Starbucks is Starbucks! Drive through, most of the time very busy. You get what you expect

Well, I'm not a Starbucks fan. Therefore, don't weigh on my opinion much. To be fair, the staff are nice and fast, we could also find a place to sit, but coffee quality, of all Starbucks for me, is really questionable. There are many more better coffee shops you can choose from.

I’ve been there twice. First time, waited 30 mins before receiving my drink. Second time, waited 21 mins for my drink. The wait time is unacceptable. Employees don’t seem very energetic or fast. There are flies inside the coffee store. I always question if it’s sanitary….

Here right now at 11:30am on a monday, place is pretty much empty and got my order taken right away. However from the time of ordering to receiving it was 15 mins... the staff was talking, chit chatting and not seeming to put any urgency in the making of orders being put through. My drink wasn't made correctly as a result of the talking and when i went up and asked if it could be made the way it was supposed to ( very nicely of course ) i was talked back to in a rude manner by one of the employees and then talked ABOUT when walking away (i had airpods in but could clearly hear) pretty ridiculous & no professionalism at all. Pretty dissatisfied with the service and lack of respect , wont be returning .

Service is quite good and fast. However the Dark roast coffee seems to be diluted and not as strong compared to what I have in Place Ville Marie in Montréal!?!

Rude staff, I have ordered a customized drink, after getting my order I noticed there’s something missing, so I was asking the lady who made the drink for me, said I think there’s something missing in my drink, the lady suddenly became rude asking me” why? What’s wrong?” But I wasn’t unsure about it, then left. Finally found out there’s no coconut milk in the drink. I paid for my drink, I’m not paying to get such bad attitude from the staff, not coming back anymore. By the way the gentleman on cash was super nice.

not the best starbucks honestly, the drinks tasted very bad, made us wait 15-30 minutes for our order and the other person was filling up the cups instead of helping doing the orders so that the time would pass by quicker. seriously disappointed

I'd been coming here for years and probably will be going further to avoid this location. I mobile ordered, and not only was the staff argumentative when we went to pick it up, saying it was impossible for me to have ordered since they were out of oat milk (which... The receipt should have disproved that), but the substitution drink was only tangentially similar and took about 15 minutes to make. I'm not even sure what the drink was, but having ordered an iced toasted oat shaken espresso, I got something that looked like an iced latte and tasted like not much. Wholly disappointing experience.

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. They need a better mechanism to serve indoor clients. Always have to wait about 30+ minutes to get a single cup of coffee.

Friendly service, but the person who served my drink had hand warts which is not sanitary if you’re touching the customer’s cup barehanded. Please, just wear gloves with you carry contagious viruses.

I wouldn’t suggest any one to go there. I’ve been there multiples times but it seems to get worst each time. Today was very unexpected : people were gathering together to tell jokes and working very slowly like sloths. No sense of urgency… What was special is getting my order completely wrong. I know it’s a coffee but baristas are playing like they’re listening but actually they don’t!

Loved this branch, good seating, good customer service, my drink needed some extra taste (additional pump) as it was not as usual and they did it happily. Only downside is the bathroom needs some cleaning.

I came buy today to buy 2 tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia for me and my boyfriend and it both got us sick. The tomatoes were very acid and got us very sick. I had a problem with my stomach and my boyfriend threw up, because of it. I don’t know what was wrong with the tomatoes, but it definitely wasn’t good.

The location is a typical Starbucks, it has been renovated two times since I have been going there, and it is generally, well-maintained, clean, and staff are all quite friendly and polite. The drive-through creates a fair amount of congestion, directly in front of the building, with that being said, the drive-through staff are quite quick, and the experience is not unpleasant. I generally go in, and this can sometimes take a longer time. Lineups are common, but if you go to Starbucks, you know that that is par for the course. When it’s very busy inside, it can be quite crowded as the location is small to medium sized. Paying with my Starbucks membership, and tipping staff gratuities through the app is much more convenient.

To the owner of this Starbucks location. Before I walked in to grab a coffee, I clearly checked on all the door signs, nowhere written dogs are not allowed. So I walked in with my dog, the girl who took my order, was kind enough to say to me it s not allowed to have dog inside the coffee shop unless it s a service dog, said to me they have a sign on the door. But still she took my order, and asked me to wait outside for my drink. I felt embarrassed to be asked to leave the shop, cuz there were so many people inside, if there was a sign on the door, I am never a person of ignoring it, and still coming in with a dog. So I waited outside the door, checked again, still didn’t see the sign of not allowing dogs. Then the girl who took my order took my drink outside, I asked her where is the sign I didn’t see. She then told me, well her boss asked the Starbucks company for the sign, cuz they are not allowed to put themselves. So there should be a sign, but they didn’t get it yet from the Starbucks headquarter, according to her. Well, I passed by this location last year in the summer with my dog inside, no sign at the door by then, and the stuff didn’t say anything while I was inside, meaning it is allowed. So if by last summer, 2023 they didn’t get the sign, until now February 2024 they still didn’t get the sign, but when customers coming in without knowing it s not allowed, then get to be asked to leave the shop immediately in front of all the other customers, this kind of service is allowed and does not cost anything to the owner of the shop, but only embarrassing clients, that the owner never minds of that. There are quite some Starbucks shops in Brossard, definitely no need to come back to this one.

There’s an old man that works there and every time I went and he was there, service was super long and unpleasant. He has difficulties reading the receipts so it takes awhile to get our drink. When someone complains about the service he blames everyone else and points to his colleagues and says it’s their fault when he’s the problem. Avoid this Starbucks if you’re nearby. When they get rid of him, service will probably be better.

Service is always good, but this place has crazy amount of drive-thru so it slows down your order id you walk-in. Best advice is to order from the app and pick up. Else, place is renovated and clean 👍

Found the staff really competent. Got my order right, served right away, prepped in just a few minutes. Positive experience. Solid service. Would come back.

I visited this location the other day. I went in the drive through and the service was excellent and when I got to the service window a wonderful young girl named Hannah saw my dog in the back seat and told me how cute he was and if he would like a pup cup and she gave him a cup of whipped cream and that was super nice and my dog loved it. My pumpkin frappe and coffee were excellent. I will definitely be returning and recommend this place to everyone. Thank u to Hannah and the team

I don't know whether they are severely understaffed or what, but not only does it take 30 minutes to get my drink in the drive through, but they didn't hand me the correct drink! I was already late for work, and they handed me a random tall drink instead of my grande latte that was 6 bucks ):

They were out of everything, the boy cashier looked very clueless and of no help, messed up the order, the coffee was dripping from everywhere. Still paid a lot and left a tip but I do not recommend this place, go to another Starbucks.

Went there for a drink, took forever, aweful service, not polite, and yet somehow they ask for tip before delivering their zero service.

Food and drinks were great as always, but the cashier at the drive basically chased us out, and then i had to go inside cause we were missing some items...

Waiting time here is ridiculous, no customers inside the store 3 cars in the drive thru area yet it took me, no joke, 30minutes to receive my drink.

Lines are extremely long at this Starbucks. In the drive thru you can easily be stuck there for 20 minutes. They are always out of cold brew, unapologetically. They recently renovated inside and theres way less seating areas.

I was walking with my dog in dix-30 , then I decided to have a stop and get a coffee and a puppuccino for my dog , before getting in I checked the signs on door to see if I can get in with my dog or no,LIKE EVERYWHERE, and there was NO SIGN ,WHICHE MEANS YOU CAN ENTER WITH YOUR PET !! so I get in and suddenly one staff without any delay yelled that you can get in with dog , I asked her how can I order and she answered you can't stay with dog here , I felt so terrible and bad and she ruined my day with her unprofessional behaviour . This is not my first time I'm getting coffee or whatever with my dog and this never happened to me before . If she behaved professionally, she could have come out and taken my order instead of kicking me out of the store. I HOPE THE MANAGER GET THIS MESSAGE .

Trash. No other words to say. Not only did my friend and I not get the drink we order that we had said specifically that we wanted. They did not follow the conditions of the drink like adding whipped cream when it wasn't wanted and worst of all making the drink with lactose to someone who is lactose intolerant! With all the commotion in the Starbucks it would not have been possible to return the drink so I was left to throw it out after realizing that it had lactose.
