Hace bastante que voy al centro. Muy desordenado a la mañana con tema laboratorio, siempre es lo mismo. Me ocupo de pedir turno para nada después porque es por orden de llegada, y cuando le preguntas en la mesa te miran como si fueras extraterrestres y marche preso. Lo demás, atencion consultorios y estudios están buenos. Busquen una forma para solucionar la mañana. Gracias

Pésima la atención, incompetencia absoluta, primero me tomaron mal mi DNI nunca pude confirmar la asistencia del turno porque son incompetentes 20 veces te hacen repetir el DNI para anotar cualquier cosa, luego llegó al turno, me recepcióno después de 40 minutos y viendo q nunca m llamaron, me acerco al mostrador y resulta que la Dr ya se había retirado sin realizarme el estudio la DR. Baltrukowicz, Corina, primera y última vez que piso ese centro 0 respeto por el paciente.

Son muy mal educadas las recepcionistas. Estoy embarazada de 9 meses ya. Fui a hacerme un ecodopler y se olvidaron de ingresarme. Si no me paro a preguntar ni me atienden. Cuando les digo esto a las chicas de la recepción me contestaron muy soberbias las dos cuando el error fue de ellas. Dos mal educadas

El sistema de llamada de pacientes es malísimo. Todos los pacientes esperando a ser atendidos aparecen con nombre y apellido completo (falta grave a la privacidad) y en una sola pantalla llaman a consultorios, Rx, gabinete, eco, etx, por lo cual tenés que estar una hora mirando la pantalla para llegar a ver tu nombre, porque todo el tiempo está sonando la campanita y a veces ponen varios nombres al mismo tiempo.

They take too long, more than 2 hours for the doctor to see you and I don't count that he arrived 30 minutes before the appointment, impressive, he highlighted that the reception was fast!

Personalmente jamás tuve un problema en Genea. Hace años que me atiendo por mi prepaga. Últimamente pareciera que hay más demanda de pacientes porque los turnos son más espaciados, pero los estudios todos ok. Controles, mamografías ecos, siempre conforme. Destaco a la ginecóloga Dra. AGOSTI, excelente profesional. Dra. Jorquera, gastroenterología, hay que esperar el turno porque tiene mucha demanda pero vale la pena. Las instalaciones siempre impecables.

Sacas turno, perdes el día de trabajo. Y te doblan el valor 2 hs antes diciendo que hubo un error. Pésimo. Nunca más.

Malísima la atención, por segunda vez (la primera vez fue el 3 de octubre una hora antes del turno) que le cancelan a mi mamá unos turnos. Tuve que actualizar órdenes y yendo para el Centro me cancelan. Una vergüenza

Tenia un turno de consulta cardiologica- electrocardiograma a las 11:45 AM, ahora son las 14:00 hs y sigo esperando, una falta de respeto esperar más de dos horas, muy lindo el lugar pero una decepción en cuanto la atención y calidad de sus servicios.

They changed my doctor without prior notice, they kept me waiting for 2 hours to see me and they never told me anything, when I went to the reception the person who saw me didn't know what to tell me other than to wait or leave.
