I stayed in intercity hotel baunschweig last week and I’m pleasant surprised by the amenities, location and service of this hotel! It is next to the train station and a mall and just minutes away from city center. There is an indoor smoking room and also the breakfast spread is good! On top of that, the hotel offered free bus and tram passes for my stay. Top notch hotel and fully deserved a 5 star rating from me!

Worst hotel in Germany. Poor breakfast and unfriendly stuff!

I have to say, my recent stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The service was terrible, and the staff were downright unhelpful when I needed their assistance. I had booked a room in advance, but when I needed to cancel, the hotel refused to give me a refund, which was not made clear to me when I made the reservation. The inflexibility of their policy was frustrating, and the fact that they were unwilling to offer any alternatives or solutions only made the experience worse. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel, and I suggest that anyone considering it look elsewhere for accommodations.

Hotel was nice and comfortable with good modern standard. The parking really let's this place down. Not clear where to park. Then issues with paying parking. Manager assumed I was being awkward with regards to parking rather than helping the situation when I parked in the wrong place. I wont be back there in a rush.

Clean; good breakfasts; business hotel at reasonable rates.

I stayed at the Intercity Hotel for three nights, and I liked it quite a bit. The service was really great - there had been some confusion with my reservation caused by a third party, and that was resolved just fine. The room was very nice, I liked the wallpaper showing a map of Braunschweig. On the downside: Broken vending machine in the lobby, TV could not be linked to apps via screensharing and a big silverfish greeting me one evening.

Decent hotel, clean rooms, however some of the workers show 0 appreciation when you talk to them. The breakfast staff were always happy, but the workers at the desk did not show any kindness as if we were a burden for the hotel. Not welcoming at all.

Rooms are very clean. Reception service is very fast and friendly. The hotel is just a minute walk from the train station. It is reasonably priced for its location and service. 5 stars without hesitation.

Very, modern, clean and nice, though not in any sense luxurious. Meeting rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The Wifi is good, but capped. The staff were extremely helpful. The food was all very nice.

Lovely facility with great view from room

This hotel is just adjacent to the railway station of Braunschweig and a shopping center so that it is quite convenient for tourists. The breakfast is good with minor changes to the menu in every morning. The most important is the friendly and ardent service here.

For a week have been trying to resolve cancellation issues. The hotel does not write back to the email neither private nor booking. Lying on the phone that they did. I highly do not recommend this place

Great hotel in the outskirts of Braunschweig and around 30 minutes by car to Wolfsburg. Clean rooms and lobby, friendly service staff. Good selection of foods available for breakfast. Make use of the free city ticket which gives you access to public transport.

Nice cosy hotel in the Center. Some nice Restaurants around. All ok. Friendly staff

Ideally located near the station. Free bus and tram ticket alleviates the fact that it is located some distance from the city centre. Excellent breakfast. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Overall very good.

Absolutely no internet connection for the entire duration of the business visit.

Hotel at train station, so if you do not want to stay in city centre, this is a good choice.
