A fun mall that has most of the stores you’re likely to shop for. The restaurants are plentiful and it does have a modern feel to it. Some downsides would be the parking can be a little cumbersome to find and since the mall is scattered across a few blocks it may be a bit of a walk to go from end to the other. Outside of that it’s a positive experience as a whole and have had no issues finding the store that I like. Also, it’s one of the major malls in the Brossard area so you are likely to visit this place regardless.

Dix30 was very good as usual... Lots of space to walk around and practice social distancing and at the same time ample of stores to go check... Including Adonis, Apple Store, tons of restaurants with terrace etc... Great time to walk around and shop but make sure it's not raining when u decide to go and shop there since it's all open shopping (under the blue sky)

We had a great time walking around the place. It's beautifully decorated for the holidays. If you go, be sure to download the map onto your phone. There are tons of stores to checkout. It's also worth noting that you should be mindful of where you park. You wouldn't want to park 2 blocks from where you want to do your shopping.

Nice and spread out pedestrian/outdoor mall. A wide selection of stores and restaurants, benches and seating in several spots. There’s a FREE underground parking garage as well as a few surface parking spaces in some areas. Also, there are public restrooms available. They’re well kept and neat. My only concern was the underground parking garage. It’s a little rundown and rather dark in some areas.

A Highly Developed Centre for all the top brands in the world 🌎. All the brands in one place is awesomely unique! The decorations all through the year is gorgeously detailed! There’s also a charging station for Teslas,a huge space for parking 🅿️ the walkway is grand. A great spot for dinning in with family , kids and friends. Overall the experience here is Horrendous just plan your vacations and shop here! It might take you the whole time but it’s worth it!

An aseptic soulless retail Mecca which seems to be popular with the locals. Not my cup of tea, but hey! They seem to have everything you need here. For added fun come on a weekend night for the spandex fashion show.

Quartier dix 30 is very clean, big, has a huge variety of stores, is dog friendly and promotes cleanliness. For dog owners, they provide poop bags and a special trash can for that (see in picture below), almost every store provides a bowl od water for the dogs and there is no issue bringing the dogs inside the store. The facilities are aesthetically pleasing, free underground parking lot and there are spots promoting art and sculptures. Nice place to spend a sunny day, but unless you kove your car from a parking lot to another, expect A LOT of walking!

Love that some of these stores like Lululemon let you shop with your furry companion

I don't like outdoor shopping centre's. You have to drive and find another parking spot or walk every time you go to another store.

Beautiful, spacious, tasty and the dishes were made with attention and fresh. Staff looked a bit overloaded, but they managed well and cooled down after the main rush. The ordering system is also very nice.

Very nice place to be during a hot summer day. Shops are everywhere and everything is there from ice cream to bed decorations. The only thing is that some shops are pricy and some restaurants like to put loud music. Go to another part of Dix30 for a more relaxing ambiance inside of the restaurants.

I kinda feel neutral about DIX30. It's a good place to shop if you need something, but only in summer. In the cold winter day, this is not a place to walk around or shop! I also believe they could build a playground for the kids surrounded by coffee shops or so for parents to sit while the kids are playing.

Consist of a large selection of big-name retail stores and restaurants. A very popular south shore destination. High traffic on weekends. Underground parking is available and plentiful. Restaurants on site are "ok" yet nothing special and often over-priced, in my opinion.

The location of this shopping centre is good. Tesla charging stations can be super busy. I waited for my turn to charge for almost 30mins and there is no proper way of telling who is there first. My visit here was in the winter, the side walks and cross walks were kept clean and slated. There are some nice restaurants and shopping options.

Great outdoor mall. All the stores you want or need with the flexibility of just going to one or two or one area or exploring the whole thing. Some areas are really pretty too.

We make a point to come here every time we are in the Montreal area. It's clean, well designed and there is no shortage of cool restaurants and shops. The free underground parking makes it so easy as well. See you next time!

You need patience as it can be quite hard to drive around, park, and get out on weekends, but the shopping and restos are wonderful. So many different kinds of experiences to have with food and merchandise. So many activities. Great place to meet up with friends.

Quartier DIX30 is a vibrant and diverse shopping destination that left me thoroughly impressed. The array of shops, from high-end boutiques to popular brands, catered to every taste. The open-air layout and pedestrian-friendly design made strolling through the complex a pleasure. The dining options were equally impressive, offering a wide range of cuisines to satisfy any craving. Whether you're shopping, dining, or simply enjoying the ambiance, Quartier DIX30 is a must-visit for anyone seeking a dynamic and enjoyable experience.

First time I was there was in 2009, staying at the Alt hotel, coming from a week working in Sherbrooke and flying out the next day to Edmonton. The food that night was less than on par. It felt like it was a California concept built near two highways. It's not a mall, it's more like a BIG BOX made for suburbans. 15 years later, we went there to try our latest REM (local light train system). It's not made for pedestrians as the distance is humongous. Maybe there should be a shuttle bus carrying guests around the site. So we wanted to get some food. What a disappointment, mostly Canadian chains, over prices and nothing even close to gastronomy, as MOntréal is renowned for that. So we found that little main street, the one with a fountain and about 5 rest of Canada restaurant chains. Their USP 9 (unique selling point) is the size of their portions...No wonder there are so many obese in the burbs. That little street was in a sad state, many potholes, no shaded areas and that overbearing music playing everywhere..Too sterile.

  • 4/5 Huvie J. 8 months ago on Google
Big, lot of options to shop and eat. Now easily accessible with the REM if u are a montrealer

Quartier DIX30 provides a variety of shopping and dining options, but my experience was hindered by the car-centric setup. While ample parking is available, the layout can be confusing, and it's a bit of a walk to reach the stores. Navigating the area by car was convenient, but the focus on automobiles detracts from the overall experience.

Always love to go shopping there, wide variety of stores and restaurants, even entertainment. It's also an open mall, so it's great for an outing, can enjoy the weather between the stores, a lot of sitting areas, also has a little park to let the kids play when taking a break. Great experience, and it has something for everyone!

Great outdoor mall. High end stores vs the usual outlets here in Ontario.

It is pleasant to park in front of a business that you know you need something specific, however, I prefer having more/better walking paths to browse around (shopping).

There was a minor mix up with the appointment for a couple's massage, but it was quickly corrected. After asking the appropriate questions the masseuse was excellent paying particular attention to my back and legs. The thermal experiences were great. We picked a good day to go because there weren't many people. The guy for the aufguss treatment was very good and checked on each of the participants personally.

Quartier DIX30 offers a vibrant and dynamic experience, blending shopping, dining, and entertainment seamlessly. Its diverse range of shops and restaurants, coupled with a lively atmosphere, creates a one-of-a-kind destination. Whether exploring boutiques or enjoying a meal, the diverse offerings cater to various tastes, making it a delightful place to spend time.

Awesome shopping center. It basically has every store you could possibly want or need. It's definitely the place to go if you want to shop in the area. Also lots of good restaurants in the area. Currently they have the pop up Spirit Halloween store which is cool to check out

Everything you need ... inside parking is nice and theres always room. but since stores are sometimes far apart,we need to move in the car or walk long distances ... and they removed streets where we could drive,to make sidewalks bigger i guess, so a lot more walking and traffic .. so if walking is not your thing then dix-30 is NOT a place for you because the place is huge and you need very good legs and lungs because there is a lot of walking to do ... the rest is all mostly good ! Lots of all kjnd of stores ... food, clothings, games, cars etc etc they have everything at dix-30

A nice outdoors mall. There is an underground parking but I couldn’t figure out how to go — I think they need better signage. I quite like the layout of it, you can easily find what you’re looking for.

Mostly high end restaurants but with the layout and feel of shopping mall restaurants. In other words, there are several restaurants to choose from, all of which distract you, one from the other and all sharing a common eating space. For the prices displayed on the menus, better spend that money on a high end restaurant that has it's own enclosed dining space.

A very tendance well designed as an ultra-urban neighborhood, parking lots, underground ones as well, for free, tons of boutiques and markets. I would like to shop there always... And don't forget the eateries and restaurants. Yes 🤣 there is opportunities for everybody. I'm loving it!And the movie theaters are there as well...

Good variety of shops and restaurants. Definitely need a car to access it all and a bit far by foot. They do offer free parking underground which is nice and convenient. You might need to change parking depending on which stores area you want to go. Expect traffic on the way in and out of DIX30.

I go here all the time with my friends and family. If you are searching for something, you will probably find it here. It is a good place to celebrate things at. There are many restaurants and cool shops. It is gorgeous and very spacious. Definitely go here for shopping. There is also a cinema and lots of cool atractions.

This is a beautiful place for shopping, food, and entertainment. It is like a small little village. However, I wish they would place more direction and location billboards or signs, so that people know where things are... It is beautifully constructed with fountains, piazzas, and outdoor seating. Just needs proper signage!

Montreal/Brossard Quartier DIX30, SHIPPING AND DINNING. If you want to spend a great time around the city of Montréal areas in the province of Québec, you don't need to go downtown to have an amazing time. You could book one night at an hotel in the Quartier DIX30 and you could spend quality time with your friends / boy or girl friend, wife husband or your family. There are tons of stores to go shopping and you don't have to the area for dinner as well, If you go there don't forget to go to Chocolat favoris. It's a great to have a good ice cream. Cheers

One stop shopping from high end to affordable for the entire family. Restaurants, bars, club, movie, furniture, groceries, banking, gas.....you get the picture. Perfect for visitors to Montreal most employees are bilingual so there is ease of access for English speakers

Definitely my favorite spot in the south shore. Always park underground, especially in winter. Check out the maps as there are a lot that you may not see.

  • 3/5 Marco 1 year ago on Google
Nothing really special about this place. It's cool and all with a few stores here and there actually worth shopping into. A few tiny restaurants and little attractions from time to time. Besides that it's a outdoor shopping area

  • 3/5 Sam A. 1 year ago on Google
Too much traffic, it's like they don't know what to do for the decorations. They always do 1 good decoration and remove 2 better ones from before

  • 5/5 Danny V. 2 years ago on Google
Nice mix of stores, restaurants, entertainment venues; from the largest Sports Expert in the province to specialized small local boutiques to Pottery Barn to indoor surfing. We spend many weekends here but it can get quite busy on Saturday afternoons.
