Room has a strong cigarette smell. Asked for a room change but they refused and sprayed the room with air freshner instead

Not recommend if you want to have pleasant singing experience. 1. The microphone is bad, always disconnected; 2. The sound speakers damaged, you cannot hear bass sound properly; 3. The songs volume also not synchronised, some song quite high, some really low. You need to adjust the volume everytime when choosing different song; 4. The system is analog, take some time to get familiar, waste 5~10 minutes just to understand how it works. Since this is the only one available in this area, maybe they don't care for maintenance. If you have another place to go, please go. If not, you stuck 5~10 minutes to get familiar. If still want to come, bring someone familiar with this place, can save the wasted 5~10 minutes.

Suitable places for family.. Their have a good environment and facilities very enjoy while in there 😃😃

Have a fun. Place looks premium but the karaoke system is quite hard to use (Hard to find specific song that we like). But the price is quite affordable. So nice.

terrible sound system with no echo on mic , asking staff to change room & ask refund but staff cannot do anything , waste of money .

At the price of RM25 per hour per room, what else do you want? We booked for three hours there since the rate was among the cheapest prices. The lack was only on part of the ventilation. The basic room was filled with smokes of cigarettes. We drowned in it till the end. Overall song lists were okay. Maybe they need to improve with the latest one also. Update: second time repeat 04/01 tapi quite disappointed dengan service 2nd floor. Front counter pax tak berapa friendly. Dapat bilik yg equipment tak berapa okay as below floor.
