Friendly service and they are pretty quick. But there isn’t a lot of places to sit and it’s often very busy.

Didn’t know what to order because I’m soooo indecisive so I asked the barista to make me a surprise drink. She was really friendly about it and even told me that if I didn’t like it she could make me another drink. She made us a mango dragon lemonade with 2 pumps of raspberry syrup and passion tango on top. It was so refreshing!! Will definitely order this again and shoot out to the kind barista 😁.

I ordered a cold, strawberry drink, and to be honest, it didn't taste like any fruits I knew, but it was ok for a warm day, as I needed. To my opinion, the only good part of this SB is its environment. It's big roomy with a lot of places to sit.

So dirty with cofee spelt on the floor and strows on the dirty tables ..while 3 employees in the counter drinking thier own coffee. So disrespectful

ATTENTION PLS! The store should not allow outside food and drinks. There are whole groups of people who come in, and start eating every kind of takeout they brought in.

One of the best Starbucks locations!! Jonathan is so helpful and attentive and the entire staff is wonderful. This location is very clean, has a lot of seating spaces and a decent amount of products (ie. ground coffee bags, tea bags, etc) and travel mugs and tumblers.

I stop by this location, 3 to 5 times a week with coworkers. The staff are always very friendly, and the location used to be a different business, that allows for a much larger than normal Starbucks location; which makes it very open and roomy inside. It’s always clean, and busy during the afternoon rush, but the staff are always professional and pleasant.

Friendly employee and good service. They take the time to recommend a drink based on what you like if your not sure what to get.

2022/11/26 Ordered and Went around 730am to pick up the order, store did not indicate they are closed, they just ignored us and few customers after us instead of coming to us and tell us they are not ready yet (as they supposed open around 630 and they have no signed about store being closed) especially we even placed the order and ready to pick up. Lack of staff is understandable, however when a store unable to open on time they should at least put up a sign and let us know instead of just ignoring all the ppl that was waiting outside. I called and staff told me they didn't make my drink as they don't have what I want, so I said then I would like to switch instead of apologize first and ask me what I would like to change, they said ...oh we can't order thru the phone and try to hang up All the staff today had no service. If there was a store manager then I am not sure this manager has received a property training to manage their employees

Very BAD experience , the staff are very disrespectful, very incompetent employees, after waiting for so long .30 minutes and plus they did not even had respect for the customers or even apologizing for taking for EVER!!!! Their reply to us that they can not do miracles . Seriously???? Never thought that a company this Big would hire people with such incompetence!!! Was not expected with such a reputated company. Very DISAPPOINTED

Honestly the best Starbucks of the entire "greater" mtl area. The place is well staffed full of courteous employees that work together with great chemistry. The level of neatness is a nice surprise. Definitely a superior location from the dix30 one or any other ones. Heck I'm just shocked they didn't turn this location into a Reserve cuz this place deserves it. Perfectly run upscale coffee franchise spot.

Ordered 3 custom coffees, including two pumpkin spice lattes and sugar cookies and lemon loaf, everything was delicious, staff was incredibly friendly and service was quick!

Ordered Online on the 23 of February , system to receive order on store side was not working they asked me what i wanted when i showed up .They did my order all wrong. The App doesnt let you see past order in details so when i showed it to the staff they just gave me what they "tough" i ordered. Last time at this location.

It is a typical starbucks. The only complaint that I have it that there was no place to sit as all the places were occupied by people with multiple laptops. some people were taking up a four person place alone because of all the tech they had to have with them.

Nice atmosphere. Quiet and warm. Great staff and very fast. Were there with kids and they liked it as well as I am. Good location near my home.

The staff at this location on St. John Baptiste Day is the A-Team! Super effective, polite, and these girls hustled. The store was full, but they handled it like pros. I’ve come to this location many times, and I’m always satisfied, but today it seems they went above and beyond.

Emily at Starbucks is the funniest, most kind and heartwarming soul I’ve encountered yet. She is truly dedicated to her work and the drink she made was the best one I’ve had up to date😄 Beyond satisfied and grateful for this lovely encounter and experience.
