There’s a certain group of staff that always gives me less in my bowl when I order it’s a girl and a larger guy, the other set of staff which is 2 guys one being Asian are chill tho, have gotten food poisoning a few times from this place but it’s about 66% consistent, it’s my only option of food since I take the bus to work so I have to put up with it

The chicken bowl was on point, fresh and hot. The service was lacking and the coke had a flat taste. Their credit card reader tries to force a tip which is annoying. Parking is also a challenge at this location.

The food was prepared well and quickly. The nicely cooked vegetables were a needed change after a day of amusement park food. The staff was very friendly and patient with us as we asked questions about the food. I have never been disappointed by a trip to a flame broiler restaurant and this outing holds to that record.

It was way less expensive than Waba Waba Is freaking crazy They tried to charge 44$ for white meat Plate and an order of dumplings I said y'all are crazy and walked out what would I recommend you ask, I recommend you not go there Freekin ripp off artists .....for reals Freekin Waba Definitely recommend Flame broiler

Jesus is the best employee of all of flame broilers period. This guy is the mf GOAT! I never leave reviews for anything unless it's bad. But today. This guy earned. Exceptional customer service. Make this guy your manager or VP of customer service.

The one at West Hollywood Gateway is very good. The guy who works there has done an amazing job staying open through 2020/2021 feeding people, and almost all on his own too. I always get lunch from there when I'm in that area during the week. It's healthy and delicious, has brown rice, special sauce is my favorite. Also mini bowls are perfect portion for me. Support small business and local.

This is probably the best place around to order online from because the food is so fresh and healthy.... I order online quite a bit and there's never been a time where it is not ready by the time I walk in the door.. best example yet was on the day after Christmas I walked in about 1:45 and the place was absolutely jam-packed so I was prepared to wait but the sole worker behind the counter saw me walk in and there was my order.. ready to go.. I would have expected him to deal with all of the other customers first of which there were about six parties in front of me to get to the register.. but that was very much appreciated.. I will continue to visit this place... This is the flame broiler directly across the street from Knott's Berry farm in Buena Park
