When i am trying to make order at the counter, there is 3 people in the queue and im fourth person, one employee name DANA asked to wait outside until being informed, i talked to her i will wait inside because i have a friend sitting inside and it was freaking hot outside, ended up people keep coming in the queue with more than 3 person and DANA didn’t even ask them to wait outside even the queue has been exceed for specific number of people. I approached and ask when is my turn to be in the queue, she asked me to re queue again which is the fourth person at the moment! And there is nothing different at the beginning. Which is so freaking double standard and why am i still being asked to wait outside at the beginning since now i can queue at the fourth at the second time? And it’s unfair im the only one to ask to wait outside and others who exceed the quantity don’t! The other employee are friendly except DANA which do not handle this well with and showed us with bad expression. I hope management can look into this.

Went there expecting to chill but the customer service and ambience were substandard. The cashier's attitude was bad when serving the customers and one of the staff was walking around while talking with mask hanging on the chin. Please protect the customers even if you couldn't care less about your own safety. The supervisor (wearing different uniform) didn't even say thank you while handing over the receipt. I understand that customer service isn't easy but do have basic courtesy towards your customers. We didn't pay to get service like this. Coffee tables could be reduced to abide the SOP and social distancing. Until the management is willing to educate the staff and improve the customer service, Starbucks definitely has better ethics and atmosphere than CBTL.

Convenient place to get my coffee as it's located next to North south highway. Turn into Autocity and straight to office. Opens at 8am daily closed at 10pm. Nice coffee.

The indoor seating are limited, outdoor seating are available too. The car park is quite sufficient during my visit on weekend afternoon. The food and drink quality good as expected. The coffee shop itself is not huge with limited space so it's mostly crowded.

Always convenient to come here for a great coffee fix when we are up north. Very near the toll gate and easy access + parking. The crew here are very friendly, always a pleasure to hangout here. Breakfast fix is alwayssss delicious and reliable. Will definitely be back when we are in the state.
