards show up. They are calm and polite and explain that there was a complaint about me being “uncooperative!” The clinic’s staff are nearly as abusive and haughty as US border security, and they are supposed to be providing care to sick children
 disgusting!

I UNDERSTAND that working customer service in the medical field is very difficult and requires a lot of patience but my god.. The receptionist is SO impatient.. her tone of voice sounds very annoyed and condescending.. Have a bit of empathy? We are calling you to get an appointment with our doctor... She went straight to: Nope, call Monday. With no explanation, with a super dry tone, waiting for me to hang up.. I had to awkwardly ask her why and if she could explain the reason to me, twice..! I have worked customer service 15 years of my life and that is unacceptable. You are here to help the person on the phone.. I have never said no to a customer/patient I was speaking to without following with another option, a solution or a explanation for my answer. Specially in that tone.. And when the person on the line CLEARLY has a confused tone I would IMMEDIATELY offer assistance and take her through the steps understanding her needs. It's called customer service. There are classes offered to refine the quality of the service you offer... maybe that could be good to look into? Please work on your empathy, we are calling you for a reason.. Not to hear you be annoyed by us.

Wish I could rate them a zero as they deserve. Visited this place while seeking for a doctor, after wasting a night at the hospital. We were refused in this “without appointment” clinic for not having an appointment. The secretary was kind of rude and didn’t show any empathy for a 4 years old kid under pain.

I'm not sure why this clinic is getting a bad rap as for our family it has been a life saver. after five years of waiting for a family doctor in Quebec's pretend Medicare program this is an oasis of relief. we are able to get appointments really quickly and once there they process the patients at reception with incredible (non quebec) efficiency. then the doctors are extremely kind and helpful. I can't say enough good about this place. if you're family is being culled by Quebec's ongoing farce of a medical system and complete lack of access to even the most basic medical services, look no further than here to at least ensure that your children can see a physician. Awesome place. it feels as though you step into a teleporter to somewhere in the future outside of the crumbling joke of Quebec's Medicare system. thank you!!!

When you call to make an appointment, there are always no one answer your call. When you send email to make an appointment, the reception always ask you to provide referral each time through you already are the patient of the dermatologist. I have seen many specialist doctor, this is the first time that I met ask me to provide referral each time. Although the doctor is very good, but the receptionist is too bad and the policy is too strange. I will definitely change the doctor although it is close to my house.

I went to this clinic as an Ontarian visiting Quebec. I needed to see a doctor quickly, and was able to get in almost immediately, despite the fact there were no free appointments left today. The staff were professional, efficient and kind. I was also given a follow up appointment. Definitely glad I went to this clinic!

As many people mentioned below, it seems that we need to make an appointment to visit that "Clinique Sans- Rendez-vous". I visited their website and it was very confusing, I cannot find anywhere the booking button. They redirected me to another page where it says book an appointment with the Family doctor. I don't have a family doctor and if I have one I wouldn't visit this clinic, so this website is very confusing. Moreover, I tried to call and I can't seem to be able to talk with a Real person and they tell you go to the website. Yes, but I can't even find it on the website that's why I am calling them....this is a Deadly loop. Does this clinic still in operation or permanently closed?

Worst communications and client service. They have not updated their web information for 2+ years - it is not an Urgent Clinic. You need to call and make an appointment - but good luck reaching them. I showed up with my 93 mother in major distress. They simply turned us away.

My medical appointment with Dr. KLVANA was a waste of precious time. She was really not helpful, choosing to refer me to a different practitioner instead of actually doing her job of diagnosing my medical issue. She made me so uncomfortable, by acting cold and mean, that I couldn’t wait to leave her office. I don’t know if she has a problem with certain people but she didn’t even look me in the eyes during the whole duration of the consultation. When I asked if I could take a new appointment to check my blood sugar she told me it wasn’t possible to get one before 40, which I know for a fact is untrue. No empathy whatsoever.. I am angry because I don’t even have a family doctor and it’s so hard to get an appointment in this system and when I finally do they are incompetent and rude. The healthcare in this province is a cruel joke.

My mother has been waiting for this clinic to fax a chronic pain referral to the pain clinic in Montreal's hospital for OVER a year now. We have called them at least 60 times, we have went to the clinic in person to demand answers as to why the referral was never sent, and the receptionists were extremely rude and unhelpful. My mother is in serious condition to the point where she had to be rushed to the emergency room, because the incompetence of this clinic and their staff has made her wait over a year (And counting) to see a specialist. Every time I called the clinic to ask if they had faxed the referral yet, the receptionists are extremely rude and annoyed with me, as if my mother's health is not at risk. Shame on this clinic. Absolutely horrible to neglect your patients and their needs like this.

My gynecologist is there and I never had an issue until today. It was the gynecologist who wanted me to come in for an appointment at 12;45 which 2 days before changed for 12;30 and apparently was again changed for 12;20. I got there for 12;25 and waited over an hour saw people who arrive after me get to see the doctor so I decided to ask the receptionist when I'm going to see the doctor because I have another appointment to get too and they kept "oh there's only 1 person infront of you left" I ended up leaving at 2;15 pm without seeing the doctor because I had to get to my second appointment. Never in my life have I had horrible service like that to be asked to come in for an appointment and wait 2 hours is absolutely ridiculous.

The worst experience you will ever go through, the tell you to call at 8 am sharp which was the case; make you wait for more than an hour and they literally disconnect you. When you call later they say they are full.

(Translated by Google) It is very difficult to get the line to speak to someone in gynecology. Very often, after waiting 30 minutes, the line cuts and you have to call again. We then lost our place in the queue. Secretaries lack empathy and patience on the phone. When our gynecologist is on maternity leave, it is impossible to get an appointment with another gynecologist even if it is an emergency.

My family and I are lucky to have a doctor with such a high level of expertise as Dr Mikhail. She is one of a kind - it is rare to find such a competent doctor who is also kind while making us feel safe and taken care of. Dr Mikhail offers outstanding medical care and we are extremely happy to have her as our family doctor!

So when you to the emergency room at 8:00 am when they open the receptionist tells you you have to call at 8:00 since it has to be by phone . I called and stayed an hour and half she didn’t answer. Second day I called exactly at 8:00 stayed till 9:07 so she answered to say it’s complete! And this is not the first time she says the exact same thing. Very poor system and clinic.

(Translated by Google) I made an appointment with an audiology specialist, so far so good, except that the specialist in question only has one day available per month... So a month and a half goes by and my date has arrived. I had to take time off from work, because the only hours available are days. When I arrive at the reception desk, which is quite difficult to find in my opinion, I am told that my appointment was the day before... That everyone has been notified by text message and email of the change in availability of the specialist... The problem is that they did not take my phone number correctly so I never received the said update and never asked for my email... I am offered so another appointment, but that's 2 MONTHS LATER...

I had an appointment and surgery with Dre. Marie Helene Loriot and it could not have gone better! 2 weeks post-op and my skin looks PERFECT! No complications. The surgery itself went well, minimal pain. Her suturing skills are A+++ Thank you Dre. Loriot!

Absolutely horrible people working behind the family doctor clinic's reception. Disgusting condescending behaviour towards people who are sick and need to see a doctor. You never know what people are going through in their lives so being kind is a good quality to have when working in a doctor's office. Honestly relax you are just giving out appointments. If you want to feel unsafe and undervalued this is the clinic for you. Imagine quitting your family doctor in Quebec because of the witches at the front desk. If you are a family doctor and are considering working here don't. You will lose patients.

I really don’t understand the bad reviews for this Clinique. When I had a bad fever and needed some medication they were so kind and caring toward me. I got almost immediate help and I was even given a blanket when getting my iv done. Very kind service and nice place.
