Free underground parking, great theater for shows, seats are good and sound is great not too large so you see the stage clearly from any seat .Best place to see concerts or comedians on the south shore.

this is where the dix30 theater is . I've never been here for the theater but today they had Chinese new year event with lions and dances. it was well planned but a bit short. wasn't big enough to have alot of people so they might want to think about making this event someplace bigger.

I went for the Christmas concert there. I'm impressed for the place that located in DIX30 that more convenient after the event is finished. It contains like nearly a thousand people.

A true Artist I only knew one song from Julien Clerc and thought it would be fun to go to his concert at L'Étoile - Brossard during my first and only visit to Montreal this past weekend. I came out of it mesmerized with the man, the voice, the music and the lyrics that went straight to my heart! The venue was well organized, the show started on time. Add me to the unending list of Julien’s obsessed fans! Amazing!

Amazing acoustic! I've been to a few places, but they always lack on proper distances to avoid overlapping sound. The service during the event is great, a lot of parking lots. Definitely going to check for other events there.

Went to see a show cabaret style. The chairs are much to big for the size of the tables and the amount of chairs in the space. We struggle to find an adequate way to place the chairs so everyone could see and be comfortable. Anytime I wanted to get up to get a drink I was stuck in the next tables chairs and the ones at our table. And the chairs are only comfortable if you are sitting back lounging. To sit up straight and watch the show was uncomfortable to say the least. The space is well designed in regards to having a good view from every area.
