    Lucky that it was open on Monday morning though half of the stalls were closed. We missed the famous dry Hokkien prawn mee but the Char koay Teow was good. The coffee stole the limelight today. Very aromatic and tasty. One bad point (hope the proprietor takes note) was the foul smelling garbage at back lane. So do sit far far in front of the shop instead.

    Great variety of food, generally all are above average. Recommend the prawn noodle and the dry prawn noodle, both are different stall.

    The food court here is always bustling with crowds, a testament to its popularity. The curry mee is an absolute delight – rich and full of flavor. The soups are consistently flavorful and tasty. And don't even think about leaving Penang without savoring the "apom" sweet and savory pancakes – they're the cherry on top of a delicious experience!

    Dry Hokkien Mee - nothing to shout about Wanton Mee - Good, thumbs up! But my friend told me must eat with glass plate. To me, nothing to do with that... it's a physiological thinking. But I would say with the marinated chili to match with, that's good!! Char Koay Kak - so so... still prefer island type of koay kak. Kopi wise - ok!

    My all time favourite kopitiam since childhood, or it's rather one of the favourite kopitiam for Bukit Mertajam folks. This shop has several stalls of top authentic local hawker food, such as Hokkien Mi(prawn mi), kuey chap etc. To many outstation BM folks, this is definitely a must visit place when return to hometown.

    Not bad for breakfast, multiple choices of chinese local food, kopi is fantastic 😍 During this post-pandemic season, tourists and other diners are here to fill up the seats... So be ready to be packed like sardines!

    One of BM favorite place to have breakfast. Sometimes packed with people. Friendly hawkers. Recommend that you try the Dry Hokkien mee, it's quite special. Have other varieties of food to choose from too. (Non halal)
