All in all, I wouldn’t call it “authentic” Korean food but that would be an unfair expectation here. The food was pretty tasty and reasonably priced, the staff were very friendly as well. I just wish the food was warmer, and for the kitchen to not ring the bell so much as it can be heard throughout the restaurant.

It's easier to get a reservation calling than texting; the food was nice but far from authentic Korean. The bathroom could use a touch up. Apart from that, everything is well priced, the staff was kind and the place had a great atmosphere.

They were very helpful on showing me the menu on their phones since I left mine at home and there's only QR menu there. I tried the traditional table, such a unique experience in the city. Great place, good selection of food including ramyun (ramyeon) which they spell Ramen, but it is Korean style. We had the Ramen with chicken and a meaty set dish. Relative to a Colombian meal, it is more expensive, but reasonably priced for a foreign meal.

Bobby & Friends was such a pleasant and authentic experience. Bobby himself greeted us, and we felt very welcomed. The design of the restaurant felt very real for a Korean restaurant. We had the option to sit in tables or on the floor on cushions. As for the food, it was delicious. I will say that, for me who likes spice, the food was not spicy enough. I got a 4/5 spice on my vegetable ramen, and I would have considered it a 2. That said, there were many vegetarian options. The flavor was so good. All of my friends were satisfied and full after.

Food was amazingly good and you get a lot of different dishes. Took an hour to get there, but they give you some small snack to kill the hunger and the staff is very friendly and professional. Loved the place, but not the food. Went for dinner and lunch service and tried various dishes. Except for the Kimchi, in terms of flavor and presentation, the offered set menus are far from being Korean. Also, the bulgogi (only pork belly) is served with fried rice and a strongly modified Gochujang sauce. As for the soju, there are no glasses, it must be savored in plastic cups. Having said so, prices are very reasonable. For the sake of the environment, may I suggest you stop using disposable cutlery (chopstick, plastic spoons and cups) in an established restaurant?

A strange experience to say the least as a 2nd generation Korean from California to be sitting in a Korean restaurant in Colombia. I half expected to walk into a restaurant with all the Koreans in 300 square miles sitting and eating and speaking Korean like you often see in other cities but i was the only Asian there. Still, pretty great to see colombians coming in to appreciate the food and culture and seeing a few singing along to the Kpop was nice to see. The food is recognizable but you can definitely see how access to ingredients and the local palate has affected the dishes. Prices are very good for what you get. Plain white rice was...very foreign in it's preparation, maybe locally influenced. You may want to order additional sides if you're from anywhere with more traditional preparations and flavors.

Being a Korean American my review may be a bit harsher than most. If you're not familiar with Korean food than this place will be a great start. Although I suggest you keep in mind that having truly authentic top-notch Korean food in Bucaramanga is a challenge. Remember what your experience is like and then compare it to when you give it another try in cities like LA or Northern Virginia. And obviously if you go to Korea it's gonna be on a whole other level. I assume it is because of import challenges of certain ingredients and the fact that there isn't really a high standard for Korean food in the market. The food was ok. It was enough to satisfy my craving. What makes up for the ok food was the ambiance and service. The owner was also very gracious and friendly and checked in to make sure my visit was enjoyable. The space is also designed for groups to go, eat, and share endless bottles of Soju. True Korean style. So if you're looking for a fun experience more than a high quality culinary journey this is a great place to visit.

The food were delicious but I think I might have accidentally order a set menu cause there were a lot of food. I had some type of black noodle with great flavors and with a little kick to it. I can prob have it a little more spicy since I love spicy food. The pork belly were savory and delicious. The kimchi weren’t as sour or spicy as I wanted.
