It was absolutely tasteless, a small dry burger, absolutely disgusting drinks... not a bad potato, and I liked the sauce👌🏼 I waited a long time for the order. I don't recommend it. Too much packaging is used... it's so not eco-friendly. It's better to go to McDonald's…

I’m always down try fast food in other countries. I kept seeing Quick everywhere so we decided to stop in for a super late/quick dinner at around 10 pm on a Thursday. We picked up a few items to go - the Summerai (which I think was for a limited time in August) and the giant chicken wrap. The Summerai is basically just a a burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, and samurai sauce. Nothing special. The chicken wrap was fine - lettuce, cheese, and some sort of white sauce I could have done without because they put way too much of it. Overall, it did the trick for what we needed it for - something quick that was still open. Would I come back? Probably not. I’d probably just stick to McDonald’s.

Very bad service. They take too long to deliver the food (with the products already ready to pick up) and they deliver the products in any order. The price is cheaper than the competition but it's not worth the wait. Next time, better go to BK which is around the corner and the service is much faster.

Food came out hot. Chicken strips and burger were okay. Fries were good but could have been crispier. Staff was friendly. Could have been a 4 star review if the coca cola had not been luke warm.

in one word, the playground, the service is extremely slow, there are a lot of employees, no one knows anything, the employee is playing with the package of the hamburger in front of me, throwing it in the air and trying to catch it, I can't say that the taste is great

They should have delivered it to the table and they did not. Also was very long to wait for chicken dips. I think they forgot the order. I only went there because my son likes the chicken dips.

Good place to have fast food in the heart of Grand Palace. Foods are great, wi-fi is satisfactory.

Understaffed and overloaded. The poor employees tried their best, but the place was dirty, and we waited 30 minutes for or meals, and in the end, I was not given what I ordered.

Service it's great but the burger I really didn't liked. But better than macdonalds. So many homeless inside of restaurant also.

First of all, almost the entire staff can’t speak a word of English or Dutch. We had to wait until they could find someone that can speak English, then we had to wait 15 minutes before we got our food. (Not really fastfood) I had ordered the “Big Giant” and it was the driest burger I ever had. It felt like chewing on a piece of rubber. Honestly I am blown away by how the burger was put together. It had no taste at all. The only positive was - the fries and the drinks which take no skill to make. The standard is low. There’s also trash lying everywhere, no one cleans the tables or the floor.

Absolutely useless, waited too long went to counter and order was sitting there cold. Staff did not care, do not go near this place.
