I'm required to give at least one star, but it does not even deserve it. Serving staff is courteous, but they have a kitchen staffing problem and they do not know how to cover all tables in the restaurant. We waited almost one hour to get the main course by which time other patrons who arrived after us and ordered were served and were about to leave... Food below average and undercooked (it made one of us sick later). For a place that is attached to a great museum in a beautiful setting, this is unfortunate. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The food was expensive and very poor in quality. We ordered steak frites but the steak was very well done despite ordering medium, and the pepper sauce tasted dusty and old. The bearnaise sauce was also unusual tasting, a bit like chemicals. certainly not like good examples I’ve had elsewhere. For the chilli con carne the rice was undercooked and doused in a cheap tasting olive oil. Overall we were not impressed and the price did not match up with the service and quality of food.

The hot chocolate was tasty; not overly sweet. Stay away from the crêpes, they were quite blend and too thick so stick with the waffle. I was there on a sunday at around 4:30PM and it was not crowded. My afternoon snack came pretty fast, but the service overall was underwhelming.

A wonderful place to relax and have a great meal in the heart of Bruxelles! The brasserie is neatly set in the beautiful Horta Palace, a building that shows awesome Liberty architecture and decorations. The location is breathtaking, but the atmosphere is still cozy and very friendly. The menu is quite rich, with choices for all different moods. They also have a nice set of dishes of the day. The food is eccellent: fresh, neatly cooked. The staff is as welcoming as can be. Prices are very fair considering all the above. From now on, it will be a must-do when in Bruxelles. ECCELLENT!!!

I'm really sorry to write this, but we have booked table for 19 people, with 4 different menu options and when we arrived there was no table for us !!! Finally we get two separate tables. That day we were celebrating 10th anniversary of marriage our friends! We had agreement for 4 different menus but in the end all of us had ti eat almost this same.l, same dessert - tarte au fromage for all and carbonade de flamande. It was written 0,5l per person of wine in reality we had 2 refills of wine, no bread at the table with the starters. Totally haos with with coffe orders . In the end they just didn't charge us for coffe. I'm disappointed 😞.

Good for some drinks. Vanilla milk shake is good. Chai latte is ok. Muffin is so so.

We only had desserts because they didn't serve savory dishes late in the afternoon. Waffles and moelleux au chocolat where so-so but the atmosphere is really really great.

Praxtical if you're visiting the Museum of Bandes Dessinées attached. They even offer a Breakfast+museum pass option! The building is beautiful The staff is very friendly The food is fine, basic and not too expensive. Lunch option before 11AM.

Nice establishment next to the comics Art museum. Part of the beautiful Horta designed building. Service is excellent, wheelchair accessible. Food and drinks are rather expensive but there is a nice atmosphere. Fairly close (walking distance) to the Brussels Central train station.

Don't do it. 16 euros for 2 cold, pathetic pancakes with a bit of chocolatesauce over it, drinks were nice but really overpriced and we actually wanted a full meal but they were out of all the food apparently. Extremely disappointing. Staff were nice tho but not worth it at all. Kind regards

Better experience than the comic museum side by side. Excellent food & service.

The building is fantastic, but pricey but really nice! Perfect for a stop after the comic museum.

No surprise it has so many 1 star reviews. We came in with couple of kids and a baby. It’s in the same building as comics museum, so, I guess they should be used to that. Place was basically empty, but they were pushing us around- you cannot sit here and there and then you sit down- no, here you cannot also sit. Come on, instead of seeing customers they saw a problem. I refuse to be pushed around. Reading the reviews I can tell it was right decision to leave. The place is very nice. It sad that they cannot live up to that.

Delightful venue, delicious food and very nice service. We had the Salmon, with veg and potatoes and a sauce, absolutely 5* and the burger, which was very good. The high ceiling, brightness and incredible artwork all add to making it a very nice and relaxing time. We visited the Comic museum and had a terrific time, and this was perfect and served as the dinner if the day. It's a beautiful venue.

An factory building combined with old aspects, provides room for the comic museum as well as room for the brasserie. Kitchen was closed but very friendly service.

Went here after visiting the comic museum. Nice traditional Belgian dishes. Service was a bit slow but spectacular building. Mayo was freshly made!

We ordered beers and fries. The staffs in the restaurant were really helpful choosing a good beer. Really interesting decor and large space for a large group. But fries could have been better.

I've went for a visit at Horta and paid 17 euros for a burger that was delivered raw and 4 euros for a half basket of bad fries. Aside, the chicken nuggets of 10 euros looked and tasted like they are from the freezer. Mc Donalds would have delivered a far better deal and quality food. At least the burger wouldn't be raw for sake.
