Worst zara in Europe and staff not polite and narrow minded. Full of Karens especially the girl at the dressing room, and Management is similar. Tourist shouldn't go to it!

Could tell the considerably rude change room lady/girl that if my partner wants me to see her clothes we are about to buy, she could let me in the goddamn corridor to see her dressed. Left everything and 100 % will never come here again...

Worst Zara service to date. Manager is extremely rude. My clothes were damaged in an accident so went to Zara to buy new ones. I simply asked if I could pay and have the security tag removed while wearing the item to not have to put on my bloody clothes again. Manager then started to tell me off for wearing an item that wasnt mine. She seems unfit as an example for the team and hopefully will undergo training again.

Rude employees, impolite, worst zara Store On the cashier we asked a bag, the cashier lady forgot it, we asked her again, she was swearing in Hungarian language and throw the bag on the table. When we asked her why she has such rude behavior, she started to scream. Never again with Zara, she is a disgrace for the brand. We felt very harassed and we were scared.

Lovely store with friendly staff and good sale options. My friend and I really just intended to window shop, but ended up buying a few items! We enquired about exchanging one item from the shelf with another from the store room, as it had makeup stains on it and the staff were happy to help! We were not kept waiting long and the shop was very neat and peaceful around the time that we were there.

The attitude of the cashier in the women's clothing area is extremely bad. This is how Zara trains your staff? Joke…

Just the normal store with not the best service. Men cannot enter in the women changing area to see his partner (what can be ok), but this is not communicated in the best form. However, there is a sign that men cannot enter, it is covered so nobody is able to read it. Furthermore, some men could enter the changing room area. Probably (hopefully?) they work for Zara. It was not clear to me. Anyway, I do not see the difference. They sould keep their own rules.

Not much choice compared to stores in the UK. Collections were rather small. Bought a essentials Zara T-shirt for 2995 Ft which is around £7.50, which isn't bad.

Nice service, lots of varieties. Spacious and a lot of fitting rooms.

Worst shopping experience! The fitting rooms were so hot no aeration at all during covid numbers climbing fast higher by a day. Me and my daughter had sweat dripping from our heads like in sauna. And it was a rainy day. Could barely try anything because of such conditions. This made me rethink coming in to shops ever again. Have to do online shopping - period!

Very nice collection for male , price reasonable.
