This clinic does not care about the patients. After receiving the results of my exams, even though some were not good, the clinic didn't get in touch with me to follow up with next steps for the treatment. They keep saying the results were normal even though they are clearly not. I called a couple of times and my husband also called. Never got a response. Very unethical! I do not recommend it to anyone looking for a serious business. I take my health very serious and I expect my doctor to take it as well.

Great service & medical care. I had been to another private clinic & after my first visit & getting some tests, I received one call from them but no indication that anything was amiss. With the early days of Covid I left it at that. PrivaMed, their staff & Dr. Toledano have been nothing but exceptional after the initial clinic refused to see me again for a follow up.

Very professional and very kind, everyone i have had dealt with went above an beyond to help me out regardless of my lack of French . Amazing group of people that work at Privamed Brossard Dr Nathaniel Toledano is absolutely amazing and actually cares Dr Mara at Privamed Boucherville is also amazing Thank You's for all the hard work that goes unnoticed!

I’ve been a client for at least 4 years and I have to say that the service recently is not up to standards anymore. I don’t know why we’d pay for private doctors if they wait times and service aren’t better. If I can’t call and be seen when I or my children are in need of medication outside of check ups then I fail to see the point. I love the doctors we’ve had, but call times and wait times have been 45 minutes plus only to be told we can’t be seen. I hope this is looked at and fixed. I’m very upset and wouldn’t recommend anyone to sign up for this clinic with how it is now.

Booked the appointment online for the next morning. A little misunderstanding with the receptionist made me late for the appointment but the doctor I had was great. Fast and thorough.

Everyone in the office is very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and bilingual. Both doctors I have seen took time to talk to me and be sure all my concerns were addressed. I am new to Canada, and am very grateful to the person who recommended PrivaMed.

Ridiculous! You call them and should stay on the line for 30 minutes with no option to leave your number for them to call back! It's just a shame

I am grateful for the very professional and courteous service that I always receive at Privamed Brossard. Dr. Lemieux offered to speak English immediately which I greatly appreciated. She is a skilled listener, answered all my questions, responded to my concerns and gave sound advice.

I posted incorrectly before, making comments on my physiotherapist. With respect to Dr. Toledano, he always takes the time needed to go over any medical problems I have. It is so refreshing when compared to the public systems, where the doctor is always in a hurry to get to the next patient. I really appreciate the care and honesty I have received from him.

Clinic, doctor and nurses very nice, most probably problem with reception. I did my mammography in another clinic, and results were sent 10 days ago to PrivaMed, no information through portal, long wait over the phone, and they told me results was received 2 days ago and will be evaluated by doctor. Even didn't ask my name to say this information. Asked clinic who did the mammography send again, maybe it will trigger something in Privamed. Very disappointing situation, I waiting for results, it's ready, but no one care in clinic

They take on too many patients and it's very difficult to get an appointment with your doctor in a timely manner. Schedules fill up very quickly and the point of a private clinic is to get quick and easy consultations, which is no longer the case with Privamed. Doctors and service are top notch though. I'll keep going because I love my doctor, but it's a shame that the company's greed penalizes those who just want and NEED a quick RV without waiting 3 weeks or more. If they resolve this and find a way to make more space for appointments, I would have no complaints.

I have been dealing with Dr. Valois for many many years even prior to Privamed. I’ve always been very satisfied however LATELY I find the approach of the clinic to be money oriented over service centered. On my last appointment DrValois was rushed .. and in order to get the results from an X-ray and an MRI I had to 1) pay for a 10min telephone appointment (nothing new there but nonetheless ridiculous) and 2) I had to pay one week in advance of my getting the results. This is unacceptable and the feeling of that is not good …

I’ve been a patient of Dr Nicloux at Privamed Boucherville for over 10 years but when I tried to book an appointment in January 2023 I was told I would be put on a waiting list which was dated May 2023. This is the first time I’ve run into this type of situation at Privamed. Nevertheless I asked to see another doctor and was given one at the Brossard clinic. I was disappointed as I had been with the same doctor for some time and was basically forced to change. I do want to say that the doctor at the Brossard clinic is also very good. The 2 stars is for the administrative process which reminded me of the public system with their waiting lists. The doctors I’ve dealt with are 5 stars.

My family doctor was my health safety net. After he died, I had been with him for 30 years. I had to find another doctor, who would not really know me. I went to Privamed and found Dr Toledano. It was so worth the mininal cost. He is great! very wise for his age and has a bedside manner that makes it all better, (he's cute too!) The service is fast, reliable, friendly, just awesome from the warm greeting to the time you leave. The Quebec Gov. should consider their business model. Kathy Hartnell

PrivaMED Brossard is great. Very clean clinic, front desk staff are friendly, bilingual and professional. Dr. Nathan Toledano is amazing.

I injured my foot and I was able to get an appointment the next morning with a doctor and a referral for X-rays. I received excellent care at PrivaMed clinic and I was spared a long wait in emergency.

I have been seeing Dr. Toladano for a few years now. He is very easy to talk to and share your concerns. He is able to provide the resources to get the answers to any problems I might have. I have full confidence in Dr. Toladano and feel fortunate to have him as my doctor.

Since I required a medical consultation at high priority, my assigned Family Doctor was not available in the short term. I went to PrivaMED and they quickly addressed an appointment with a specialist, who took my case. The follow-up was consistent and attentive. The Brossard PrivaMED team has been efficient, gentle and educated including when I phoned them. I am grateful for your quality service. Certainly, it is a paid service but you are warranted to receive a first class attention. Thanks.🙏

Dr buriuian is very through and makes sure every angle is covered. She takes the time necessary to make me comfortable and reassured.

Love this place. Can get an appointment quickly and that staff, nurses and doctors are awesome. They go out of their way to help you. Always have the feeling that they are listening to what I am saying.
