El día lunes fui hacerme el ADN fetal la recepcionista excelente, la ecografa parece un poco apurada y sin muchas ganas de trabajar solo pendiente de su celular no pude ni tomarle una fotito a mi eco por la actitud tan mala de la chica fue súper rápida nada a detalle para ser algo pago, el extraccionista para lo de la muestra de sangre de 10 excelente muy amable y con palabras de ánimos excelente trato. Solo eso recalcaría la "ecografa" porque no deja ganas de recomendación 0 amabilidad de su parte no es un lugar público es un lugar privado debería ser mejor la atención de parte de ella en específico el celular puede esperar un poco de parte de un profesional de la salud, es importante recordarle a la chica que estamos embarazada debe tener un poco más de empatía.

The only thing I criticize is that perhaps they could send you a brief description of how to read the study, although it is not difficult and it would also be ideal for your personal doctor to read it to you. The price is much cheaper than other places. I recommend it.

The attention was very warm, the laboratory was super tidy and organized, the result arrived very quickly 5 business days after the sample was taken, 3 days before the minimum delivery date.

The results arrived sooner than expected, despite having had the most complete prenatal study done, it took 6 business days! They treated me quickly once I entered the place, it took approximately 20 minutes to complete the study. The only thing to mention is that the place is super small, at most 3 people fit in the waiting room since there are only 3 chairs and no space to stand. My recommendation is that you do not arrive before your time, I arrived 30 minutes before and I could not arrive until 5 minutes before my time. I think they should have better space, a larger waiting room, being a private establishment with paid treatments that are not cheap. Then everything is fine!

They told me a maximum delivery time for my sample, not only do they still not meet it, they do not respond to the emails I sent on several occasions. They don't answer by phone either. Only someone talks to you on WhatsApp every day and they do not provide information. To collect everything efficiently, once the study is carried out they leave much to be desired as an institution. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

We did the complete genetic test (500 dollars) we arrived 2 minutes late because of the storm in the capital, I left it with my wife and went to park in front. It may have taken 3 minutes. The sonographer was not able to wait for me because he was in a hurry to go for a run (after 30 seconds he finished, he came out in shorts and sneakers). I don't recommend it at all, the place is a mess and they treat you terrible! If you want to be treated well and go to a place that matches what you pay, look for another place.

Fuimos a hacer el test prenatal. Nos atendieron excelente. Tanto la recepcionista, la ecografa y la chica del laboratorio. Nos entregaron los resultados antes de lo previsto y eso que hubieron varios feriados en el medio. Muchas gracias! Los súper recomiendo
