I
ordered
a
mcplant
meal
and
cheesy
bites,
and
i
asked
to
mske
sure
the
burger
was
hot
because
its
usually
barely
warm.
I
waa
left
to
wait
for
20
minuted
in
a
bay.
Went
to
ask
where
my
order
was,
waited
longer
going
in
store
to
speak
to
someone.
They
eventually
gave
me
my
order
and
didn't
care
that
I'd
waited
so
long.
Then
the
burger
wasn't
warm.
I
drove
round
again
to
complain
was
told
to
pull
up
in
the
next
window
to
speak
to
the
manager.
The
manager
wasn't
there
and
when
she
finally
came
over
she
had
no
clue
about
any
of
this
and
tried
to
give
me
someone
else's
drinks
order.
I
explained
the
situation
she
didn't
apologise
and
asked
what
I
wanted.
I
didnt
want
to
wait
any
longer
for
food.
I
asked
for
a
refund.
As
in
give
me
my
money
back
for
the
food
I
paid
for
and
let
me
keep
the
food.
No
she
took
the
food
back
and
out
it
in
the
bin
and
walked
off
without
explanation.
My
burger
which
was
the
issue
wasn't
even
in
the
bag
at
the
time.
I
waited
for
her
to
return,
but
as
she
made
me
feel
like
an
inconvenience
in
holding
up
the
queue
(even
though
it
wasn't
busy
at
12.45am
no
queue
in
the
drive
thru)
and
the
fact
that
she'd
just
binned
the
food
I'd
waited
so
long
to
get
which
I
still
wanted,
I
left
my
cold
burger
at
the
window
and
drove
off
without
getting
my
money
back.
Never
returning
to
this
McDonald's
again.
Literally
so
incompetent
at
food
&
customer
service.
