He insisted on a Covid test before the procedure (in any case, the clinic did not require this in the previous 3 weeks), when I did not return to his chair after anesthesia, he shouted after me in the corridor that I should pay HUF 5,000 for the test. This is a premium service at a premium price, so I expect the oral surgeon to pay attention to me and try to alleviate the inconvenience by exhausting all the possibilities and not to shout after me through the waiting room like a car driver. I recommend that you note that there is an oral surgeon on every corner in Budapest, so you should provide services so that the patient (compared to the possibilities) feels good. More empathy and less face. I would have gladly paid Citydent HUF 100,000 for the two teeth, but then someone else will get it. When I got home, I saw that I had received an appointment a week later and that HUF +10,000 had been added (due to cancellation on the same day). I recommend that it be arranged with the doctor - if he is more empathetic and respectful, then I will certainly not come after anesthesia. In a word, I am not saying that he is not a good professional, but this attitude has no place in a downtown private practice. I encourage everyone to get out of the chair and go somewhere else if they don't trust their doctor. Here, the doctor is the same service provider as anyone else - either learn to behave with the paying guest or count on the losses.

Unfortunately, by the time I got to CityDent, it had already been inflamed for weeks my tooth was replaced in another clinic after a failed filling, and I was already in such pain that no medication was used. It is possible that they could have saved my tooth at CityDent even then (Dr. Evelin Fehér also outlined the possibility of root canal treatment), but after almost 4 weeks of mistreatment, antibiotics and inflammation suffered at the previous places, I now prefer extraction and later implantation I decided. Due to the drag, Dr. Zsombor Bedő came in earlier that day, but unfortunately he still missed his appointment due to me. Despite this, he was extremely patient with me throughout, and he was able to remove most of the tooth, including the nerve, even when it was inflamed. The doctor and his fairy assistant were calm and kind the whole time, which I really needed at that time, thanks to their work the pain that had been tormenting me for weeks finally stopped. The remaining part of my tooth and 2 inflamed roots were then removed by dr. It was removed the next day by oral surgeon Gergely Kosik, who was also extremely professional and sufficiently patient and kind to me throughout. I would like to highlight this because in the state of mind I came to CityDent with, it was really important that, in addition to professional competence, the interventions were performed by such humane and compassionate doctors and assistants. On the Friday after the surgical removal, I asked the clinic for medicine by e-mail, because I was very afraid that the whole thing might catch fire again. In addition to prescribing painkillers and antibiotics (in case of emergency), Dr. Gergely Kosik, and he completely reassured me that all the symptoms I was experiencing were completely normal. For me, this call was also something that I think goes beyond the expected care, and for which I will definitely contact the doctor when it comes to the implantation. I've been over this for almost a week now, and my inflammatory symptoms and wound pain are getting weaker and weaker, and I'm getting stronger, so I'm confident that I'll get my act together quickly and soon forget the nightmare they caused me at the other 2 dentist appointments. The clinic is clean, pleasantly and tastefully decorated, they apologized for the slight slip, the lady at the reception was also polite, I didn't have to pay, so I would have had a positive experience from all points of view, if the pleasant impression wasn't slightly overshadowed by the fact that I only asked for it today I made an appointment at the surgery, i.e. I traveled from Salgótarján to Budapest, because during my visit a week ago - to another local doctor - I received the professional opinion based on the same CT scan and dental condition, that two of my teeth need to be filled at least, one of which will probably have root canal treatment, if it can still be saved at all, because it is also possible that it will have to be pulled. On the other hand, what happened was that the doctor actually no longer saw the need for any intervention, which I accepted with pleasure, but he unwittingly raised the question in me that if his colleague had been the attending physician today, he would have made the same decision. or maybe start filling my teeth? And although I really don't mind that it turned out this way, I'm still a bit strange that there can be such a big difference in a professional matter. What else I would recommend is perhaps placing a company sign at the entrance of the building, which would help those who are not so familiar with Budapest to find their way around, and if the opening hours are different from the usual, they should be posted on the front door or on the website, because for example the Thursday afternoon before Good Friday I wanted to go back to clarify the time since I didn't receive an e-mail confirmation, but I found the doors closed at 3 pm, which I didn't see any information about, while according to the website they were supposed to be open until 5 pm that day. Apart from all this, however, I can recommend dentistry.

It was the best decision for me to come here with the intention of having my 9 bad teeth filled, but only under anesthesia, because I'm terrified. Dr. György Szalontai allayed his fears and showed me that dental treatment can REALLY be painless, that my teeth are ready in 3 hip-hop sessions without anesthesia. At the first consultation, I received the price quote for the entire treatment and everything cost exactly as much. (However, there was definitely some inflation in between. :)) Based on the shape and color of the completed crown, it looks like your own tooth, and from the point of view of use, it looks like it, with the difference that it is obviously not a living, sensitive tooth. Much like a root canal tooth.
