👍👍 This waterfall is very near from Tegernsee near the area called Rottach. Right now the road is fully covered with snow but an amazing experience nonetheless. It’s not a difficult hike, almost 30 mins from the parking area but you definitely need sturdy and snow shoes if you are here in the winter.

👍👍 Great place to rest, you can get some beautiful views from northern shore of the lake. You can rent sups, kayaks, boats here, there is a water park, bars and restaurants, playgrounds here. Lots of parking all around the lake. Highly recommended during the weekdays.

The cakes were AMAZING and the staff made us warm sandwiches despite us missing lunch by a few minutes.
