A fabulous find! Dropped in for a late lunch whilst travelling, only to be told at first that we were too late as the restaurant was closed. But the maitre d' took pity on us and persuaded the chef to let us have something to eat. The plats du jour were really good, being tasty and not expensive, and the service was friendly and efficient. Thanks particularly to the multi lingual maitre d'. Highly recommended.

Came to this little gem a few days ago. The hospitality shown was amazing and we were made to feel very welcome from the minute we stepped through the door. The food was out of this world (we had the fillet steak with rosti and lamb shank) pudding was just as good, to finish our night we were offered Moroccon tea free of charge, our first time trying and definitely not our last..... We will definitely be coming back next time we are in the country.

A wonderful find on a day trip around town. I was longing for some lamb & I was not disappointed!, tender & tasty - I liked the Moroccan fusion!. We had a few dishes (see below) & like others before us, were not disappointed. We had not booked, but we were really lucky to get a table. The staff were very attentive & were happy to explain the menu. Kids were welcomed there too. I found the capacity to process both a cocktail & dessert - left properly fed. Would definitely recommend & if in France again, would revisit. Read previous reviews, all recommendations are spot on, especially the lamb 👌 thank you for welcoming us!. Don’t let the fact that this is a halal restaurant put you off. The food is very good and the service is exceptional.

We completely enjoyed this restaurant. We were hungry during our trip from Paris to Honfleur. And decided to stop in Mantes because it was close by . We searched for a restaurant that was open on Sunday at 14:00. And voila, L’Atelier showed up. We couldn’t be happier. The wait was non existent. In fact, no one was there. The waiter was so helpful. He spoke English well and helped us understand the menu. The food was delicious. My daughter is very picky but loved their chicken tenders. Normally she will only eat tenders if I prepare them fresh. My husband enjoyed the risotto. But my chicken was sublime! It was so tender and the sauce was spectacular. we completed our meal with the cheesecake upon recommendation and were not disappointed. we highly recommend this place! My daughter says “Go there. You will love it”

Quiet and nice restaurant halal in the center of Mantes-la-Jolie (France). Nice and tasteful menu. Gentle staff. Easy to arrange a family event there with the open-minded manager
