Surprisingly the steak and Malibu chicken were excellent..very tasty and baked potatoe was awesome. Very attentive staff.

Got here when they just opened for lunch on a Friday. Ordered the unlimited salad bar. It is $13.99 Mondays to Fridays and $15.99 weekends. Did not get offered cheese toast. Service was mostly good. Restaurant is clean and in order. They are out of wings for the time being so they temporarily replaced it with unlimited mini hot dogs and unlimited chicken nuggets. Would be nice if they had unlimited chicken tender bites instead. That'd be a nice temporary replacement. The salad bar was yum. They had build your own salad and a few pre-made salads like macaroni salad, tuna pasta salad(sooo yummmmm), spinach salad, potato salad then the hot bar had chicken nuggets, mini corn dogs, tortilla chips, 3 different proteins; steak fajitas, carnitas, and ground beef, spaghetti with meatballs, mac and cheese, and hot tortillas. Salsa and guac are in the salad bar section. All in all, great lunch and it was quick! A few parties came after me and left. I stayed for a while and enjoyed every dish there was. Yum yum in tum tum! I definitely prefer this location over Fullerton. It's much nicer and very well kept. Service is wayyyy better! Good job Buena Park. I see now why you have such high ratings!

Ordered an 8oz steak and it took almost an hour for it to come out. Serving of fries that I got seemed noticeably small. My nephew, who got there half an hour after I did, somehow got his food before me… and his plate was bigger. Ordered medium rare but was disappointed that it was borderline well done, and only lukewarm. Gf ordered a rare and it looked medium-well. Decided to check out the self-served ice cream after and the floor around the machine was littered with gross ice cream stains. Only the vanilla dispenser worked, but it tasted like whipped cream at best. Oh, and the ice cream cone wrappers are stuck to the cone, so you can’t eat them without tasting paper. The salad bar food itself looked super sketch and I was losing my appetite at the sight of watery spaghetti and dry chicken wings. You’re better off getting 7/11 taquitos. The bathrooms weren’t super clean either, tons of trash over the floor. At least the cheese bread was still tasty and came out fresh. Over all I used to like Sizzler as a kid but I won’t be coming back.

You place your order; however, the waiter brings your drinks and food to the table. I saw 2 guys working the floor. They both are awesome. They hussle, very observant, very helpful and great personalities for them both. It's been awhile since I've been in Sizzler and this is a wonderful addition.

It's been a long time since I stepped foot into a Sizzler. All the Sizzler restaurants closed down at Las Vegas unfortunately. Since I am staying at the Buena Park area, I had to eat at another California classic. You also have to order and pay before you sit. I ordered the classic trio which consists of a steak, fried shrimp, and the Malibu chicken. My sides I ordered was a clam chowder, cheese bread, and a baked potato. The restaurant also has a mini buffet and a salad bar for around $12 but if you order a steak dinner, the mini buffet will be an extra $5.99. The food came out excellent and the waiter did an awesome job. I am stuffed from the food. I will miss the Sizzler when I get back to Vegas.

Nothing stands out here. The service is okay at best. Too many of the salad bar items still had the cold effect - stiffness. The hot food was not kept up so it looked old. You had to mix them up to get softer food. I feel the soups are the one consistent in being maintained better. The service with a smile is no longer prevalent here & that's something that could reduce some emphasis on the other not so good things. It seems like the portions are getting smaller and pricier. As for me ,,, I'm looking for a better salad bar with good food and service.

As much as I love Sizzler, I don't think I've ever seen one like this in recent times. This place was old and not very well kept, I could smell the bathroom from where I sat and there were lots of gnats flying around fighting me for my food. My shrimp was under cooked, while my steak was over cooked and the baked potato didn't taste baked at all. Instead, the potato tasted either boiled or microwaved. It was quite gross, my husband and I had to cover our drinks to prevent gnats from landing in them. I tried to get a few pictures of the gnats that were just chilling on the wall next to us, hope this help you decision as to whether or not you want to eay there. Good Luck! 2/10 would not recommend.

Both the shrimp and baked potato were outstanding! The oil in the fryer probably needs to be changed because the shrimp were a tad bit greasy. But a solid 9 on the food! Upon entering the establishment, there was a handwritten sigh that said they only had coffee and hot and cold tea, so I had water! Then lo and behold, after I came back from washing my hands, I see people drinking sodas! So I tell my server about the sign and he says that was from earlier --- it was only 2pm when I came in. He then goes and takes down the sign; but doesn't bother asking if I would like a soda! Then as I am finishing up my meal, I see my server bringing new diners, the complimentary garlic/toast bread! When I ask him why I didn't get any. His response was, "I didn't bring you any!?" And here I was thinking Sizzler made Covid cutbacks and eliminated the delightful accompaniment. So I told him that's OK, he must be new. He then tells me he has been there 23 years! And since he had no name tag, I don't know who he is! But I could tell he was more involved with the two ladies at the table right in front of me during my meal, babbling all the time in Spanish! Did I tip him? Of course I did! Because nowadays, if you don't people are crying --- oh, how can waitstaff make a living! But I probably shouldn't have! Oh well!

This Sizzler is neat organized and clean. Associates are friendly and helpful. The salad bar is continuously stocked fully, items are fresh and delicious. The price is reasonable.

Nice little hidden Sizzler's gem. This sizzlers is a little more old school feel but very clean, busy and well staffed. Everything here is on par with the Sizzler's extreme in Ontario except in a smaller package. The only difference is less selections but the Ontario restaurant is twice as big and new.

The “medium rare” steak looks like a sad raw meat. Chewy and tasteless could not even eat it. Mashed potatoes looked and felt like it was digested by an animal and thrown at your plate. It is freakin mashed potato how can you make it so gross - felt like it was made of starch because it did not taste like real potato. The only thing was edible was chicken. Management was nice tho. 🤢

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn and just walked over here for dinner. I think we made a mistake by getting a meal and the buffet with it as that is just too much food. So, I would just get the salad bar next time. The server never refilled my drink, which definitely made me regret buying a drink at all, plus I was thirsty. The food was ok and I always love buffets because you can take the things that you like and everyone in your party can usually find something they like (i.e. less complaining). :-)

We visited on the recommendation of someone. We are very glad we did it. The best meal of our trip. The food was served in large portions. We had traditional food but my picky eater kids also enjoy! The waiter was very busy but called anyway to see if we needed anything quite often. He was very friendly and helpful for the kids to choose their food.

Me and my brother came here for the first time to eat lunch and the food was so good for a good price and the staff were nice and the waitress was perfect and nice and I recommend you guys coming and Believe me I’m a come back more often now 😁

I love the salad bar and it is back. I had the salmon dinner and cheese toast. Very friendly staff. Very clean, fresh and exciting atmosphere.

This has to be one of the last remaining Sizzlers in the area. They have improved customer service and the salad bar seemed pretty good. The only drawback was you have to "glove up" in order to help yourself at the salad bar.

I haven't been to a sizzler in ages. When i was in the area and saw it, i decided i had to visit. I ordered the salmon which disappointingly only came with one side. I chose the baked potato. The baked potato was more exciting than the salmon. Although cooked to perfection, the salmon was a bit bland. A blackened salmon or a salmon with any seasoning would have been better. I was with my significant other and our daughter. They both ordered the all-you-can-eat salad. After looking at the salad bar, i kind of wish i had too. The salad bar looked incredible and loaded with good food. Sizzler was great. The people were awesome. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I feel like the salmon (and I'm assuming other entrees) are purposely made bland with little to no seasoning.

If you've ever seen the 1986 film The Fly all I have to tell you is the scene where Jeff Goldblum cooks the two steaks after teleporting them. The teleported steak looks like it tasted better. I have never refused to eat after ordering, let alone request a refund. The staff was kind and quick to help but unfortunately the food was way below par. You would be better off picking up the cheapest frozen dinner at your local grocery store. Sorry to the staff but this chain of restaurant need major help. I have no idea how they have a 4.3 out of 5 star rating.

Steak was tough, but flavorful. The service was great. One of weird things about this restaurant is you pay upfront, which includes the tip. I don't know about everyone else but the tip that I pay is reflected on the level of service, so it's really weird they do this. It almost like you're paying for the level of service up front.

This is one of the few restaurants I actually can say that I've been amazed with their service!!! The waiters are very attentive and caring. Chris and Raul are the most friendly and always are on top on everything. Tapping off the beverages to offering additional plates, napkins etc etc etc. Am extremely happy with their service that I am making this Sizzler my number one to go dine in place! Thank you guys, your job is OUTSTANDING!! 20 OUT OF 10!!!

Excellent great service from the cashier to the waiter we had we went twice we love Sizzler and don't have them where we live anymore we were so excited to eat there still the best Amazing food steaks are so good and the Malibu chicken is my mom's favorite and you get the cheesy toasted bread they have the best salad bar you can get all you can eat its also great for kids too they have many kid items all you can eat also and a kids menu with steak is available good baked potatoes and a great dessert area we loved our food and our service I don't remember our waiters name we had him both times he is very nice I highly recommend eating there you will love it delicious. 5 Stars 🌟 +

Really loved this sizzler. I am a huge sizzler fan so I’m always trying out new sizzlers. This salad bar was great! Sunday afternoon they had breakfast (never seen that before on a sizzler salad bar). Great food and good service! Just wasn’t offered cheesy bread!

My experience at the Sizzler was amazing the staff were super attentive and the manager kept bringing us bread and made sure we were happy. Ordered the steak and coconut shrimp special and our steaks were cooked to perfection and very flavorful they were moist and melted in your mouth the baked potatoes was fully loaded with butter sour cream and chives and the Coconut Shrimp was very fresh and delicious.

In case you are not aware, this location has a kick a$$ menudo on the weekends and after 5pm during the weekdays. Their food is always nostalgic, brings back childhood memories, their iconic bread is not the same anymore but their salad bar still has all the best toppings.

Food is sizzler. So expect what you’re buying. It was a trip down memory lane. I bought the steak and all you can eat shrimp also bought unlimited salad. Steak was cooked proper but was tough meat. Shrimp was a good size quantity of small fried shrimp with heavy bread coating Soups were tasty but not much substance in them. Salad bar was fresh and cleanly maintained. Nice surprise with fried chicken wings nuggets and Asian chicken on the salad bar. I didn’t touch the pasta. Service was best I ever had. Jennifer was a mature professional. Room was at 80 percent she covered the entire room all night by herself. She checked on each table every ten minutes very courteous gave everyone refills on food and drinks. Cleared dirty extra dishes from each table as we ate. She was friendly and focus on her job. Highly recommend her service. She was the Highlight of my visit. And I’m commenting as a professional manager of the industry for 40 years

We had a very good waitress that provided excellent service. The atmosphere was what you'd expect at a sizzler. But the food was not good. It wasn't horrible but it could of been prepared way better. Maybe it's better on other days when there is a different cook.

Steak and all you can eat Shrimp...and other food. My moms favorite place. Nice staff, clean tables, good atmosphere.

This site is my preferable site. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. when I feel like having a decent dinner, this place comes first to my head. splendid and all kinds of food and a large menu.well mannered staff, and pleasant ambience. Also, the bill is affordable. I suggest this restaurant with no doubt.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Juan was so careless and so rude. He did not bother to check up on us to see whether we needed anything. When we asked for more bread he questioned us . I asked for a drink and he never brought it he just went to his lunch break also he didn’t provide us with no napkins . I mean I would’ve understand if it was a busy day but there was only three tables that he was helping. Overall the food was great but my server was super unprofessional and rude. If it was for me I would rate this restaurant zero stars but I have to give it a star to leave my review .

This restaurant is the one I like best. I visit many restaurants but to this one I go the most. The crew is very attentive and the cuisine they cook is so yummy. I never decline to have a good meal in this place. I recommend this place with pleasure.

The service was terrible..i called ahead to see if salad bar was open he said yes and when we got thrre it wasnt. Service wasnt the greatest snd my shrimp was cold and to hard to eat.

The place offers a fantastic range of delicious food. I loved dining here. Employees are always very friendly, prices are affordable and the spot is always kept clean.

I get the 9.99 Malibu chicken and 6oz steak to go. 5 times so far. All good 3 times the put the bag with the bread in it on top of the cheese on the malibu chicken. So enough said i didnt get cheese on my chicken, the second time the did it i remembered and mentioned it the next time. Wth would you do that makes no sense
