Just held my wedding banquet in ballroom. Here are some feedback for the wedding dinner that I gathered from my guest: 1. The staff not initiative to refill water and hard for the guest to keep on look for them 2. The toilet very dirty 3. Air conditional also not cold, guest make up become messy 4. The beer and wine all set up outside so not convenient also While the feedback for the food: 1. My fish actually not cook 2. The prawn are not fresh as well 3. The vegan dishes for main table also serve wrong The wedding ceremony is perfect but the guests are making noise and feedback about above issue. Hope your hotel will have some improvement on this.

The service provided by this hotel is super unprofessional. The banquet dinner food didn’t serve in full, vegetarian dishes only serve four out of six, the fishes are not fresh and not fully cooked, the free flow drink finished at 9, what is written on the dinner packages do not tally with what they provide. When called up to feedback and request for proper explanation, the manager himself (Lim) was laughing sarcastically and not even providing proper explanation. Definitely do not recommend anyone to held any event at this hotel.

It's worth to stay ! Comfortable room, great facilities available , steam and sauna, pool and gym. The good part of it is that you are able to watch the selected movies or listening to the music from the TV in the room. My parents are certainly enjoying their stay here. We spend our family time in the hotel with the connecting rooms , drinking coffees/ seeing each other, watching movie together, going to pool, sauna & steam Given the price you pay for a 5-star hotel, please do not expect the best out of it as this hotel is not located in the city / near the beach. Overall, our experience is so great during our stay here !

Very good facilities, terrible staff on duty. Bought a pass for gym, sauna and swimming pool facilities. But was stopped from using facilities after coming back from dinner outside. No explanation about the per entry policies when passes was bought, LOFT fitness staff being sarcastic while asking us to come back, and stated: "I MIGHT CONSIDER TO LET YOU USE THE FACILITIES IF YOU INFORMED ME THAT YOU WENT OUT" ; " PITY THE ONE WHO DRIVING YOU GUYS OUTSIDE, AS I AM HOLDING HIS LICENSE", "YOU MUST COME BACK NOW AS WE MIGHT NOT ALLOW YOU TO TAKE YOUR STAFF FROM LOCKER ANYMORE" Guess there are consumer out there been outside and came back able to use the facilities while some don't because the staff is totally in charge of who should be using and who shouldn't be using anymore.

Went for vaccination, everything is very smooth. Everyone is nice and helpful. Nothing to complain about.

Remind everyone that the first thing to do when entering the room is to check the bed sheets. Except for some daily necessities, if the bed sheets are stained, you should complain immediately, otherwise the mortgage will be confiscated in the end. . . It is best to inspect the entire room and look at it with the most critical eye, otherwise, if you miss something, you will have to blame yourself. . . I suspect that the previous person did not check it. When I found out, I only thought about what was left by the hotel itself, and I didn't expect to complain immediately, but the mortgage was gone. . . 😡😡We didn't drink coffee in the room, how could we get dark stains on the foot of the bed. . . If it was really made by us, we would wash it off as soon as we got it, and we would leave evidence to the waiter???!!! Anyway, I am inexplicably carrying the pot, so I can only remind everyone here that if you see my post Words, be careful and be careful!!!

Very helpful front officer,and ever pleasant housekeeper. However our good experience were abruptly stopped when we were told no towel available during registration at the pool counter. Absolutely absurd In short I can't recommend this hotel.

The hotel banquet hall is popular for hosting wedding events such as wedding lunches and dinners. There are a few other restaurants inside for different events. The hotel and restaurants are well decorated and trendy. Ample parking lots inside and outside.

I really loved the room, we also tried the restaurant and the cafe (they got a nice coffee there) and very satisfied with the whole experience. But, there’s a bit minus things we found here and there, first your front desk really need a “train” for 5 stars hotel front desk. Some of them that met and talk with us really.. rude. They way they’re talking and handling things is just very unprofessional. Even on call, yes i did call after my stay to asked about some stuff but the person who answered my call really talked to me as if he’s talking with his friends. Second, when we first entered the room first thing i found when I opened the fridge is the previous guest ice coffee and juice box that obviously all already opened. And when we informed the front desk the reaction is just “oh ok we will look into it”. While actually for a 5 stars hotel this is pretty unacceptable. But overall the hotel and the room itself is great, i’m having a great time staying and will be coming back soon for an event. Oh and yes, at night there’s quiet a noises i’m not sure where those noises come from but i think it’s from the bar downstairs.

The towel tear off, further there are hair, I am doubt about the cleanliness of the towel. And the function hall dinner , allow most of the smokers to smoke in the function hall during the function dinner, none of the staffs or supervisor care about this, I am so disappointed with this, it's so unfair to the non smokers. Non smoker need to take the second hand smoke. I suppose smoking in the function hall is again the law? Why no one from the hotel care?

Good atmosphere of Chinese restaurant for dining. K. Ng insists to keep photocopy of identity card of hotel guest without drawing lines on it. 23-6-22, K.Ng phoned us to check up before 12.00 noon, we sincerely ask for extention, she refused. She requested us to pay RM 100 for the time from 12.00noon to 2.00pm. Please refer to the hotel bill copy as stated below. We left behind something in the mini bar, when we come back at 17.10 on the same day at the lobby, she said their hotel throw away all the things except clothes. Luckyly, she found our thing at last.

So call 5 star hotel at kulim but I think just 3 star only as they have many things is far away from 5 star even they can do more privacy for the room but still others to bring the feedback low

I never stayed in it, I just went there to get vaccinated at their hall, but from what I've seen, it is one of the fanciest hotels I've ever been to, even among the 5 star hotels, the exterior easily outclasses Sunway hotel, like I said, I never stayed in it, so I can't say anything about the room, but I would definitely recommend it.

Good day, Vangohh Eminant I have some feedback about my wedding dinner on 26 Sept 2022. I would like to inform you about what I see and what all my friends/guest told me about that night. First of all, my reception area is very hot and stuffy. Aircon was not on before my cocktail session and after my cocktail session it was off. All my guest did not feel comfortable and even sweating in reception area,end up all of them went into the wedding hall. The handler just told my JieMui it just on after my cocktail started 30 minutes. May I know who is in-charge of controlling the sound system? We have a performance for my guests, played the wrong music and ended up did not use music that I chose and provided to you. A few days before my wedding dinner , we had zoom meeting but your handler not even take attention when we meeting. IF YOU ARE BUSY PLEASE ASK OTHER TO IN-CHARGE. My main table flower bouquet decoration which was placed in the middle of my main table was gone. Wanna know where did it went? It was included in my personal decoration package which I paid for it. The food during that night taste different than the day I came for food testing. It was super cold when the dishes are served. Do you happy if you eat cold foods for thought out the wedding dinner ?! I did not like the post that was posted on your hotel facebook page. Could you kindly delete it. Not professional graphic Ms IXX Are you the overall in-charge of my wedding dinner? That night I couldn’t even find any person in-charge when there’s a situation. If this dinner is free, I won’t say anything but I’ve made full payment for this entire dinner beforehand. Maybe this is your first event in your hotel Vangohh but this is my bad and unpleasant experience with your hotel Vangohh. Sorry that my expectation was too high. The reception attitude is kinda rude . Never feel welcoming during my stay over there . Highlight : When I requested extra towel from them at the front desk , they ask me why I need an extra towel again with very unpleasant face . Not what I would’ve expected from a 5 star hotel . Definitely my last stay over there

Hotel Environment is pretty and cozy, is the prettiest hotel in BM 😂 the hutong is a popular bar nearby that place. Location is OK if you go around BM/ Kulim, far from penang island. Have a pretty swimming pool side suit for kids play.

How do I start? Well checked in took me almost 20 mins in line as there was only one receptionist working at the time.( Maybe she was new because there was just so much paperwork to be done for a single check in, so inefficient) Later on, upon entering the hotel there wasn’t anyone to open the doors for you seeing how my hands were full with luggage and I just kicked the door open. Later on my tv remote was broken in half so I couldn’t use the TV at all. The worst part was the middle of the night, 3am and the rooms beside were all blasting music so loud and talking. Called receptionist twice and they did warn them but still no use their party continued to 4am. Honestly, paying 300 bucks per night here, you’re better off staying at FU Hotel. My fridge was also buzzing the whole night for God knows what reason. Seriously I pity the staff

Of all the hotels I have been in the 4-5 star range. This is probably the worst, not even worth the economical price and better reserved for other boutique accommodations Room - Decent and clean but that’s where it ends. Sound proof bad, TVs are in Chinese and even if you switch it to Eng, most text are still in Chinese. They charge RM3 per mineral water - seriously? So much for 5 stars Service - Utterly horrendous with the exception of a few female attendants. Not sure where they are hiring these high school kids with limited professionalism and hospitality manners. Guy at front desk at night gives off the typical cina apek attitude. Staffs have no idea where certain facilities are etc. Atmosphere - Credit to trying hard in embracing artistic styles and modernity but it’s just a bad mix in many areas. Some are not well maintain and it seems they were just putting ‘expensive’ looking materials together and hoping it will turn out luxurious but gave off the opposite feeling.

Stayed 4 nights for business/personal trip Pros - Warm hospitality and nice ambient. Received 2 days free breakfast eventhough not included, comfortable bedroom, strong wifi connection, well maintained gymnasium and mini water park (pool). Plenty carpark Pros - Location not so near to other attractions. Can hear sounds from the bar until past midnight. Gym only open 9 am

I bring my son go there cause he wants take the vaccine. Follow the SOP, always remind people need 1 meter. Air conditioner is good, step by step they follow the rules easy and faster for student take the vaccine

This Vangohh is RIDICULOUS, can’t wait to rate u at low rate before check out is raining right now and the entire hotel do not have even an umbrella for customer to avoid raining to the outdoor carpark, poor service provided, you are the first hotel I visited before without an simple umbrella. Not recommended for publicity for staying definitely.

Been to Ben Ran for buy 1 free 1 dim sum promotion. Overall the dim sums are nice. Chee Cheong Fun sauce a little bit salty.

This hotel got staff issue. Reception only got 1 lady have to manage all the checking in and also need to inspect room once customer check out??. Hence leaving reception with no one when she went up to inspect. Drive is abit far in. Room is ok but they need more lighting at main entrance n parking area. Very dark at night. Not recommend if u travel alone.

Very poor service. The room promised coffee, tea and basic necessities (eg. Towels, shampoo, soap) but there was none. We called the receptionist and they said they will come over but did not appear. We had to complain countless times before they brought the basic necessities. If I can give no stars I would.

Very nice n pleasant place to go especially the swimming pool...open 7 am - 10 pm... but the water pump for slide around 9.30 a.m to 8.30 pm...still more than good enough..for us that late check in can go play with water after maghrib prayer..the room also provide bath robe for 2..

Have my biweekly massage at Danai Spa, level 3 Besides, also hangout at the gym twice a week. Nice & clean.
