THE PLACE HAS UPGRADED THEIR MENU WITH BETTER OFFERS. FOOD IS GOOD. CAKES ARE DELICIOUS.

Had a very terrible experience today at SR BS. After getting our seats on our own and having to wait for more than 5 mins, no staff came to take our order/show how to order. There were 3 staff at the counter at that time, just ignoring us. Suddenly, a lady staff came to our table. My 3yo daughter and I were 'chased away' from the table we were sitting, to a newly vacant table-as the previous diners had completed the meals and went away. Other tables were fully occupied. The staff just simply told me that we were not allowed to sit there. We were forced to move to the table instructed, if we were to dine in there! Upset with the treatment shown by the staff, we left the restaurant at once. What a waste! I don't regret not having the chance to dine in there. Hope the SR BS will aim to improve better communication skills among the staff so that the service can be upgraded.

Good service. Food was good. Staff very honest. I left my bag at the table and she came to return to me.

Good place to have date with ur lovely ones. The food also serve well plates in much portion.

The ambience is great for a quick meeting, and good food at the same time. My only complain is the food was kinda cold when it arrived. But that's just once in a blue moon. Been there various times and no other complaints. Friendly staffs too.

no common sense kalau dah tahu menu dah tak ada boleh je bagitahu customer sebelum mereka duduk and order and i have to wait 10 minutes for the waiter to take my order meanwhile the staff can barely laugh to each other....totally no common sense

I ordered a simple dish. oglio olio pasta. Thats it, no beef no seafood. VERY SIMPLE. But ive to wait for 40 mins!!!! There were ONLY 2 customers in the restaurant. This is not the first time. Last time i waited for 20 mins which i find it acceptable. But 40mins for a damn pasta? and there are 3 workers sitting, talking and laughing soooooo loud!!! it’s very inappropriate!! On 23/4/2023 around 8pm-8.30pm. We arrived at secret recipe bukit sentosa. The staff was very polite take our order i dont know his name. But when my food arrived at our table he wrongly delivered my ordered (which is fine, as long as i can have my previous order), what im not satisfied is firstly his supervisor/manager service (baju melayu biru) 1. Very unfriendly (fine, maybe he tired) 2. Rude (for me its rude because my brother is asking for something but he just ignored him, and he walked away) 3. Dont say sorry on behalf his worker/staff (because wrongly send food at our table) Secondly, the food presentation. My mother order salmon spicy (dont remember full name), which is the salmon is too HARD TO EAT! DIDNT GOT THE CUTLERY AS WELL. Hello, we pay the services and food not for free. Im not satisfied with it, didnt meet my expectation with the price that i paid! Did you guys just deep fried the salmon ?? I'll attach the image my food and the supervisor. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF, AND TAKE ACTION ON IT. I ALSO WORK IN SAME INDUSTRY BUT I NEVER DO THIS TO MY CUSTOMER. Take action, dont ignore customer voice. Thank you.

Phenomenal experience. Top notch food!!! , NISA (i think shes supervisor) she consistently deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, NISA maintains a steady pace even during busy shifts, ensuring that no guest is left waiting for too long also she manage to handles special requests (FOR ME) with creativity and flexibility. The WHOLE TEAM also willingly assist other staff members when needed, showcasing a commendable team spirit!!!! itu pengalaman i, and have been here multiple times, every time is an amazing experience all around. i always take my out of town guests here, as the food is always superb. Definitely a lifetime customer!
