It was a bad disappointing experience I ever had in a hot pot restaurant to be honest.. 😔 the waiter and waitress are not friendly enough and alert enough even when we pressed the bell 😮‍💨 they have lots of variety of snacks but the amount of staff working is not even enough.. I would suggest if can maybe the boss can reconsider lesser snacks so that they can really focus on giving better service to us? There are lots of flies too, the beverage area is a little dirty too 😮‍💨😮‍💨 and lastly, the hotpot took more than an hour to boil!! Or it didn't even boil 🙄 they gave us 2 hours but we spent an hour plus just to wait for the water to boil 😮‍💨😮‍💨 we are damn hungry until.. we just put in the meat.. we aren't even sure is the meat or food we eat cooked or not 😂 and the dumplings taste like flour 🙃 not to forget the tables are small and the chair is big.. oh and we are expecting theem to take the coriander out ASAP, when we arrived we go and take our sauce then it was all finished.. then we told them twice that coriander finished.. when we almost leaving only came out hahahaha.. hmmp.. Kay Kay but there are good things to talk about also lah.. the interior is nice and also the shark fin soup is really good! 😍😍 The picture was after an hour lol

Food selection is decent. Cooked foods provided is a good plus. Things like dim sum and fried items takes awhile to replenish. Their protugese tart is nice. Waffle needs flavour improvement tho. Tom Yam soup was edible, but free herbal base is a no no. Would I return, yes, but once every 2-3 months.

The restaurant obviously is under staff. Tables are left unclean when the customer left, and cause some flies. The food is unable to refilled on time. Food variety is not that great and if you want yo try hong kong authentic food, you need to top up more. Will I go again, not really as there are plenty more choices in Penang.

A very nice dining place and staff are very helpful and friendly. Foods are okay and it was a buffet style. Highly recommend

Unlimited prawns order which is awesom. Too bad scallop is out of stock and crab is not really fresh. Drinks selection is quite limited. Birthday person will get FOC. Overall service is good.

The food is average and there are rooms for improvement. The choices are not many but just about right, just that I don't feel the buffet is great compared to Chao hotpot. The fried skewers took a very long time to serve. If you opt for non-seafood buffet, bear in mind that if you order a seafood fried skewer, it will be charged on top of the buffet price. The free soup tastes average but not great. Ice cream has 6 varieties, but it was too hard to scoop. The drink tastes mild and i personally don't like it. I called the restaurant to make reservations for 7.30pm but only managed to get the table around 8pm. I requested for Mala Spicy pot which is the ingredients stir fry with Mala sauce, the taste was not very good, i would rate it 6/10. The staff are very friendly and patient to explain about the menu and how to order skewers through the website. I think the buffet package is somehow confusing, that creates a lot of questions from customers. Don't think I will go back again and would rather pay a little bit more to visit Chao hot pot.

Quite a warm environment n peaceful atmosphere with classical HK songs by famous artists. I enjoy very much on top of gd food served n hospitality.
