Ex.: Ouverture de la clinique à 08h00. Ouverture pour prise de sang à 07h30. 3) Assurez-vous que vos clients soient informés d'être à jeun ou non lors d'une prise de sang. Les coûts que nous payons pour la médecine privée sont en grande partie pour éviter des pertes de temps. J'espère que des solutions seront apportées pour honorer les excuses qui m'ont été offertes par le personnel de l'accueil. Je crois aussi que la confiance et la réputation de votre clinique sont construites sur ces premiers contacts.
