    ***Update**** I forwarded my contact information to them 2 months ago, as requested, and still no response. I did however receive an email today saying they tried to call me (when they didn't), and asking me to call them, which I did, but it was just an automated system where you can't actually speak to a real person that eventually directs you back to the website to start the entire process over again. Don't waste your time with this company. ************** Sent a request for an appointment online. 2 weeks later they finally called back but I missed the call. No voicemail was left and when I tried calling them back MULTIPLE times - no answer. Clearly they're under the impression that the services they provide are not necessary for people's health.

    This is an edited review. Even though I had issues with taking the online appointment, I was surprised how quick Imagix customer service contacted me and guided on how to rectify the online request I made. The team identified the issue and helped me get an appointment in a professional and efficient way. Thank you for being there for your patients!

    Customer service is slow. Waiting room is full, but employees are chatting and leaving patients waiting in line at the front desk. We can see the techies also chatting in the back.

    Technicians are amazingly friendly and courteous, and all of them have absolutely no problem speaking with you in English. This is especially important when dealing with medical issues. I've been going here for years and highly recommend them.

    Went in on Jan2, 2024 12:30 for chest xray bc of congestion. Was back in my car 15 mins later having completed it. Excellent Imagix. If all clinics could operate like imagix we would be so happy.

    I had problems trying to get an appointment by phone and online. I showed up with no appointment at 9:15 am and was in and out in 30 minutes. Really appreciate the staff for their empathy,especially for a nervouse patient. Thank you so much. Give gratitude where it is deserved.

    Impossible to reach someone by phone to book an appointment for a cortisone injection and their on line appointment system is a mess. Made a request on March 8, 2022. They gave a confirmation #. What a joke. No news as of April 20, 2022 and it's impossible to reach anyone.....Voicemail only.

    I just had to review seeing these bad reviews! My experience was excellent! You have to book appitment online yourself and send your refferal, very easy, lots of availability, found one within two weeks. They follow up to confirm. When there, they are very busy but respect the apointment time, both times I went. Very professional, kind and efficient. Great team. I really recommend.

    Sent a request for an ultrasound 4 months ago via their web site. I never received a phone call, email or anything else from them regarding setting up an appointment. I did receive spam mail from Biron trying to convince me to have sleep apnea tests done, which cost 1500$ and which are completely unrelated to my request. I tried to call directly but had to navigate an automated system that you cant ever speak to anyone. What a waste of precious time, this place is unprofessional. This would have been the second time I go to this clinic. The first time was last year and I had the same issue. Nobody calls you back, but last time after multiple phone calls I finally reached someone and they booked an appointment for me, but when I went to the clinic they had no record of the appointment. There are many other places don't waste your time here. UPDATE : Canned reply from this company, which shows they couldn't care less. You have my info, you call me. I left a negative star because I don't want to call you again.

    It took us 3 and a half hours to wait to get an x-ray, I can't believe the level of incompetence of the staff, the room filled and emptied several times and we were still there waiting. I don't want to go back ever.

    I had my appointment today and experienced good things than my last visit. The front receptionist lady became alot nicer and hopefully always will, the other staffs also treated me very nice. Thanks for the efforts and keep up the good work.

    We took my brother who has mobility issues and the staff was most helpful making sure he was comfortable,, the technician doing the x Ray's and scan was very caring as he took his time helping him move into position and was very patient,, we are extremely pleased and satisfied with the care given

    X-rays yesterday for myself, June 30th early morning. Accompanied my elderly parent at the same time. Excellent service from beginning to end. Secretary realized my mother is hard of hearing and had me come to the counter to assist. Très bon service, courtois et rapide.

    Completely bilingual staff. Respected the appointment time even tho the clinic was very busy. The technician was very accommodating, empathetic and patient with explanations.

    Because I have severe hip pain, mild cervical and lumbar pain, the family doctor gave me an x-ray prescription, I do x-ray here, the biggest mistake is that there is no report on my hip x-ray, the doctor asked me to ask why not As a result, the service staff told me that I did not have a hip bone xray. I have x ray prescription from the doctor! Incredible! You have to think twice before going to this place! waste time!

    The staff was SO helpful! My phone died and i had no way of contacting my husband to pick up our 3 children. I also didn't know how to get to my daughters daycare from imagix and the receptionist printed the directions for me. Amazing staff

    I was student and I have my insurance card not as a hard copy (Blue Cross). I went to all other branches of Imagix before but I didn’t have any problem. This branch is very bad after waiting for a long time they finally charge me for Radiology and I have to claim by myself for refund!
