Not a good experience. Very bad neighborhood, a lot of homeless people around. The apartment building is dirty, I lot of noises at the crack of dawn. I didn't feel safe. The apartment needed a renovation and wasn't really clean. The dish washing machine didn't work. We couldn't use the garage because it has a 1.9 hight limit.

Don't come here. Dirty, smelly building and room. Even though we arrived at 4 p.m., the room was not yet cleaned, and when they let us in there were hairs and dust all over the floor, and the duvet cover was stained. The hotel is in a bad neighborhood. The furniture is old and shows heavy signs of usage, the mattress is very hard to sleep on. We even found a bat in our hotel room on the second night! The balcony door was dirty, as was the coffee table. The TV hardly works, it has maybe 2-3 functioning channels and is very old. The A/C only worked in the living room. The sink was defective in one of the bathrooms, while the other one lacked a toilet??? The underground parking smells like a cadaver. All this and not exactly cheap, either. The only pro this hotel has is that it is near the center. Don't stay here.

Terrible service, misleading listings, garbage apartment. The washing machine is broken. One of the showers doesn't work. The owner offered to help by taking the clothes to wash&dry, imagine our surprise at midnight when we were about to pack our clothes that they are WET. When asked about this the person handling the issue just gave a bs excuse about soft dry program and then stopped responding. Eventually we managed to get a late checkout for wasting HOURS of our time, but this is simply horrible experience. Don't make the same mistake we did. Go someplace else where they actually care about their customers.

The stairs were very dirty. The room was cleaned once every 3 days, as well as the new towels. Location good. The reception os next to the entrance. No breakfast of course. The room was spacy and the furniture were very good. The temperature in the room was ideal for winter time. The tap water was drinkable.

We had a great experience at the Nova Apartments. The location could not have been better, being within walking distance to most popular places to visit and is right next to lots of good food options. The reception is in a separate building which would have been good to know to avoid confusion upon arrival. The staff were helpful and open to giving any help needed. The building itself is very busy, lots of people going in and out which we found helpful because lots of people had confusion as to where to put the fob to get access to inside the building. The inside of the building is VERY dark and was a little unnerving. The lights are on timer and only come on when you push the individual switches which means you mostly walk into each corridor in blackness. Definitely prepare with a phone torch!! Our apartment itself was very big, had heating, air-con, tv, hair dryer and kitchen utilities. They offered welcoming coffee etc and a personalised note. From other reviews, it does appear to be pot luck with what apartment you get and how sound proof it is. Ours was on second floor and we barely heard anything, only the occasional noise from neighbours. **The internet is very bad but we found that connecting to the other rooms worked for us!**

The room was nice clean but the building wasn’t very clean it wasn’t very pleasing and there was no wifi

+ Room is nice, clean, you got almost everything you need. Coffee and tea. Bed is comfortable. + Employees are so friendly, guy from reception is so polite and funny, he explains everything nice. At the chek out day was one girl, and she is so friendly and polite too. + Price with garage is not expensive. + In same street you have litle shop for drinks,snacks, you have restaurants and caffe. - Bathroom is not so good. Shower is broken and damaged, evrythnig is clean but it dont look so. A lot of holes,silicon... - View from balcony... You can see only ruined buildings. - Neighborhood is not perfect,but they are quite. - Apartments are 50m from reception in another building. For this money this is average apartments. Most important they are fair and honest. Apartments are about 15min from "Váci street", Danube... Garage is litle bit small but there is no too much problem for 5 meter long car.

My experience was good, staff were friendly we only had to wait 5 min to check in and the internet was fast. Overall we had a good stay. Place definetely recommended.

Hotel doesn’t look like on photos. Everything is made really poor in those apartments. It is visable that they cut costs everywhere. There is internet but it has difficulty to load 144p video. Also there was no heating and only thin cheapest duvet. I would’t recommend this place. Only advantage was the price, it was not so expensive. Listings of this hotel are misleading and quality is really poor.

Very good services, parking lot available, clean apartment, but visible that many people are checking in. A little bit nosy as the bedrooms are faced on the street and not for the interior garden.

Big difference between the internet pictures and reallity. The sheets were clean, but the rest you can see it in the pictures, including the faulty windows which were curved.

Nice location. It has free parking on premises. Rooms could be cleaner. Loud at night. Very close to the metro. Loads of bard and clubs around it.

Wonderful place to stay in the inner city. So many places to eat within 2 mins walking distance. The front desk employees were very helpful and friendly to answer questions, give suggestions, and places to go. The room was HUGE, clean, and really comfortable. 10/10

Apartment in the center of Budapest, in the Jewish quarter, perfect location, both for nightlife and attractions and very close metro/bus stop "Astoria". The room is modern and equipped with all comforts, easily accessible by elevator. The cleanliness of the room was good, the price as well and honorable mention for the service of shipping my belongings to my residence in Italy. Highly recommended.

The rooms have everything you'll need. Receptionist are really kind and helpful. You can book garage which is in the basement of the building. The price for parking is very affordable, but the garage has really narrow passages. Walking distance from most of the attractions is 10-20 minutes. The neighborhood feels safe.

Awful experience, there were FLEAS on the bed, and we had to run to a pharmacy. At least, they gave us the money back, but it did not ammend for the damage nor medicine. DO NOT GO

Great location and the apartment was great. They even changed the towels on a daily basis unlike other apartments in Europe. Reception was open during the day and assisted with tour queries, places to eat and every one was very friendly. AND, there was a washing machine in the apartment. Well worth it considering traveling with 2 kids.

The apartments are nice, clean and very comfortable with lots of room to spare. Although the location is good, at night is a bit scary to go out, not suitable for families at night, but during the day seems fine. If you aren’t a good driver, don’t book this hotel, otherwise you will have trouble parking in their underground garage. The staff is really cool and helpful.

Perfect place for a longer stay. Silent and stylish apartment with everything you need in it. Perfect location with possibility to park your car in underground garage for just 12 euros/nigh.

Very very good value for money. We had a decent sized apartment to ourselves, and their was also plenty of food options around the apartment. Whilst there was no direct parking outside the apartment, as everything is within walking distance it wasn't really needed. Would come again.

The whole place was amazing, loved staying there and the flat itself was great. However it was located in a hard place to spot. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Everyone spoke very good English and were always ready to point you in the direction you needed to get where you wanted.

Loved it and when I go back to Budapest will stay here again. Basically your own apartment on nice, small cozy street. Close to a little store, MANY pubs/restaurants and one of the hop-on-hop-off (or regular transit) stops. Definitely recommend!

Interesting building, nice two bedroom apartment. Dishwasher was non-functioning as well as the heater in the shower room, but wasn’t really needed. The staff were very friendly. Tons of places to eat right there/short walking distance. Would stay again. This is from March 2020; I just added photos

The customers service was very good and the apartment was very clean and quiet. It was really good and comfortable for a family of six. 3adults and 3children.
