    I usually don't bother writing a review, but I feel I should make an exception for Sights & Sounds (S&S). To warn other people. I have never experienced anything as scandalous as the treatment I received here. I would actually like to write a whole story, but unfortunately Google reviews don't allow that. Therefore just the essence of the story: Sights & Sounds provides incorrect and incomplete information, promises things that they do not deliver and keeps you on the line for months. The most shocking thing, however, is that afterwards they do not (do not want to?) see that they have made mistakes. My advice: If you plan to spend (a lot of) money on hi-fi and you can buy it somewhere else, then by all means do so!

    Improved my sound system together with Eric. Thyvan power amplifier and dac. DCS streamer with good cabling. What an incredible sound. He really appears to be a professional with enormous expertise. Really super satisfied!

    What a good guest! I knew about the existence of Glass Hi-Fi and had heard good things about it. I looked it up on Google under this name, it turns out it has had a new name for years. Fortunately, the good stories of the past remain normal. I bought Hifiman headphones from him. What a sound! I hadn't listened to music in such a refined way for years. At a certain point I put the Hihiman on my head and one of the two sides of the device simply does not work anymore. At first I thought “sh..how annoying, here we go again!” I had very bad experiences with AirPods Max. Brought it back to the Apple store three times due to defects, after which I finally got a new one. We went without it for a few weeks each time. I also had to return the new device two times, but in the end I got my money back so I could now buy a different brand. Hifiman delivers the best for comparable money. I looked to see if I could buy it in Zutphen. I have now completely recovered from ordering my stuff on the internet. When I returned with my defective headphones, he immediately suggested that he give me a new device so as not to be without music for too long while he would send the headphones to Hifiman for repair. I thanked you for this. I thought, little self-employed person, it might be too difficult for him. He would call when he was ready. It took two weeks, but he immediately called Zutphen the next day to pick up my headphones. We checked together to see if it actually works again. No! Hmm! Just nothing changed the situation. The device refuses to transmit sound to the right ear cup. He puts the thing away and, without saying a word about the whole situation, picks up a brand new device. Please, for the inconvenience. So I get a brand new one and they wish me a nice weekend. Is this service or service? I've never experienced this before. I would prefer to give an extra star. That's exactly why all my audio equipment will come from here in the future. That's a promise to myself. Thank you for this wonderful experience. Frank Koolman.

    I give this company a 10. Namely recently repaired my Primare CD31. This one is already quite old and another one couldn't get it done and didn't have any parts for it either. No problem with Sight&Sounds, after 10 days of phone calls it is ready. Works perfectly again and I am very satisfied with the service and customer friendliness.

    Unfortunately had a very bad experience. I once bought a good home video installation there with a top high-end projector. It was broken, so it was returned on April 6. After a few weeks I called to see how things were going, I didn't have to call again. I'll call you when it's ready. Heard nothing more. After 3 months I carefully called: no, it is in Almere, with the only man who can repair it and is very busy. OK, then I'll just wait. Called September again, got the wind out of the front and even got the phone hung up. Now, in November, more than 7 months later, it was demanded back and was returned unscrewed under the hood. Then it turns out that the projector was only offered to the JVC repairman after 3 months in July, who then sent a quote within 2 weeks that supposedly ended up in the spam box and therefore nothing further happened. In short, no service whatsoever, left the device for 3 months and was treated rudely if you noticed anything about the long duration. I'll never go there again.

    Recently purchased a nice and attractively priced Bluetooth headset from Sound by Sweden. Pleasant operation and the opportunity to listen to equipment carefully first. I also liked my Advance streamer/amplifier and AE speakers very well and were supplied with good cabling. In short, experienced excellent service for both new and repairs!
