This has got to be the worst bob evans I've ever been to. There was this woman, who I'm assuming was a manager, yelling at the employees. She was working up front the entire day and I heard one of them call her Kelly. We family could see her by the little cook window yelling at her employees at the top of her lungs about who should be doing what and it was so rude. I feel sorry for them and I can assure you I'll never be coming back because this isn't the first time I've seen this and I'm sick of this. It makes the environment so unbearable and I hope someone does something about her soon. IHOP it is.

We ordered the Christmas Ham Farmhouse Feast for 8 people. After getting home and unpacking it we had an apple pie instead of pumpkin and an expired pumpkin loaf. Makes me wonder about the whole meal😢 It was also supposed to be curbside and that didn’t happen. They could not find my order. Had to take a copy of my order in with me. Thank goodness I printed it off. Also was asked twice if I had paid for it. It was right there on the order that it was paid.

There was no wait and I was seated right away. My waitress was good. I ordered my meal and when it arrived the mashed potatoes and broccoli were cold. I told the waitress and she took it back to the kitchen. While the potatoes and broccoli were hotter the broccoli was overdone and then the meat wasn't hot. The rolls were nice and hot and very tasty.

The best thing about the Bob Evans is their service. Everyone is friendly and kind. The restaurant is always clean. The food is good and reasonably priced. It is exactly what you would expect from a family-friendly restaurant.

Bob Evans is really going downhill fast. Cooks and servers do not know the menu. In my last 4 times at Bob Evans I ordered Steak. According to the menu it comes onions and mushrooms. Only once in the last 4 times I got the onions and mushrooms when the meal was served. Most recently in Brownsburg Indiana I pointed out at the time I ordered make sure it comes with Onions and Mushrooms. My wife also ordered a chicken dish and asked that no Sause be put on the chicken. My wife and mothers order came out first and yep there was sauce on the chicken. When we pointed it out the server just laughed. Five minutes later my order came out, and yep no onions & mushrooms and no steak knife. I told her I wanted them and she laughed and I said NO I want them. Ten minutes later when I had ready managed to eat the streak with a table knife. Two teaspoons of onions showed up and no mushrooms. The sever just laughed again and said they were out of mushrooms. I pointed out they probably have mushrooms at the Kroger on the other side of the street. So when it came time to give a tip, I just LAUGHED! Did the contact, still waiting to hear from you...

Not busy but yes wait staff was not attentive at all. We called ahead to make reservations for 8. Got there and was split us apart from each other. Big bill . Didn't deserve the tip but left it anyway.

Arrived around 10 am on a Sunday. Ordered a mimosa. Was told by server they couldn’t sell them until 12pm. We told her that carry out liquor sales were legally prohibited until noon, not dining sales. She said “well we can’t sell them until noon”. We asked another server passing by and she stated the same thing. She then brought the on duty manager over, who also said “per the law” she couldn’t. Prior to her arrival we called the two other closest locations and they were selling the mimosas. We also called another location in the state and they were selling mimosas. When we told the manager this she said “well, they aren’t supposed to be”. I told her that she was in the wrong, and she said the “liquor people” told her they couldn’t sell them until 12. They even have table signs advertising the drinks for brunch… feels more like the store manager pushing her beliefs onto customers , and misinforming the other employees rather than following the law and company policy. Let’s see what corporate thinks. Would love to return next Sunday and be served a mimosa before noon. Wink.

Pancakes taste like cake batter. Hash browns weren't burned but taste burnt. Eggs and sausage were good. Waitress was friendly and did a good job.

I get delivery about twice a month and the food is always hot, promptly delivered and the order is always correct. I recently had lemon pepper sole, carrots and slaw. Everything was delicious; as is the roast beef, Turkey, country fried steak, and the noodle soup. I rarely eat in but when I do the service and food exceed my expectations!

It has been years since I ate at a Bob Evans. Food was fair, although if the prices get higher, the quality will no longer be worth it. I had the ham plate with mashed potatoes and green beans. The ham tasted like it was processed ham from a loaf, and the potatoes were thick and pasty, which reminded of powdered potatoes from a cafeteria. The burger with the pot roast was really good... except the ranch dressing on it. The pumpkin pie was definitely a frozen pie and tasted like the box it was shipped in as well as the banana nut bread. Service was average. The atmosphere is old and the restaurant had an odor it.

Always stop in during travels from Rhode Island and Providence Plantations to Arizona Always accommodating while dining in Have a Chocolate Lab that waits outside the window Seat our Party by the window in order to keep a watch on Kodiak They have provided a bowl of water and occasionally a nice little treat for the Doggie.

First time I ordered take out the food was great! Service was subpar, but I decided to order again. Second time, the service was even worse than before. A person I presumed was a manager, was eating a cookie and turned her back to the counter as I approached. She finished her cookie, talked to another team member and another person walked over to help me. The food I recieved was terrible. My broccoli was black at the bottom and my Mac & Cheese was dry and the outside of the container had cheese smeared all over it.

Saturday morning about 8:30AM no wait and seated right away. Friendly service and felt good to visit Bob Evans again. Food delivered timely and mostly hot (my breakfast potatoes were cool) and the cook missed a sauce, which was remedied.

I always request to sit in Sandy's area. She is an excellent server who is efficient, very pleasant and attentive. She always aes sure everything is acceptable just the way her customer wants the food prepared. Excellent server. 5 starl

Staff was nice and very attentive. Fans were on and my fiance and I were rather cold while we ate but other than that I cannot complain. Great place for breakfast or a mid day eat.

We enjoyed our meal and thank you Bob Evans for recognizing the Veterans. Also thanks to the couple who paid for my meal! Our waitresses there always do such a good job ☺️🇺🇸

Never been to a Bob Evans before. The food was just ok IMO. Know that if you're a gravy person and expect something other than a cream type gravy for your biscuits and gravy then you need to specify first. We got this brown gravy that I didn't find appetizing or even good. They did offer to replace it but I was already done. Staff was nice but I guess I had expected to food to be better than it was.

Steakhouse burger and “loaded” fries…. Lol one bite was enough for me. You guys seriously served this?

Went for my Veteran's day meal. It was busy, and they still got me quickly seated. I was checked on several times. My food was hot and good. I was able to have a mimosa with breakfast. My kids love to go here when they have a choice. I enjoyed my quiet little breakfast without them, too! When we went for dinner, the kids were super impressed that they were offered their choice of straw color, we were on a time crunch and staff got us seated, fed, and paid within our parameters. I definitely recommend!

Ordered through doordash and this is what my $13 looked like.........how is this acceptable to give to a customer? The biscuit is bigger than the piece of chicken, I'll definitely take my business elsewhere if I can't even get a proper meal.

Sat down and waitress never came to our table. 10 minutes later a Caucasian family sat down and waitress showed up immediately and never glanced our way. We got up and left. Been going to Bob Evans for 30 years and worse experience. Never again at the Brownsburg location.

They gave me no utensils or napkins. I had to wait 10 minutes and be late for work despite the fact I placed the order several hours earlier. Like most restaurants the food is smaller portioned for a higher price. The pumpkin bread was great. The service and rest of the meal was alot to be desired. I doubt I'll ever return to the brownsburg restaurant.

Hadn't been here in a while, since it's not convenient to me. It was good, I ate it all. eggs, bacon and pancakes. The orange juice was very fresh. The staff was helpful.

Got the rise and shine Burger yesterday and 2 chocolate pancakes very good food was cooked perfectly but the sandwich was a little greasy but all in all really good

Avoid at all call costs! Service is worst ever. Waited nearly 15 minutes to get first cup of coffee. And never did get a refill after it was promised…and just sat to see if it might somehow arrive. Left after 45 minutes. Never got a check…had to wait at register and then beg for it. Won’t ever return.

Love the place, the culture, the detail the manager even checked on us. Thank you I haven’t had bob Evans for 12 years due to a bad experience but you guys have made me fall in love instantly.

As a delivery driver, I had to wait 55 minutes for the restraunt to cook the order. 7 people behind the counter and 3 tables in the restraunt being served. Still not sure what happened. I'm quessing training new staff because a lot of help just standing around. Order your food ahead of time if you are eating there.

Trying to pick up a Doordash there was a problem with the order on their end. Employee was very grouchy and short with me when i tried to resolve it. Ended up just unassigning the order which basically screwed the customer. I wont pick up from there anymore but i also wont eat there anymore. Too many other choices where i can get friendly service.

Went to Bob Evans to spend my hard-earned money. The manager Madison is the worst manager I've probably ever come across she should not be in customer service. If I place a order to go and I tell you that I have two separate meals why would you put all of it in one then when I ask you to fix it you tell me that you're going to charge me for another set of eggs when you put all of my eggs together when they should have been separated. it is not my fault that you guys do not know how to follow directions so I'm giving you a negative 10. I'm so tired of supporting these businesses who don't give a f about us. Going to start keeping my money.

Service here is always so great!! Very friendly staff, the food has never disappointed!! It's comfort food for sure!! It's clean and sometimes you run into someone you know!😅
