I wish there is a option about giving a 0 star. Nobody speaking english at all. Even we try to communication with them. They didnt care at all

I see there is some of really negative reviews about customer service and after sale service. From my experience l never had problem with that l visit this place often, every time l call for some questions or problems they are really looking forward to help you. I really recommend this place because you can find everything you need. I also recommend everytime to ask if they will have sales in few days for that type of products since they can sometimes give you that kind information.

If i can give 0 star i will, not my first disappointment in this brand, every time i go there, the same issue, no staff, no employees to help, when you start to turn around and around all store, you will find them hidden, playing on their phones… if you ask them help, answers are ready : - no english - not my sector … Worse experience as usual in Media Market.

I brought a very expansive iRobot that I bought from them to repair. They kept it for two weeks. After they returned it it had exactly the same problem, which of course was not fixed. Did they even turn it on and check if it worked before returning it? Do they think that customers have the time to go back and forward to their store because they don’t know how to do their job (or probably they simply don’t care)? Just a disgraceful experience. Update: I went back to the so called customer service. Among many nice things, the person in charge told me that if I don’t like the way they do things in Hungary I can go back to my country… then why selling things to foreigners? RACIST XENOPHOBISTS work for this company, don’t buy from them.

Very bad shopping experience! Tablet cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase! When we went to the after-sales service, we were told that the goods could be returned and exchanged within three days, but when we went the next day, we were told that the goods could not be returned or exchanged! Will never shop at this place again!

I usually like to shop at MediaMarkt, I used to go to their store in Árkád Mall which was good overall. This time I went to the store in Arena Plaza and customer service was terrible. Found the product and wanted to ask for help but no one attended to us for over 30 minutes they kept sending us to each other while attending other customers. I eventually felt insulted and left, will never go to this store again!

Don't buy anything in this overpriced store chain. Had to deal with their customer service at this location due to a faulty drone and, it was a pain. I even had to contact the authorities to avoid being ripped off.

Prices are not the best. There is very little variety. Most of the staff can't speak a single word of English language. I go here only because I haven't found a better alternative.

Nothing special: it is a regular Mediamarkt: few cashier desk open, long line... unfriendly staff. But by the end of the day: you can buy what you want! 😉

I had a very bad experience in this shop. I wanted to return bulbs what were not good for me but the manager rejected to do so, though it was less than 14 days from the date of the purchase. Also, the shop assistant was very unfriendly and rude.
