    Went in to try the newly renovated McDonald's... utter disappointment. Waited almost 20 minutes for a Big Mac meal... Whilst there were 3 members of staff including a manager twiddling their thumbs and having a chat. No paper in the order machines, the meal was cold, the burger was really dry and my coke lacked syrup and tasted of soda water. The thing is it wasn't even that busy?!

    Been shut 6 weeks and milkshakes still not working 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣items missing, drive through not working, no hot chocolate, this place is a sham, will go long eaton from now on, staff are on another planet , zero customer service, there’s one you lad who hands you your food, ginger hair , glasses, this guy is always polite and has a smile , this dude should train the rest of the team , him and the cleaner are the only decent things about this branch

    There is a place very clean, in my opinion, is the best one about this in Nottingham. Inside is comfortable, good tables and chairs, nice decoration, good and fast service.

    Took 3 sisters in and 2 had a happy meal and Pokémon cards one of the girls was hungry and had an adult meal so couldn’t get the cards so was in tears. The staff even though we paid extra refused to give her a pack and wanted to charge £1 for something that probably costs 10p disgraceful!!!

    Back to their old ways after me giving them a decent review a year or two back. Back to despite you choosing what appears to be the most simplistic of choices (a serviette and some salt), when you drive up to the collection window you get told to park up in the difficult to access (if two other cars are there already) side bays. Then you wait and you wait and you wait until finally somebody brings you your food. Why this happens so often here in particular, and for so many years now, only Ronald McDonald could tell you. That’s if he wasn’t stuck at their Drive Thru menu, waiting for somebody to pull their finger out/wake up and take his order. Last time I visited to buy some food (or try to buy some), I got to the Drive Thru speaker on a quiet weekday morning. I waited. I waited. I split the atom. Created a new theory of relativity. Made my will. Grew a long grey beard. Nothing. Then, some bloke pulls up by the opposite side speaker, waits 30 seconds or so, and his order gets taken. Right, I said. I’m off. I then got stuck behind a woman in a car at the payment window. Rather than simply paying for her burgers, instead it seemed she wanted to rewrite modern history and get the cashier to proofread it. Never..Ever..Again. There is an old saying - you can’t polish a tu…and that suits this particular restaurant down to the ground.

    If you're in a large van, maneuvering can be difficult navigating the drive-thru. I had a latte, wasn't any kick to it. No napkins, the restaurant had run out. Coffee could have been better

    I have never been to such an horrendous eatery the order was all wrong. Staff don't care. They are prioritising Uber etc. Stay clear of this place.

    Food was cold, drink was flat and was dirty inside. Floor was slippery from grease. Needs massive improvements. Every time I have gone to this McDonald's the staff seem to have their own gossip club going on.

    Really thought the recent refurb might have improved things, but no. The drive-through is still a "park up in a bay and wait 10 minutes" scenario, even at quiet times of day. Then usually you spot an Uber Eats driver leaving with a mountain of food, and it becomes clear that Uber takes priority. Honestly, whoever manages this place needs to take a good hard look at the supposed USP...

    Lovely food ordered at the table, though the food was a little on the cool side but still tasted good. All staff very friendly and helpfull. For some reason the shades at the window to supposedly stop the sun glare, hurt both our eyes when trying to look outside. Maybe something you could look into?

    Brilliant community spirit today.     Stood at the till waiting to be served by an member for a couple of minutes, and there were lot around, and when one did came to take my order, didn't look happy one bit to be there and sounded moody when ask what I wanted. Then had to wait sveveal minutes for my food as the staff were busy with the 10 + Deliveroo or Uber orders

    I ordered a mcplant meal and cheesy bites, and i asked to mske sure the burger was hot because its usually barely warm. I waa left to wait for 20 minuted in a bay. Went to ask where my order was, waited longer going in store to speak to someone. They eventually gave me my order and didn't care that I'd waited so long. Then the burger wasn't warm. I drove round again to complain was told to pull up in the next window to speak to the manager. The manager wasn't there and when she finally came over she had no clue about any of this and tried to give me someone else's drinks order. I explained the situation she didn't apologise and asked what I wanted. I didnt want to wait any longer for food. I asked for a refund. As in give me my money back for the food I paid for and let me keep the food. No she took the food back and out it in the bin and walked off without explanation. My burger which was the issue wasn't even in the bag at the time. I waited for her to return, but as she made me feel like an inconvenience in holding up the queue (even though it wasn't busy at 12.45am no queue in the drive thru) and the fact that she'd just binned the food I'd waited so long to get which I still wanted, I left my cold burger at the window and drove off without getting my money back. Never returning to this McDonald's again. Literally so incompetent at food & customer service.

    This McDonald's consistently ignores puts cheese into burgers despite requests to prepare them without. They'll put the order through as requested (as shown on the "made to order" sticker) but the people actually preparing the food apparently just ignore them.

    No sauces available due to supply issues. But, already in the drive through so committed to order. Payment: got asked to pay for 2 other orders before I had to tell them what ours was, then this was repeated at next window. They were so confused and tried twice to physically give me someone else's order. Wasn't the end chain fault, something further up the process went wrong

    This Macdonalds doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! Every Sunday teatime we have a Macdonalds.....but not anymore. 9 out of 10 times there is something missing from the order. I fail to see how someone CANNOT read from a list. The order should be checked prior to the customer receiving said order too. My husband asked nicely why this was so and got to 'look you've got your order so leave'. The manager was of the same attitude and couldn't careless and again he was told 'well you've got your order now'. All that was needed was a 'sorry sir, this will be addressed'. I've just read some of the other reviews and as expected this is a common problem with most customers. You would think this relatively small problem would be addresses and sorted but no the manager isn't bothered at all....shocking!!!!

    Not really one for McDonald's but at 22:30 I thought I would rather spend less than £5 on a double cheeseburger and hamburger instead of ordering on Uber and paying over £4 just for delivery. All McDonald's have to do is serve hot food! You would think that would be impossible to do... Wrong. Granted when I went up the staff did replace everything but unfortunately the next batch still came cold and unfortunately I didn't have it in me to complain again for fear of something ending up in the next one and because eating food from McDonald's shouldn't be this stressful. The place was empty and there was no rush to serve me hot food. Luckily it was less than £5 so I'll deal that blow myself.

    I went a few days before the record breaking heat in the UK. I ordered double cheeseburger, large fries and large chocolate milkshake. Click and Serve service was quick but as the crew member handed me the milkshake I noticed, with the sunlight behind it, the shake was only 3/4 filled and liquid. The crew member returned it for new but it was just topped up with extra shake which was mostly strawberry. So that was disappointing. Cheeseburger was v. warm, tasty but very congealed which means it wasn't very fresh. Fries were fresh and hotter than the face of the sun. Disappointing.

    Service was very friendly, and very helpful, one employee went out of his way to make sure we got our order as the receipt hadn't printed. The food for me was lovely, the burgers that my hubby and child had though were cold upon arrival and soggy. The cheese bites were delicious though.

    We order breakfast from here fairly infrequently, but when we do, there's always something missing. Typically it's the butter or the syrup from the pancakes. Today, I placed an order via the McDonald's app and arrived at 0640 to find nobody in the restaurant and nobody in the Drive-Thru... the place was completely devoid of customers; a total ghost town. Yet I was STILL asked to park up and "wait in bay one" for my order, and when it arrived, the hash browns were lukewarm, tasted of old grease and were clearly over-cooked. Thank goodness for the deals on the app, because even though I freely acknowledge it is fairly low cost food, my prior experiences wouldn't ever encourage me to pay full price. To their credit, most of the front-end staff are absolutely lovely, it just seems whoever does the cooking is unfortunately not far off incapable.
