Service is excellent at this location! We went for a bday dinner (which we discovered several others had the same evening, as well!). There was less than a 30-minute wait. Our server James was attentive and makes a very pretty long island iced tea. Unfortunately, I did not take many photos this time, but I recommend the Tour of Italy to order. We will definitely return to this location, it was a positive experience.

Went during the start of endless pasta promotion and it was busy, had to wait about 30 minutes before being seated but that's ok cause we walked around the mall while we waited and they text you when your table is ready! So go early or call to get average wait time! Out server was amazing and friendly!

Damien was a wonderful server. He was so friendly and accommodating. He made my friend’s birthday really special. Thanks for the happy birthday song to the staff. My only problem with the restaurant was that it smelled dirty when we walked in.

Had the urge for pasta, so I went for a tour of Italy. The employees were very attentive, kept masks on at all times and other tha. A problem with the little card reader at the table, had a very nice lunch. Would definitely go again for the service

We bought the girls chicken akfredo with chicken and the free alfredo that thier suppose to give with the meal was a tiny cup 2 oz. And the bread burned & hard .very bad customer service at curbside .

Great lunch for the price and good portions.We had the lasagna and cheese ravioli lunch with all you can eat soup, salad & bread sticks. Had Arnold Palmer & regular iced tea plus hot Artichoke & Spinach dip.Very fast service and great on keeping up with our refills.Christian S. is a great server and very attentive to all our wants. The tirramissu was a wonderful finish for the meal.I love the flavor on the sauce on both.This place has never let us down whether it's the food or service we can always count on it satisfying our Italian experience.

Lunch special is very cheap. Around $11-12. You may choose soup or salad with the one main dish(I chose shrimp scampi). This place is spacious.

My mom asked me to take her there. It was my first time. She already wanted to go before we were even finished at Walmart. I guess, it was already 5 star to her. Very clean. The servers looked polished. Strict covid protocols but not harsh. She already knew what to order. Zuppa Toscana. I ordered Seafood Alfredo. It tasted perfect for a pasta. I wish it had some green bits on it, though. She was happy to be back and I felt really heavy full. We even ordered take home. We were already inside Bed Bath & Beyond and that short moment of elation made us forget to wear our masks back. I'm going to try the ZT soup next time.

There was 1 hr 15 min wait , next we were called they took us to the table , place looks clean staff ok , first order coffee and 2 ice teas , next we order food , 10 min later the food came out, my chicken Alfredo was dry not enough sauce I rate 2 but waiter brought more sauce overall score 4 .

I eat here a lot since I work in the area. I have to say the service is always good and they keep the spot well kept regularly. Prices are fair and they serve large portions.

But...when I got home and opened my bowl of Chicken & Gnocchi soup....THERE WAS NO GNOCCHI 😭 How the hell do you not put GNOCCHI in the CHICKEN & GNOCCHI SOUP?! 😂 Anyway, that's all. I eat at an Olive Garden every Monday night and have been doing so for about 8 months now. I always get the grilled salmon and have never been disappointed! This location is no exception. Salmon cooked perfectly and everything else was good.

It's rare that I'm unhappy with food at OG. My Chicken Scampi dish had very little chicken,mostly pasta that was not garlic flavored,as it should be. It was a birthday celebration,so I was not pleased. Thank goodness we had a terrific waiter who did her best to make things better.

I enjoyed a great dinner here with my family. It was a fantastic time. Our waitress was so awesome. She was kind, patient, accommodating and all around just a sweetheart. I really wish I'd have gotten her name. If I saw her again I'd wait to be seated in her area. I liked that the manager came to make sure things were OK.

We were there on Mother's Day and should wait 40 minutes, but it was then only 25. On Mother's Day, there was a queue everywhere, so it was still relatively fast here for good food. I had the Scampi Shrimp for the first time and it was soooo delicious, just great. I ordered it without tomatoes because of intolerance, unfortunately the portion came with it at first anyway. Our waitress apologized sincerely and quickly took care of a new portion. In the meantime, the manager came and asked why I have no food and also made sure again that it went a little faster. I went with my son to enjoy a meal last Tuesday after a day at soak city, but during the wait of soups that were all out, my son freaks out because a 🪳roach was ready to crawl on me. It ruined my appetite very much so, oh and I had to kill it of course. since I was still waiting for our waitress to return. I went to find a manager and let them know the situation. Embarrassed because the way I jumped and people not know what’s going on the manager then moved me to another location. We’re now on another side of the restaurant and the manager says “Dont worry we’re not charging you for this, it’s on us” well let me tell you, even if I didn’t have to pay it ruined my 1 day I get to enjoy with my son, and it added even more time on the wait for food. I wasn’t going to post but it kinda ruined my love for Olive Garden. It’s a place where we go usually but different locations. I can say I’ve gotten awesome service at others but Buena Park location should make sure they clear out hiding spaces like those fake plants where it came from after a fumigation. Disappointed ☹️

Came here recently for a graduation celebration and was very impressed with how kind and attentive our waiter was. They checked up on us at a "sweet spot" amount of time not too often but not too rare. Very kind and accommodated for my special diet. I would highly recommend Olive garden offer more vegan options aside from their minestrone soup. Perhaps even updating the menu to distinguish Vegan and Vegetarian. Over all, happy with my experience but would make this even better with far more vegan options or better menu labeling.

Really great food and our server Damien was amazing!! From the beginning to the end. You can tell he is a very kind person and has a really great heart, you don’t really find those type of people around. He’s very sweet and his service was so quick he made my sisters graduation dine in a great experience! I would definitely recommend this place just because of him and i will definitely be back.

This Olive Garden was great! The servers where kind, welcoming, and got us to our table quickly. The food was delicious and well made. Our serve asked us a few times if there is anything we need. The atmosphere was lively, but not too loud. I would definitely recommend this Olive Garden!

There was alot of people, It took over 25 min to seat, when the host said 10 min. Another 45 min to get food and that's that we order right away do to beign on the clock but everything was hot n fresh. The waitress Annie very sweet n talkative. She got a very good tip from us 😁

The food was as I remembered. I haven't been to an OG for about 12 years, and it's still as good as always.. the service was great - Hannah was our server. The atmosphere was a family oriented, yet very clean and classy..

I love ordering takeout here, they give you really good serving sizes... it's such an easy process and it's usually pretty quick, even around dinner time. I'm obsessed with the shrimp Alfredo and I also love the chicken and gnocchi soup (especially for dipping my bread sticks). I haven't gotten a salad yet because I'm always afraid of takeout salads being soggy no matter where I order them but everything else so far has been great and way convenient.

Order placed on 1/8/20 at 5:02PM. The Alfredo sauce seemed watered down and runny. The lasagna fritta was stale, chewy and the cheese was burnt. Bread sticks were cold and hard. Spent nearly $70 on a dinner for two just to throw most of it in the garbage.

The salad sucked!!!!!

To stem the conversation from spiraling out of control and focusing on my lack of a nutritious diet, I then suggest Little Star. The groan turns to an ooooh, as the prospect of eating the best pizza in town swirls in her head. 4 stars for letting my wife, and more importantly me, eat great pizza without having to discuss the pros and cons of everything I shove in my face.
