Prices which have become much too excessive! especially in the children's section... 15€ for pants, 12€ for a sweater, knowing that we need a lot of stuff to get change, we go broke very quickly!! Especially since some clothes generally shrink in the machine (at 40 degrees). I have been a customer for several years because until then I found the quality/price ratio correct, but now I admit to being very disappointed and am starting to turn to other brands like H&M for example whose prices have not increased to my liking. big surprise and the quality is still better. The Kiabi staff, on the other hand, are very welcoming.
