    I stopped by to grab coffees and act throb the drive through. It was surprisingly really fast. I ordered 3 frapps. And a vector ice coffee. They were all on point. A young lady named Merg helped me. I absolutely loved her and so did my grandson. He loves mickey mouse and so does she. She was talking to him (he's 2) about mickey while we waited for our drinks and bacon bites. She even drew a mickey mouse on his water cup!! I will definitely be back! She was awesome! Thanks Merg and all the baristas. I hope you have a wonderful weekend! I use to work at Starbucks so I know how hard they work.

    I ordered a caramel frappe with extra caramel and extra whip, but instead I got a plain caramel frappe which had very less caramel and very light sweetness. This was the second time I ordered it and got the same caramel frappe. I did not like it.

    As soon as I walked in I get "Good morning ", "Hello", "Hi." I could not tell how many employees I was getting greetings from. I was too busy saying hi back. I wasn't in a good mood until that moment. It made this Kiwi Starfruit that much sweeter! Thank you ladies.

    Julian had an attitude and was either unwilling to figure out what my friend was trying to order or doesn’t know what his location has to offer. He has a very cold presence and he doesn’t wash his hands or put on any kind of gloves after working the cash register.

    For the first time we used the mobile app to order while sitting far back in the drive thru waiting. Thought it would be easier. When we got to the order window they said to place it earlier as it takes a few mins to get in. No problem. Except when we get to the pick up window we get chastised from the lady there we let her know we were already told and she just kept going like we were children that couldn’t process being told once. I asked if we should pull in a spot so they could help people behind us and she said no. Then my drink wasn’t even filled up. So disappointed and irritated how this was handled.

    Lobby not open when it says they are. Employees tell you to go thru the drive-thru. That is not what I wanted obviously. Do not advertise that your lobby is open when you’re not. Or tell your employees to get it together.

    I came in through the drive thru today and a girl took my order and when I got to the window to pay it was a different person who charged me it was a male . BE AWARE OF what they charge you. I asked for a trenta dragon fruit with LIGHT ICE and they charged me an extra $1 but on the description it said “no water extra base” I asked the guy why was it that it said that on the description where it showed the extra $1 fee. He went ahead and said that it wasn’t him who charged me that but that it was the girl who took my order. He explained that it was because I asked for light ice. And I said really? Since when do you guys charge for light ice? It doesn’t charge for light ice when I place it through the mobile app and he said really ? “I didn’t know that “ so I went ahead and messaged customer service and I let them know that they are charging for light ice in a sneaky way. And customer service said they are NOT allowed to charge for light ice. Starbucks baristas shouldn’t be charging extra for light ice especially if they are not allowed to. This is you guys stealing from people. Like really ? Does it come out of your pockets. Shake my head. And if you don’t believe me Starbucks go ahead and check your footage and hear what they told me. I came in at 12pm in a black Jeep compass.

    I was having a really rough morning but one of the baristas at this location made my day! She was so kind and really goes that extra mile. I didn't get her name but she had curly hair with colored streaks in them, and really cute makeup! Just wanted to give a little shout out!

    Got to the window realized I left my purse at home. Needed to set up Google pay with new card, so I told them I would drive around and come inside, because I didn't want to hold their line. Employee told me don't worry about it, it's on the house. Blessings and kindness like this feel weird but it definitely made my day. Thank you.

    4/14/2023 = 9:18 AM = 1 Star = Always drive thru order, 1st time order here in the counter, the lady who took my order , no smile , did not offer receipt, maybe a bad mood . Will try again next time . Maybe will add star next time .

    Nice small location to grab a coffee real quick. Not for studying. No plug, outlet, charging, not suitable for laptop nor working. Not much seating.

    States they a running low on trenta cups and Can only give a Grande water. When asked if they can fill my hydro flask to avoid using cups since they are running low I get told no. Ask for 3 cups of ice water and get told they are running low on ice and can’t put ice in all the cups. Canceled my order all together which was $27 and some change. Won’t be back especially if water and I are so hard to come by at this location

    Decided to go thru drive thru since no parking was available and the batista was rude in regards to me not giving them enough time. Had some complicated drinks and didn't wanna struggle ordering thru drive thru. Either way the experience was horrible.

    Server at the window said she felt I was “accusing” her of being at fault for their card reader being down….because I made the remark that this was the 2nd Starbucks in as many days with the same problem. I think she got offended because I didn’t feel comfortable handing over my unlocked phone for her to take to the front counter to scan. Not customer friendly

    Worst experience ever. Waited 10 minutes at the counter for someone to help me out. My dog was really really really thirsty and all I wanted was a cup of water for him. He's just a puppy. Poor thing. All the people working here were staring at me but never came to help me. So rude. Once I asked for the water, I had to wait for another 10 minutes and still didn't get it and so I got mad at they're rude behavior and just left. My poor dog. I don't care if your busy or if there are a lot of customers, you have to treat your customers well. It takes 5 seconds to get someone water. Most of the workers werent even working rather, sitting in the back giggling. Seriously never coming back here again. BTW I came here at 11 pm on a Sunday night. Please don't ever ever hire workers like this its just bad for the business and customer experience overall.

    I do not like that I have to sign up for a rewards program to be able to order pickup. Also, to find this out after having to jump through hoops to even start the order in the first place.... This doesn't seem like a sound practice for a place that sells coffee. Why can't I just be a customer?

    Every single charging port is inaccessible. Plenty of seating though. And staff seemed good. But no where to plug in your laptop or phone or iPad :( please put a sign on the door that lets people know they will not have the option to charge their devices as my laptop is dead and have to find another location

    It was my First time using my mobile 📱 app to order ahead.. It was the most pleasant experience I've had in a while... My drinks were sitting ready and waiting for me to get there... I will say it didn't take them very long to fulfill my order soo my drinks were sitting for a little bit 🙃 (totally my fault)... Next time I'll order when I'm a little closer to the store... Excellent service 👏🏼🤗😁... .. . Definite Go to Drinks- Venti Iced 🧊 Caramel Macchitto and either Venti Dragon 🐉 Drink 💜 or the Pink 💟 Drink... .. . They are Must Haves 🙌🏼... .. .!!!
