I don't know what is wrong with this particular BK restaurant, but they get something wrong every single time I'm using the drive through. Wrong products. Taking loads of time to prepare a simple order. But today they outdid themselves... The cashier at the drive through couldn't understand me saying "whopper" and had to come out of the booth to the car to confirm if I'm ordering a "fhoppa". I asked her if I was too quiet, and she said "No, it's because of your accent." All those years in education that were paid for with my hard work, well, flipping burgers, wasted. A minimum wage employee doesn't understand a word I'm saying in English...

If you like rancid, cold, soggy fries and onion rings this is your place. If you ask for a fresh one, they won’t provide it, even though it costs virtually nothing. Keep up the good work. Apparently people here enjoy your terrible services.

i have last week order 2 menu but burgers were good but pommes were not hot and its like not fresh then i ordered bbq pommes and thats also not hot and not fresh

Service was awful! We ordered 10 burgers and they gave us 1! Twice!!!

The employees are not using masks properly even when they are cooking your meal.

It is what it is, but nice staff. Like the idea off getting to choose to put more in the burger. Have not seen that before.

The food was alright and it was nice to sit out on the patio. Still, I was annoyed by the fact that according to the BK app, the restaurant is to have free Wi-Fi and in fact, all you find is a passkey protected network inaccessible for their guests. I suggest this needs fixing.

It was outrageous today!!! My son 5 years old, had his favorite bottle with water. It's a bottle with no name, only a green kids bottle. A waitress came and said to my husband that he must keep the bottle away from the table..we are not allowed to have a bottle of water on the table! I said no! It's not fanta, not a coca cola bottle! I started to making questions and really I was very angry! I work as a waitress for 11 years and I NEVER asked from a parent to take away the bottle of his kid!! I said I will call the police to ask for my rights. At the end the second one brought two paper bags and said that we have 10 minutes time to go away or she will call the police!!! Well we took our things and gone. But girl not because you said it, It's because I called the police and I talked with someone there and asked what are my rights. You know what she said? Don't lose your time there, it's all nonsense. WELL NEVER AGAIN!
