Beautiful Starbucks location tucked right outside the entrance to Knotts Berry Farm. We went here at night and there was a giant fire pit just outside to get cozy by and take in the evening sipping on a warm Late. Good service and drinks tasted hot and toasty like coffee should.

We ordered 8 different drinks costing about $40 +dollars. This star bucks is on Beach blvd, Buena Park next to the wax museum and I believe across the street from Midevil Times. It was about 10:30pm. The drinks were Carmel Fraps, dragon tea, vanilla bean and etc. The problem is they had little flavor tasting like ice mostly. The shift supervisor, MICHELLE, seemed to have an attitude right off the back while ordering and even shorted us a drink. We were unhappy with 3 of the drinks and the other lady on the shift with 2 toned grey black short hair and glasses, she was extremely helpful and tried to fix the drinks, but adding expresso to the drinks wrecked them further, but she tried. She offered a refund and we agreed. The shift supervisor, MICHELLE, comes outside and totally insults my wife and daughter, stating well if you want a refund we need drinks back and telling the other lady " they are probably trying to get free drinks"We said fine. We wasted like 30 minutes while all this was happening and 3 people ended up without drinks, insulted and mad as heck. She is lucky those drinks didn't end up all over star bucks window. Michelle, you are a disgrace and should be fired. Infact, the other lady would be more fit to be the supervisor or manager. I'm being nice in this comment, because I would really love to say what I really think of you! Shame on you MICHELLE!

Only about half the time do they get our order correct. Everyone in the store is sweet & has good vibes. I know they get busy, but constantly getting an incorrect order that you paid for is very frustrating.

1st time at this location PARKING Is terrible, most spots for people that are going to sit inside are blocked by the drive thru and the location has more sitting area than parking? Maneuvering of your car can be tricky, If you can’t get parked, then you run the risk of parking at the Quality inn parking lot, STARBUCKS Location was nice, staff attentive and everything you expect and live about Starbucks. Biggest complaint was leaving you get stuck for a while going back onto beach boulevard. Overall would go again but sadly at a different time to 10am when quieter…

Worst Starbucks experience ever. Store hours state open until 11p. Placed mobile order and arrived at 7:01p just as the lobby doors were being locked. I was told I had to go through the drive thru (that was wrapped around the building) to pickup order. Suggestion: indicate on the app that the lobby closes at 7p. Still waiting in line….

No electrical outlets for laptops or phone charging. :-( What happened to the “THIRD PLACE” philosophy? Main reason I choose Starbucks over other coffee chains. Consistency of offer. Large footprint store. Limited food options. Lots of seating and space. Just make sure you have a-lot of battery to connect with family, friends and work. Won’t be coming here again. All power outlets are covered up. It’s like Starbucks saying “happy to take your money. Just don’t hang around”. OK then I won’t be back. Blue Bottle has better coffee anyway.

Clean bathroom. Quick service. My everything bagel was delicious! Large selection of reusable tumbler cups/mugs. Plenty of staff. Large open seating area. Picked up this beauty of a cup!

This place looks new. Inside is big. It has a drive thru so it's slow in getting your drinks. Empty inside but still takes 15 minutes for a mobile order.

Great new location and design quality meets the standards to create loyal customers. The only improvement to make is the large window needing a shade cover. In the evening hours, the sun rays are creating too much heat and brightness which then prevents seating in this area, its where Burger King had a kids zone.

Obviously this Starbucks was understaffed. Had a line of cars 12 deep--almost out to Beach Blvd. Inside service was slow--but the staff was nice. It was mostly clean, but the bathroom were not. They also screwed up our order

This poor review is for 2 employees in this branch; Danielle and a tall guy (you know who you are) who rudely said "I can't spend 10 minutes making your drink; I have other drinks to make" after saying he knows how to make my drink but Actually did not. As for Danielle, when I tried to order my drink but requested for David to make it as he is the only one who knows how in this Starbucks, she arrogantly refused saying "everyone here knows how to make your drink; I can't let David make it for you". When I showed her the picture of the foam that I want, she said "everyone knows how to make it." If everyone knows how to make microfoam, how come David has had to remake the mistakes of other employees 4 times before? Plus, the manager of this branch has had all the outlets replaced with covers; is she/he trying to save money on the electricity? Or, does he/she not welcome students and businessmen and women who need to do some computer work while in the area? Or tourists who need to charge their cellphones?

Large roomy store, service is good. The bad? No outlets, overly loud music makes studying difficult. Single person bathrooms is both a plus for privacy but a negative for wait times

We were waiting for our coffee, the workers lol ride, but it had a bunch of flies they need to take care of that, but everything else is all right
