Malheureux car c'est une personne sympathique mais nous ne sommes pas dans son bureau pour devenir amis mais pour ĂȘtre soignĂ©s. MalgrĂ© nos critiques rĂ©pĂ©tĂ©es dans l'espoir qu'elle corrige le tir, rien ne change. Comme on paye, ça ne passe plus. Ne recommande pas du tout cette clinique ni les soins d'hormonothĂ©rapie, ou autres, les suivis sont erratiques, vous gaspillez vos sous!

    "On prends pas de nouveau patients" When free clinics are full and you don't have a family doctor, you'd think you could at least consult a private clinic since they charge ridiculous fees for the consultation, but even these clowns are refusing. Guess I'll just further clog the emergency room and wait 16 hours for a non-emergency

    Dr. Dionne is excellent. At the forefront of medicine, with its knowledge in functional medicine. “micro tuning” for optimal health. Listening, open-minded. Gave me all the answers to my questions by email after my appointment.

    On ne m’a pas fait passer les tests nĂ©cessaires pour la condition qu’on suspectait. On ne m’a pas permi de voir le mĂ©decin, j’ai seulement pu parler Ă  l’infirmier qui, en plus d’avoir fait un examen beaucoup trop sommaire, m’a prescrit le mauvais antibiotique. RĂ©sultat : 250$ dans les poubelles et mes symptĂŽmes se sont aggravĂ©s. Je donnerais moins qu’une Ă©toile si c’était possible. MĂȘme en cas d’urgence, ne prenez pas rendez-vous ici.

    Dre. Desaultels offre une approche diffĂ©rente en hormonothĂ©rapie, en s’ajustant Ă  chaque patiente. Je suis satisfaite des soins. Les frais sont toutefois exorbitants! Payer 200$ pour un rv de 15 minutes, aprĂšs une attente d’une heure et plus est insultant. On nous charge Ă©galement 75$ pour un rendez-vous tĂ©lĂ©phonique de 13 minutes, simplement pour transmettre les rĂ©sultats d’une prise de sang... un mois aprĂšs le test! Attention, ils ne prĂ©viennent pas toujours les clients de tous ces frais! C’est dommage que les services semblent se dĂ©grader avec le temps...

    This is my last word with you, I will not waste any more time with a private clinic that does not take new patients, and in my case, referred by my private medicine doctor who has retired. This clinic makes no difference with the public service! In short, customer service speaks volumes. Very expeditious, we refuse telephone requests from new patients as if we wanted to get rid of them and we ask to do an online registration again which takes forever because after two years the patient has never obtained an appointment ! This was my case! Who cares! Very difficult to get explanations. After reading your customer reviews on Google, I noticed that they are mostly NEGATIVE and I understood that my feelings about your private clinic were the right one. GOODBYE with pleasure! I'm sure there are much better places elsewhere!

    Absolutely HORRIBLE service. At the price we pay, I have no support, no clear answers, no access to our doctor even if we are in the private sector, no support to help us manage the symptoms or side effects of the medication for hormone therapy. Meeting with nurses who only ask you questions related to a list of symptoms without offering explanations or suggestions, instead of just providing access to the doctor. Truly a clinic that is a victim of its success and has decided to completely abandon customer and patient service in favor of financial profits!

    Cette clinique sont DES FRAUDEURS !!! N’allez pas lĂ  du tout, et n’essayez mĂȘme pas de prendre rdv avec eux par vidĂ©oconfĂ©rence; ILS NE SE PRÉSENTENT MÊME PAS!!!!!!!! Je suis outrĂ©e ! J’avais rĂ©ellement besoin de consulter rapidement, j’ai payĂ©e leurs 100$ de dĂ©pĂŽt Ă©trangement NON REMBOURSABLE pour simplement qu’on se prĂ©sente JAMAIS au rdv ! Que faire dans une telle situation ?! Ils devraient rĂ©ellement ce faire poursuivre car c’est du vol, du VRAI DE VRAI !!!!!!!!! Je suis complĂštement abasourdie

    Insatisfait! Mauvaise organisation dans la prise et la confirmation de rendez-vous Ă  plusieurs reprises. 1) Veillez informer clairement Ă  vos patients Ă  quelle clinique ils doivent se prĂ©senter. 2) Votre site internet et vos portes devraient indiquer l'heure d'ouverture pour les prises de sang versus l'ouverture de la clinique. Ex.: Ouverture de la clinique Ă  08h00. Ouverture pour prise de sang Ă  07h30. 3) Assurez-vous que vos clients soient informĂ©s d'ĂȘtre Ă  jeun ou non lors d'une prise de sang. Les coĂ»ts que nous payons pour la mĂ©decine privĂ©e sont en grande partie pour Ă©viter des pertes de temps. J'espĂšre que des solutions seront apportĂ©es pour honorer les excuses qui m'ont Ă©tĂ© offertes par le personnel de l'accueil. Je crois aussi que la confiance et la rĂ©putation de votre clinique sont construites sur ces premiers contacts.

    Je devais avoir rendez vous tĂ©lĂ©phonique trĂšs important aujourd hui .pas de nouvelle .mon dermato attendais la requĂȘte ça pris un mois a envoyer la requĂȘte .mĂȘler dans les dossiers .a part me charger 800pour pour la Lyme a part des appels entre 250 et 350 .ça fait 2000 que je donne a cette clinique aucun avancement aprĂšs un an aucune prise en charge et pourtant on m avait qu on allait me prendre en charge .j en reviens pas j arrive pratiquement plus a marcher et on me laisse comme ça.on m avait jurer

    Quick and simple appointment making for tomorrow for a member of my family, when we arrived, it was quick for the consultation, Dr. Martel asked all the questions and did all the checks, and the appropriate prescription. We had very good service. Keep it up! We were lucky, once the public services no longer worked.

    Got the amazing experience with dr. Ioana Liana. She is very attentive, caring and knowledgeable. She checked everything needed to be checked, gave me a referral for an urgent X-ray, prescription for medication and gave me an extra call to add some specific information about my condition. In addition to that, lady on the phone (probably a receptionist, idk), who found me this appointment, was super nice. I was coughing like crazy, while she was registering me, and she was supporting me with and literally hugging me with her voice. Btw, I got the same day appt and I am extremely grateful for that ❀.

    I've been with Dr. Desautel prior to her opening this clinique and after many years of great service with her it now has become my worst experiences. I CAN NOT GET AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN REASONABLE TIME. CAN'T EVEN SEE MY DOCTOR WHEN I SHOW UP BECAUSE I WAIT FOR OVER 1H AND NOW I CAN'T EVEN GET A HOLD OF THE RECEPTIONIST. WHAT'S THE POINT OF PAYING THESE FEES ??????

    Sorry but really bad service that my partner received at this private clinic. Very expensive and after having paid $300.00 to have an emergency service for a broken cotton swab stuck deep in the ear and managing to have this emergency appointment 48 hours later to finally be told on the spot that they couldn't do anything, that the cotton swab was too deep.... It seems to me that common sense would have been to reimburse him. Thank God, we found a polyclinic (Polyclinique de l'oreille) paid for by the RAMQ which took care of him the next day and which resolved his problem with impeccable service... Never CMIE!!!... .

    Incredible, I've been waiting for an ENT appointment for about 4 months. I called back twice to follow up, no return call and still no appointment or even an ENT call. I went to the private sector to expedite it. the process and it's worse than in public.
