    I made the best decision when I started training with Karesz. It is incredible to see even now the determination, humility and motivation with which he helps his trainees. He gives you confidence where he can, helps and watches you throughout the training. He gives very useful tips both in the field of nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, and my own experience shows that he knows his business very well. Not to mention how good the training sessions are. So, if someone is looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend him.

    Karesz not only helps with training, but is also there for food, lifestyle and supplements. In general, the training goes in a leg/upper body rhythm, and movement outside of training is also a topic, so that long-term goals are realistic. I can only recommend it!

    I have been training with Károly for a few months. During Covid, I managed to leave myself thoroughly. A few weeks ago, I had to renew my driver's license and all my values ​​were worth a school sample. I feel a hundred times better, I sleep better, I "exist" in tears. He always asks how I'm feeling, what I'm eating, etc. I get maximum attention. 👌 Great trainer.

    Karesz's open, good-natured and absolutely professional attitude helped me overcome the "gym is not for me" nervousness, I've been attending his training sessions for half a year now and I haven't regretted it. In addition to following me with 100% attention and promoting my progress, he also encourages me and gives me confidence, which has made me love training even more over time.     I am very pleased with The Trainer's trainings. We do online workouts, but the only limitation compared to IRL workouts is the equipment at home. The Trainer always pays attention to my workout, executing it correctly whether we do it online or IRL.

    Károly is a fantastic trainer. I have been training with him for almost 2 years at this point. I have done in person trainings and online, as I travel a lot for work. He has been super accommodating, regardless of what timezone, country, or city I have been in. I am very grateful!

    I have trained with Károly for about 6 months now. He is a fantastic trainer. I was really worried about finding a trainer that worked for my goals when I first moved to Budapest. I am very grateful that I found him! Cannot recommend him enough!

    Karoly is a five star trainer for good reason. I hired him for in person training at the gym last year and now working with him remotely from the US. I really appreciate working out with him because he’s not just pushing me to my limits but always making sure that I’m doing the exercises safely with the best form. He’s great at explaining the exercises and creating a workout specific to my goals as well as guiding me on my general fitness and health goals outside of the training; including my diet and cardio training.

    Karoly is a very professional trainer. He speaks several languages (English, Italian and Hungarian) and his client-tailored training programs are well-thought and enjoyable. I didn’t go to the gym on a regular basis before I met Karoly but now I go to the gym with a great enthusiasm as I see great results. I suggest trying diet plan that Karoly is happy to create for all his clients. It is working for me.

    Kareszt kb. fél éve ismerem, amikor újra elkezdtem sok-sok idő után edzeni. Nem akartam egyedül szerencsétlenkedni, viszont a csoportos edzésnek sem vagyok híve, ezért választottam személyi edzőt. Karesz mindig odafigyel, hogy helyesen hajtsam végre a gyakorlatokat, ami különösen fontos az idő rövidsége és a sérülések elkerülése miatt. Nem erőlteti túl a gyakorlatokat, de látja ha van ott még tartalék plusz 1-2 gyakorlatra, percre. Nem enged a nyafogásomnak.:) Étkezésben is segít tanácsaival. Minden alkalommal figyelmes - már bőven nem vagyok 20 éves - mindig érdeklődik, hogy van-e valami probléma, amit meg kell beszélnünk. Nagyot sikerült fejlődnöm a kezdeti leépült izomzat / kondíció tekintetében. Nem utolsó sorban - bár külön nem szerepelt a "kívánság listán" - észrevehetők az alakformálás jelei is.
