It's truly disappointing to visit this ice cream shop as the service is incredibly subpar. Despite the ice cream shop's efforts to selectively erase negative feedback, the persistent issues with their service cannot be overlooked. It's disheartening to witness a business prioritize optics over genuine improvement. Deleting comments won't fix the underlying problems, and customers deserve an honest reflection of their experiences. The focus should be on addressing concerns rather than attempting to sweep them under the rug.

Good coffee and ice cream. Pistazio ice cream had a super fluorescent green color quite strange (not super natural) but it was ok. The prices are quite convenient.

The gelato is so delicious. It was very hot day and I had Passion, Mango and raspberry because I couldn't decide on one I made the best Decision, Prepare to walk the catacombs if you have to use the restroom and they are unisex

Why this ice creams are so great, as other reviewers indicate, is a bit of a mystery to me. I would rate them as pretty standard ice creams. We tried vanilla and chocolate and none of them were very special. The location is, anyway, great to eat ice cream and walk by the Tegernsee lake.
