Overall, the surgery itself was successful, and I was pleased with the final result. The clinic is equipped with advanced facilities, and their pricing is quite competitive. However, I encountered a significant issue concerning language communication. Prior to the operation, I was assured that not speaking Hungarian would not be a problem. Unfortunately, on the day of the surgery, there was no one proficient in English beyond basic skills. This lack of effective communication was made me very afraid, especially to undergo a surgery without being able to comunicate and without a doctor that drives me through the process and tells me the risks. Therefore, my recommendation would be to ensure that you have a Hungarian speaker accompany you to this clinic to avoid the language barrier I experienced.

Very disappointed with the service. The day of the operation there where nobody that talk English, I had to call a friend for translation. After they gave me a tranquilizer they made me sign that a doctor has explained me all the risk and consequences, but was not true, despite I requested it. The operation went good under their standards, and the next day they assigned me a doctor that knew some English, but did not want to answer my question either and force me out of the consultation after some minutes as my time was over.

I have had my RELEX-SMILE surgery with Dr. Fekete Orsolya about a month ago. Everything went perfectly. I had my pre check up (after a month of waiting for the appoinment :( ) and after 1 week , I was able to have the operation already (YAY!) The doctors and staff spoke English, it was easy to understand so i felt quite comfortable. I was nervous at first but on the day of operation, the surgey went quickly, I did not realized that it was done so fast. One point that because i was on Xanax ( for the surgery) so it made me super calm and happy as well :D My left eye was totally fine after, no pain, no dryness, nothing. I got a little of stinging feeling in my right eye in the first 2 hours but then it went away. That night i slept well. Next day, i got the result that my left eye have already 110% vision(WOW) and 95% for the right eye( well, that might explain the stinging feeling for longer healing time) .The vision was still blurred but of course, it got better through time. Currently, my right eye is finally 100% ;however, hopefully it will achieve the same % as my left. Special thanks to Dr. Fekete Orsolya, all the doctors and staffs/nurses!

From the first moment I felt that I was in the right place. From the expertise of the doctors to the client orientation of the assistants to the cleanliness of the clinic, everything was perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants eagle eyes for themselves.

I really appreciated the care taken to ensure I understood enough to make me feel comfortable. From start to finish the staff was professional and took the time needed. Small details such as asking about my family and profession also made the experience feel more personable.

After thinking about getting this surgery for 10+ years, I was finally convinced by the positive reviews for Sasszemklinika. I am so happy I did it! My whole experience, from the consultation to the follow-up appointments, has been very positive. The staff are extremely kind and friendly, the clinic is modern and clean, and the doctors are professional. I was always matched with doctors that spoke English for my appointments, and I felt safe in their hands. I had the touchless PRK procedure done. Everything was explained to me in advance and, though I was nervous, the procedure was painless and fast (30-40 seconds per eye!). The first week was uncomfortable but not unbearable. It has been one month, and my eyesight is now excellent!

I wanted consultation with this clinic, according to Google they have good reviews. But they don't reply email at all I have been waiting 1 week for an answer (time appointment).Due to language barrier I can't ask time appointment on the phone. I'm planning to spend lots of money here but looks like it's not worth it 😕 Update: Very good clinic, best service I had in hungary. Staff speak english, machines are new. I have no complaint

It's been more than a year since the surgery, but I still remember every moment of it. I could never get used to glasses, I hated them. So I was not surprised that it was already natural on the first day that it was not necessary. A very professional team performed the barely five-minute operation with everything, and I felt that I was in good hands. I am grateful that I was eligible for the surgery and that I was able to save up the money to make it happen! Thank you very much! <3

Amazing Service. Everyone really took great care of me and they speak English too so I got all the information needed. From the consultation to control check ups they have been really great. I had FEMTO surgery at Sasszem Klinika, I am extremely happy and grateful for the results and the whole experience. My eyesight is now 150% according to the 6th month check up this month. Special thanks for dr. Kun Lídia for her proffesionalism, she always paid high attention to detail and carried out further checks when it was neccessary on the post surgery check ups.

They are nice and kind, the building and the environment also clean and sturdy. The doctors know what they're doing. In my opinion, but im a laic, keep that in mind. :)

Really great service, they were communicative through the whole process. Lots of emails, clear explanations of the what is happening and why - which can be especially beneficial for more nervous patients. The actual surgery took no more than 5 minutes with doctors who also explained each step to ease any nerves. The first three days were highly uncomfortable but I've received sleeping pills and painkillers to aid in the recovery. Type of surgery: PRK Date: August 2023 As of my last exam, my vision is 20-20. Would recommend to anyone!

If I remember correctly, my eyes were operated on almost two years ago (at the age of 25). The operation itself is really painless, you don't feel anything - only the eyelids (or what) were unpleasant, but I think that if someone can open their eyes wide enough, they don't even use them. The tests are quick and professional, as are the post-surgery checks. The pre-surgery administration (except for the long wait) is really quick and easy. I have had no complaints since the operation, my vision is excellent, and my sensitivity to light has completely disappeared almost a year after the operation. I hope we don't "meet" again, but if we do, it's comforting to return to such a good place. I strongly recommend it to everyone!
