I got food from them a few times and everytime, it's been extremely difficult to talk with the staff due to language barriers (tried French and English). I had a hard time getting my order at the counter or even just asking if the drink was in the bag. The final straw for me is the restaurant sending the wrong order, which I couldn't eat due to pregnancy dietary restrictions, via UberEats, being unable to help over the phone and just telling us to come and get it (there's a reason we used a delivery service vs driving there ourselves... Which we explained countless time). UberEats refunded the order and instructed us to just reorder the same, which I did. Low and behold, they delivered the original order, which had been sitting on their counter for close to 2h if we trust the tracker. Extremely disappointing and could've led to food poisoning for me, had I not thrown it out. And after all of this, I still hadn't had dinner. I will avoid this place in the future!

Ridiculous! I order a "baby on board" for my pregnant wife, they send the wrong order. They are absolutely unable to help on the phone so I cancel and finally oder online again to get it right this time. 2 hours later, they send the original order that waited on the counter for 2 hours! Food poisoning sent out to a pregnant lady ? Are you serious ?!? Stay away at all cost, they send room temperature shrimps to pregnant people, who knows what they can send out to you!!

Some time good some time bad. It is best to order fresh. Yesterday I took a ready made box from their fridge and had to throw away 70% of the meal. One ingredient had went bad. Sea food past date is quite horrible. The rice was hard. Could not eat it. I wasted 20$.

Fresh and perfectly rolled sushi! I’ve been to this sushi shop for several times and the food is always tasty. The staff is friendly and genuine people, superb customer service. Takeout is pretty quick too. I recommend!

BEST SUSHI SHOP OUT THERE!!! The employees are so kind and welcoming, the food is always tasty and the place is very nice and clean! I’ve had bad experiences everywhere else but here will be my favourite from now on!! 🫶🏻

Another day, another mediocre sushi on the south shore! Ordered via Uber eats. Took forever to get my order ready. (1hr wait) The rice is too wet ( too much vinegar), there is no care in making the food ( too much rice, nothing is uniform) 0/10 would recommend.

My recent visit to Sushi Shop left me with mixed feelings. The sushi itself was decent, but the prices were a bit too high for what I received. In addition, the cashier was pretty cold no smile almost felt like he was bored there were clients. I will give it another go this weekend and hopefully have a better experience when picking up my order. Can do better this restaurant was the gold standard 5 years back now competitors are everywhere and providing similar if not better overall experience.

Everytime I do there seems to be a problem. I went for lunch and took 2 poke bowls and asked for no orange masago in one of them. I got two of them with nothing but the fish salad and rice. Also as per the last 3 times, my bubble tea bubbles were not cooked and it was undrinkable. I am so disappointed.

They gave us the old sushis and tell us they were not the old ones… like we are blind and didn’t see the dude putting them in an other box just in front of us! So fresh the salmon is black… thief!
