The place is nice but there is no any infrastructure. No public toilett, no warm food just ice cream and caffe. And there is no any public transport, except bus 46, 146 every half hour. Even that one is far.

Peacefull place, with opportunity of hiking and fishing. Swamp turtles living there. Little bit messy with very small amount of garbage.

Artificial lake, lately very crowdy, especially on weekends, probably the not so long ago opened watch tower attracts more local people. Worth to stop for a walk if you are in the neighbourhood, but do not expect anything special.

It's a great walk around the lake, there are some very nice views. It's also free and there are places for having a picnic.

Nice lake at the edge of Budapest

+the lake is mostly for fishermen, swimming in it is prohibited. but walking it around is pretty enjoyable. +there's a long way you can park your car, the lake was slightly busy but we could park our car easily. -there are many pedestrians, people walking their dogs; bikers, roller skaters and there's only one sidewalk for all of them so you better watch out. the lake is sorrounded by forest, canola fields, farmlands and there's a lookout from where you can see the lake and the surrounding towns. +there's also a tiny buffet where you can buy sandwiches, waffles with different toppings, icecream, coffee etc. +in the forest, around the lookout there are some fireplaces where you can make fire and grill smth. (it had such a cool feeling when people brought boxes of pancakes, cakes and had a great thime with their friends, family sitting next to the fire) i recommend this place to visit, to have a walk, have a waffle and have a great time!!!

Its nice lake away from city center , it takes approximately 1 hour biking from city, the bike road is nice when you get closer to the lake, there is a small cantina to buy some beverages, sandwiches and sweet/waffles, it was a bit crowded and many cars parked around.
