Compared to the other two chains I have tried, the food from place was not as flavourful and lacking a bit in sauce. The ingredients were however good quality and the bowls were filled completely.

So disappointing. This was my second time getting Poulet Rouge. The first time a friend ordered and picked it up but this time I went in. The staff were rude and seemed to expect you to just know how it works. One of them rolled their eyes when I asked a question about the flavours. If the staff is gonna be rude, at least put up a sign explaining the steps somewhere. The employe at the register asked me if I wanted avocado purée which I said yes to (and I think I paid for? I’m not sure because I never even got my receipt) but it was written on the little order sticker. I did not get any avocado in my bowl. The rice was dry and the pieces of chicken were tiny. I won’t be coming back.

Food was pretty good. Veggies looks/tasted fresh. A lot of side choices. Chicken was a bit dry. Staff was nice. Would go again.

Ordered the Quinoa Bowl with chicken and was not disappointed, it was quite good! The chicken was perfectly grilled. Perfect amount of char. The mix of corn and veggies gave a very balanced taste of sweet and salty. It was a bit heavy on the spicy mayo though but was somewhat needed otherwise the quinoa would have tasted bland, nutty but bland. The quinoa was a bit too moist though, there were some mushy clumps. The sesame soy sauce was good with the chicken, flavourful and not too salty. All in all it was a very good and filling bowl. It did the thing for me having been unwell from IBS the past couple of days.

Absolutely the worst poulet rouge i ever went to my entire life! The food was so so but OMG the service was the worst one i ever had! First of all the guy serving was flirting with the lady in front of me for a long time which was very unprofessional. Secondly they we’re very rude to me when i simply wanted to enjoy a delicious bowl. When I requested to speak to the manager which was the tall guy with the glasses, he wasn’t interested and had no compassion AT ALL! He ran away in the back to hide and to avoid dealing with his customers. Never ever go to this location. Never going there again.

It’s the second time I order from their app and I order the one that says 39gr of protein, I weighed my protein, it was only 24gr, my bf order as well, it was not 30gr of protein. I would like a refund. We had to cook more chicken tonight because we are on a high protein lifestyle. They used to give more chicken, or maybe it’s just this location that skims in chicken. It’s almost false advertising. I am a huge fan of poulet rouge, but cmon…

Love this location. Staffs are friendly and service is good. Portion is generous and taste is yummy good. Both the bowl and salad are good. I like this location better than other ones around town.

Went for lunch with a coworker. It took abit longer then expected but that being said it was acceptable. The food was filling and you get plenty of veggies with your chicken. My friend had the "volcano" spicy tofu; while good it wasn't too spicy hot.

Clean and quiet Poulet Rouge location. The food was good, the ingredients were fresh and the chicken was grilled on the spot as per the selling point of this franchise. The service was fast and friendly.

Not a healthy food fan for sure! But for the first time I loved this chicken bowl full of flavours, very tasty and very very delicious! Very generous portion size and surely a good customer service. I ordered buy 1 get 1 from Uber Eats, and had requested two different chicken flavours (BBQ and Spicy) and they did make me happy.Thank you 😊

I went into the store with little to no expectations. The service was so quick and I ordered the 2 flavour chicken bowl. I got the spicy and lemon flavoured ones ( forgot the official names sorry lol ). The store itself is so nice and lots of seating available.

I had the Poutine rouge and the lil bowl there. It was my first time at the Brossard location. If I compared it with the one on St-Denis or Ste-Catherine, the chicken lacked flavour and colour. At st-Denis for instance, the boys prepare it like a bbq. They add 2 coats of sauce so it sticks to the chicken. You can really feel the flavours. However the poutine at Brossard was better because their curd cheese was better. The guy at the cash was a little impatient. But the cooks were nice. Overall the customer service was a little less than the other locations but I would still give it another chance.

I ordered a red bowl which was one of the best bowl I ever had. I already went to other poulet rouge but non of them could give me this kind of bowl. I really recommend this restaurant. The staff is very kind and specially the boss is very kind and chill

This was my first time at poulet rouge. For a place called that, they don’t sell much chicken, it’s barely 1/4 of the meal. More like a cherry on top. Besides that, service was good and the food tasty.

Food is on point, Service is fair location is perfect except for parking and perhaps smoke in the eating area if you care to dine in, you might come out smelling like BBQ. The restaurant is a great fair price addition to the area if you just want to eat especially.

Food was delicious as all the poulet rouge. However, service was way too slow! Line was huge even when it wasn’t rush hour. Music was way too loud, I can’t even keep a conversation. Many things to improve at this place.

Friendly service with relatively clean facilities. Bathrooms were out of order unfortunately. Dishes were fresh, quality expected from Poulet Rouge.

I gave this place several chances but they NEVER get my order right. Mind you, I'm not asking for much: just NO cheese and NO cranberries. Today, I received a salad that did not have any cheese but is FULL of cranberries, a few lettuce leaves and quinoa. That's it. That was over 20$. Whether I write my instructions in French or English, no difference. I'm not ordering ever again from this place!

Was there at 11 am and bought three meals for 47$ and was incredibly disappointed in the chewy and dry chicken. I am a hugeeeee poulet rouge fan so I dont know why the chicken tasted so rubbery...almost like the chicken was old..or was overly cooked or microwaved. You know when you love something so much and then its just so horrible you are turned off. Thats what happened today so not sure how I feel moving forward.

Awful food. Thick battered everything. Chicken pieces so big you have to use a knife and definitely enhanced chicken. Same sauce on everything. You can get better Chinese food anywhere in Brossard. Friendly service and nice clean restaurant

I love this place and their food, I ‘ve been in different branches but the Poulet rouge Brossard is amazing, very clean, nice and polite staff and super fast 👍 Thank you guys

Tried this Poulet Rouge location for the first time around New Year's. Like others have noted, the person taking the order did not look like he wanted to be there. Short in his responses, not friendly, handed me the wrong change amount (5$ exactly was missing) that I had to ask for as he was walking away from the cash. One thing that was really unsettling to me was that they had about 5 employees behind the counter all of which were speaking a foreign middle-eastern language (not english nor french) really loud to one another and not really paying attention to what they were doing or customers. None of them looked like they wanted to be there and all of them had a ''blasé'' attitude. The chicken was dry/overcooked and mostly bland. The sauces saved it somehow. Overall the experience just wasn't great it did not feel welcoming and I haven't gone back since because of that It was a really big contrast to the experience I had trying Poulet Rouge near Sherbrooke which had friendly and welcoming employees that spoke french/english behind the counter and were paying attention to orders & what they were doing.
